Had dessert here on a Friday about 8:30pm, it was our first time and the staff was very patient. I got a milkshake which was decent. I didn?t like the Oreo doughnut, but my friends did. My sister tried the gluten free doughnut/ice cream and she thought it was ok. Another friend had a smashed doughnut and ice cream and he didn?t care for it either. So out of the three of us none really found something we liked. The seating area was clean, the music was a bit loud. The restaurant seemed handicapped friendly.

The staff here went above and beyond to create something special for a baby shower I was throwing. I can?t even begin to explain how simple and smooth the online order g process went. How the staff took the time to read our notes and provide a delicious and adorable treat.

This visit really deserve a sixth star. It was my daughter?s birthday and the gentleman at the counter went out of his way to help her have a great time. He was super kind and sweet. I cannot recommend them enough. The donuts were amazing as always. Thanks for the great service.

At 7:30pm on a Thursday the seating area was messy and nobody else was in there. The three girls working were kind, although one was in a daze when I asked a question and didn't even know I was standing in front of her. I am out of town and came here to grab two dozen donuts for my son?s birthday during our family reunion. I was blown away and wowed by their customer service, to their delicious donuts and an extra special birthday donut for my son (which was a surprise)! You must come and support Yonutz! Me and my husband came here as I have been wanting to try this place. Ultimately we were disappointed. The ice cream was good and the toppings but the donut wasn?t good. It tasted fake, and gummy and ultimately 9$ for each is not worth it. I?m glad we tried it but we won?t go back. We got the cookie dough and cookies and cream smashed donuts.

So many options! Everything is donut based, which is absolutely fantastic. They do all sorts of fun marketing campaigns to get people to come by donuts, and they're super fun. We have ordered three times since Yonutz opened in Saratoga Springs, and we have loved it every time. We have mostly picked up the full dozen premium donuts (so we have had almost all the different flavors. My faves are the apple pie and strawberry cheesecake, and my kids love the Nutella) but we have also had a couple Smashed Milkshakes and one Smashed Donut, and we haven't had anything we didn't like. Definitely worth a try! They also have a rewards program, so don't forget to sign up!

Staff here is so sweet and amazing, I was greeted once walking into the shop and felt welcomed. Pretty cool environment and my kids loved everything about it. Donuts were super good, I might come here super often. This is a hidden gem in Utah and I recommended it to all of my family and friends. The lady Rosa, was so welcoming and on point with everything, definitely deserves a raise!

The smashed donuts are a truly unique dessert. I really enjoyed those. I'll definitely come back to try other options here. They cost $9 each, if you're curious. I wish it was cheaper, but it's better and more interesting than the $9 ice cream cones I've had to pay for around here.

Yonutz is a unique idea that sounds better than it tastes. The actual smash donut comes out with room-temperature ice cream and with so many toppings the flavors just become jumbled. It's somewhere fun to try once and the staff was so warm and friendly. However, I didn't enjoy it enough to want to go back.

Super messy, the toppings to the Nutella donut ice cream thing. When I bit it, it was cold and not hot. I?m not sure why they even pressed it if it didn?t even heat up the donut. The donut was plain and wasn?t good. The cookie dough ice cream was good. There wasn?t enough seating for everyone. :/ Definitely not worth $9.

Yonutz is really delicious. We enjoyed a Kinder Bueno stuffed donut and the cookie butter shake. The donut was yummy, loved the texture contrast between the warm crispy donut to the soft frozen ice cream. Also enjoyed the Nutella topping. The shake though? top tier. Better than milkshake factory. It was just a delight, the perfect consistency and rich and decadent biscoff flavor. One caveat, kind of pricey! Expect 10$ a person.

We dipped by here because our son wanted donuts and ice cream instead of a cake for his birthday. We got a couple of their specialty ice cream filled donuts with toppings. Got this for the 1st and last time. My wife and son were craving donuts so we gave this place a shot. Walked in showed my wife what they had ordered the pretty pricey donuts (bought 4 or 5) and saw their sign saying good for like 4-7 days after purchase. If you haven't tried Yonutz, you have to give it a try! I honestly don't know why ice cream in a donut hasn't been done before, but it's simple and genius. The signature creations are really fun and unique, but I love the regular smashed donut best. The price is really good for the quality you're getting, and the customer service is top notch. Looking at all the other reviews - I seem to be in the minority..... but there isn't anything great about this place. I've now been 3 times so I've been able to try everything - and I can't see any reason to return. Their icecream isn't anything special. There are icecream shops less than 5 minutes away from this place that have better nice cream. Their Donuts are a "one size fits all" - they use the same base donut and just add toppings, and its not a good base donut. Its a thick bready doughnut that man

This is one of my favorite new places for sweet treats! A little on the pricey side, but there are yummy items for every budget if you look. My only suggestion? Went in for the first time, and the employee was super friendly and knowledgeable! Ordered a simply smashed and it was delicious, soft, and fresh! Ate it in-shop, then bought one of their 50% off, day-old donuts. Then, one of the employees (I'm guessing the manager or owner) offered me a second day-old donut for free to try! Definitely will be back, just for the customer service! (But also the simply smashed donut was good enough to be a repeat treat! )

Really cool idea but for $9 for each of our milkshakes, we walked away super underwhelmed. Mine had almost no flavor despite being Oreo and having dulce de leche and my wife?s definitely wasn?t much better. We were pretty excited to try the donuts too but the French toast was massively overpowered with ginger and her Samoa was dry and stale tasting. So for almost $20 just for two items that ended up not being great, I don?t think we will try them again when there are much better options in the area

Nice place but a bit unorganized. I see this concept being great for birthday parties and 1st dates. A few pointers I can give are: 1. More education for the consumer. This was my first time in a Yonutz store and I wasn?t really sure what I was ordering. 2. Much more menu visibility. I feel so disappointed!! The ice cream was freezer burnt (I got cookies and cream), and I thought the donut on the outside would be warmer. Me and my family went to this place to get a little treat and we all got milkshakes, my daughter got the "hella Nutella" milkshake. Around 10 minutes after she only drank about 5 sips, she started complaining about a stomach ache, so we went home and a few hours later, she threw up and now has food poisoning. me and my friend went into the Yonutz in august to order the Smash Donuts because we were interested in what it was. I paid a pretty Large amount for an order I never got because they gave me an ice cream instead.
