Kinda bummed out. Yummys is our favorite donut place by far. There glazed donuts are top tier, but after sending my significant other out this morning at 10:30 to get a dozen donuts, he arrived back with only a box of donut holes. They were apparently sold out of most of there donuts and when he asked if he could wait for there next batch, was told they would not be making anymore. Kinda weird to me considering there business hours say open til 1pm. Very disappointed. I guess just don't go after 10am ??
Hands down???? the #1 spot for your donut cravings. Early bird gets the worm. Popularity has made it's decision as well the traffic is a sign of positive growth. I highly recommend yummys
Very little assortment . It appeared the store is mother/daughter with daughter the only one who speaks English. But who cares if the donut is good, right? Well, it wasn't. I got a raspberry cream cheese danish and I would not recommend it. Casey's does it better. Very little filling and the dough tasted like cardboard.
Really good, whether you like cake or yeast donuts! Went on Sunday around 9 to a line out the door. Fortunately, they had kept the furniture sparse and to the side to accommodate for spacing in the large crowds. 5/5! Yeast donuts: They were fresh, light and fluffy! I really loved them! My Apple Fritter was 11/10 delicious. I got there around 9 or 9:30 AM Saturday and was able to go right up to the counter; they had two people working up front and two more in back, I think. The selection was moderate, but still impressive for a newly opened shop on a Saturday morning. The sign out front said "Donuts - Coffee" so I thought the coffee might be something special, but it was not. The interior has a kinda unusual vibe, I'm guessing it's not finished yet, so the dining area feels like its 5x
No nonsense but staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Fantastic choice, all of usual varieties and then some. Good savory lineup too. Best donut shop in town!

Well, there?s a new ?best donut? place in town! And if you?re reading this, you?re coming to the right place. I?m not quite sure how to describe the perfect donut, so you?ll just have to try them. Yummys is so good and I highly recommend!
We moved from Springfield. The best donuts ever were George's Donuts. Yummy's donuts gives George's a run for their money for sure! We weren't sure if we'd find a good donut but I'm so glad we found this place. The donuts aren't too sweet and the staff are super friendly. My favorite donut is a twist and they have glazed and chocolate!
730 Thursday morning they were closed and the doors were locked. No lights on inside. This is very disappointing and a waste of my time to try to stop in any more. All I see are excuses from you. No thanks. I'll be going elsewhere.

Excellent donuts in a fun shop. Staff were all in a good mood. Nice selection of raised and cake varieties plus fritters and a few other items. Nothing especially fancy, just solid standard donuts. Prices were reasonable.
Such a cute local place! Genuinely the best apple fritter I've ever had- so crispy. The croissant sandwiches are also very good. The folks who work here always seem super kind and they work hard and quickly!

These are the best donuts ever, light and airy. My daughter and granddaughter pick them up occasionally for us in the mornings. I could eat the bacon maple long john everyday.

Pretty stark, though, not much to run into as you make your way to those very colorful, almost happy displays of round, fun and portable piecss of joy. Though, there is a very, very good choice in suburban Chicago- this is 275 miles away Columbia. So for now, just go and enjoy their offerings... they are fresh.

Yummy's Donuts was clean, the atmosphere pleasant enough but the donuts were not fully cooked through. Just a doughy mess with icing on it!! Food safety is very important!! No one wants food poisoning POSTSCRIPT: The management of Yummy's Donut did respond to my concerns by email. Their tone was defensive but that was expected and they did offer to replace the 2 donuts. So hopefully, they will take heed and take the time to thoroughly cook all their donuts. Because after all, who wants food poisoning?????
If you like Krispie Kreme donuts, you will LOVE their glazed donuts. They are just a bit thicker than KK?s, but every bit as soft and airy. I haven?t tried anything else because the glazed are so amazing. I usually just duck in and buy a dozen before 8 am and they are always hot and fresh. I?ve never had bad service, but really just here for the donuts not the service! ????
Huge variety of homemade donuts, Bismark and other sweet rolls. Hard to pick a favorite but their red velvet cake donuts and old fashioned donuts are superb. Service has been cordial and prompt.
The best melt-in-your-mouth donuts I've found in a long, long time. So glad for the Columbia location - I've made trips to Hannibal just to get Yummy's donuts. Stock up on the little donut holes for your freezer - they taste as fresh as the day they were made. I always pick up extra to share with family and friends - who doesn't love a great donut!! Yummy's Donuts - the name says it all!

The workers were extremely nice and helpful. The gentleman assisted me with a smile and as I placed my order of a maple long john, and 2 glazed donuts. He threw in three donut homes (just because). I thank him for it and made nice communication as he was fulfilling my order. It's great to know there's some people who care about their job and other people such as this donut associate. Not the best donuts but they have red velvet, and old fashioned donuts and so with that I could not give them less than 4 stars. If the variety was better they wouldn't be bad.
This is my absolute favorite donut shop. I have only had the glazed donuts. I can't bring myself to try anything else because the moment I walk in. I know what I want - the glazed. All of the selections look amazing. The staff is very friendly.
Disappointed! The woman working shouldn't be: I didn't feel welcome, I felt rushed, unappreciated, and just overall uncomfortable. These Donuts were much smaller then other yummies locations I've been to. They tasted pretty good but we're nowhere as Airy and soft as other locations. I will not be returning to this location
I've noticed there is a trend in Columbia for donut shops to basically run out at a certain time and not really restock. I've been to other cities where this isn't an issue and yet Yummy's falls victim to the problem of a lack of restock. Inside it is is very clean and the donuts I did get were pretty good, not the best I've had but definitely better than other shops in town. Some staff was friendly other was mediocre. Parking although tight has a lot of spots which is nice. All in all it wasn't a bad
Great donuts, I?m usually not a fan of plain glazed but these were delicious! They were very soft and fresh even at the end of the day. Customer service was great too. He kindly opened the door and motioned us inside as we pulled up and he had just locked the door. We like to try local donut shops on road trips and this has been one of our favorites. Highly recommend!

It smells like heaven when you get in there. Free parking is available but the lot is small and a tad cramped. It is absolutely worth it for the amazing donuts they make!
GO EARLY We got there mid morning & choices were few. But the Apple fritters, Chocolate & nut cake donuts were so lite, they could float on air. YUMMY IS ?? 100% Correct ? Downtown??

Yummy?s is just okay. Nothing special. The donuts and other pastries are considerably small than say a donut from HyVee or other really great donut shops in Columbia. And they are just as or more expensive than other shops.
My daughter and I went there for the first time on Saturday. We thoughts that these donuts were great. My daughter even said they were as good as ?Crispy Cream? which is a big compliment from her.

Went in for the first time excepting similar to KrispyKreme donuts, I was blown away, every bite was full of flavor(sugar) and it didn't leave a weird aftertaste like KrispyKreme.
