I walked in and stood at the counter while three people behind it completely ignored me, until I said ?hello!?. Customer service here seriously needs work. As a first-time customer, wouldn?t it make sense to try to upsell me or at least ask if I want to try anything else? Especially if I?m new to your product and willing to try and spend. After I placed my order, the tall guy walked off without offering my receipt or telling me to please wait while we get your food. Instead he went to talk to two people tr
The doughnuts are really good! We tried the Ube glazed, Ube cookies and cream and the Oreo Malasaga (doughnut ball). I really love mochi doughnuts and these were good. I love a chewy doughy texture so the Malasaga was a yes from me, but if you don?t like those consistencies, you should stick with the waffle or doughnut. They come in a fun box! Totally want to go back and try the other flavors! (It was Sunday night and they were out of a few.) They have some claw games and arcade games in the front but al
Great place for a treat with the kids! Donuts are delicious, and the ube hot chocolate has a great presentation. They carry unique donut flavors. They even have Arcades to play for free!
Very cool place! The Mochi does not disappoint, yummy! & the staff was friendly & helpful. For Ube/Taro lovers there's are some great options! Definitely a must try, unique dessert!
I would like to highly recommend the Yo Mochi Cafe in Eastern. This establishment provides a delightful and entertaining environment for children, featuring claw machines and an arcade to enjoy while they patiently await their freshly prepared waffles, donuts, or corn dogs. I must also commend the exceptional customer service provided by John, who truly deserves a five-star rating.
It was our first time trying these mochi donuts and we absolutely loved them! I?ve always been a fan of both mochi and donuts and these were the perfect mix. It's crispy on the outside, soft and chewy inside. Even my kids couldn?t get enough Definitely a new family favorite!
First time customer. Ordered 2 Mochi Donuts. Both werent fresh, and stale, as if it was grabbed from the display only. They didn't have all the flavors shown online. Ordered 2 Mochi Corndogs. It's absolutely terrible. I had a Half-Half with Hot Cheeto as a topping (Cheese + Hotdog). The batter proportion was very uneven. It tasted burnt. And the worst part, it wasnt even half and half, it was 80% Cheese, 20% hotdog. Customer service was poor, they only had 1 employee in the shop, told us that everything
It was a new kind of experience to me. I?m not sure if all Mochi Donuts taste the same or if some places are better than the other. But as far as fry dough, that?s flavored with different things it tasted amazing. It has a chewy or texture than normal donuts. We went on a Tuesday and they were having a buy one get one. My favorite one was the cr?me br?l?e. I?m gonna have to try another mochi donut place to truly compare. The atmosphere reminded me more of something that was for teenagers if that makes sense
We came from Florida for vacation and our 10yo daughter insisted we try Mochi Donuts while we were here. We tried Creme Brule, cookies and cream, and biscoff. All were so good and the woman behind the counter was so sweet.
So pleasantly surprised at how fun it is in here! They have waffles, donuts, and a wide variety of drinks. I brought my 7 year old here and we stayed for 30 min playing their free arcade with Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter. They have rewards program and for new customers it?s 15% off! Make sure to check in on Yelp later for 10% off your order.
This was the best surprise shop I've ever seen. Very quiet and empty when we arrived to buy donuts. We got one of every flavor to try. The inside is very clean. The artwork on the walls is very pleasing to the atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even told us about a surprise to the store, a FREE ARCADE, hidden in the back of the store is an arcade that is completely free. It has old school joystick arcade games like mortal Kombat, NFL blitz, the Simpsons and a few others. The don
This place is amazing!!! I was in Vegas for work and had a family friend bring me here. I?d never had mochi donuts, so I wasn?t really sure what to expect. I was obsessed after my first visit. I knew I had to make another visit before heading back home. The workers are very kind and helpful, as well as the product is delicious and fresh. They also have arcade games that you can play while waiting for your order, or enjoying your food. Definitely check them out!
I wanted to gatekeep this place but it's too good not to share. I've been ordering Yo Mochi for a couple work meetings and they have been a hit! The donuts are SOO dangerously good... they have the perfect balance of soft and chewy textures and I love the variety of flavors they have. The ube and and cr?me br?l?e are my personal faves. I also love that they have different drink options and malasadas on their menu... not to mention they have an arcade in the back. Talk about one stop shop! The staff was sup
The Ube malasada was so good. Right out of the fryer basically. So crispy on outside and so much chewy mochi inside yet also to the brim with ube filling. Was told by chef, if you don't eat right away and take home (after already eaten) that the mochi will continue to cook inside and be bit different but loved them hot fresh tho will have to try again and wait till drive home to dig in. Donuts were excellent, cream brulee matcha seemed like marshmallow flavored matcha. Raspberry may have been my fav donut i
Don't waste your money here. Go to Mochinut or Aware Coffee if you want good Mochi donuts. We went in on a weekend. Got home to try our donuts and they were extremely stale. None of that soft pillowy mochi donut, just stale donut that was tough. Donut shops that sell stale donuts should just close their doors and give up. This place seems like they decided to open up a claw machine shop and then thought, let's also sell stale donuts and coffee while people come to play. Will not be coming back. $3 a piece f
The best mochi donuts I've had and I've been to several around the west coast now. Definitely stop by and try the creme br?l?e mochi donuts... I went back to get another one. If you're thirsty get the Ube coffee drink, apparently they make their own Ube cream in house! Must try ?
Quite literally the best mochi donut I?ve ever had, came in an hour before close and the mochi donuts tasted so fresh and soft. The cr?me br?l?e ube was my fav, the cookies and cream one was delish, the coconut one was amazing!! I love the new combinations and I hope they keep making more!
First visit to Yo Mochi Cafe. The mochi's were great, very soft and fresh. Various options including custard, strawberry glazed and creme brulee! The staff was friendly and helpful! I will be back.
This place is a joke. I waited 1 hour to get 2 donuts. Lol I ended up asking for a refund. There was 2 male employees working on Saturday afternoon and both were the worst employees I have ever seen.
The cashier was very informative! Super nice. Loved the art on the wall!! The creme Brulee donut was my fave!!! Ube hot chocolate was pretty yummy also ??
So I had a set of 3 OG Malasadas and 1 plain mochi, and when paying, I asked why so expensive and he said it?s correct. After I left, ate then check, i really got conned?? I was charged for 4 mochi which was higher price. also the malasadas batter seems like the same as the mochi donut, not the fluffy/airy ones we get in Hawaii. So Disappointed!
My wife and I were away from home and we are fond of the Moochie donuts. We typically find them at the H Mart, but I have to say the Moochie was really really good. We ordered a variety and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend we didn?t dine in. we had it delivered to the hotel via DoorDash. Simply delish !
Churro mochi donut was delicious and soft, O. G. malasadas also very good. Friendly customer service. Highly recommend.
Stopped by fo taste the Mochi Doughnuts and unfortunately for me it was just ok. I do love the decor.
Great dessert / pick-me-up place! The atmosphere is awesome and waiting for your food and drink is never boring!
Creative, fun atmosphere. Donates are delicious. They have an arcade in the back where they kids were playing.
We were here a year ago , and the menu was great so we decided to come back but unfortunately everything had changed., service is very poor . Girls in the front don?t even smile . :(
Hidden gem, unique menu items.
Ube and custard Masalada?s are out of this world. The mochi dough is the best Ive ever had. These donuts are more mochi than flour and have that chewy texture you?re looking for with a mochi product. Doing right here?? had to come back for seconds during my 3 day stay in Vegas
It was such a treat to have these! Loved everything we got that I had to handcarry these back to Calgary :)
I love the softness of the mochi donuts and the flavor inside of the malasadas are tasty too!
The donuts were good, and I liked the different texture from regular donuts. However we mainly came for the Malsanadas Although they tasted good, great filling they were undercooked and had raw spots?. But over all I would come back.
I am from San Diego and this is my new fav place to come to when I am in town . The Mochi malasadas w/Ube are amazing !!! I love that the sugar stays on the Malasadas .
Honestly not worth the hype. The girl who took our order keep pausing to taking other orders and never used any gloves to handle the drinks or donuts after being at the cashier. I got a oreo taro milk and it was too sweet. The ube masalada was honestly not great.
Hands-down, this is the best place for mochi donuts in Las Vegas. I?ve been to quite a few other places nothing beats these guys. They?re definitely doing something!!! Will be going back to Yo Mochi for now on!
Seriously the best mochi products I've had to date. Very flavorful, chewy, and not dry. The guys who helped me were super patient and we're enthusiastic on they're flavored/menu items. The shop was a burst of color so were the to go box and ppl. Can't go anywhere else after having they're treats, highly recommended
Love this place! Customer service is fantastic and the flavors are delicious! Customer for life!!!
Best Mochi donuts in town hands down, the quality of the dough is unparalleled, the staff was super friendly, and the decor of the store along with the arcade games makes Yo Mochi one of the best donut shops you can stop by in the Vegas Valley.
We waited a long time. We wanted Malisadas but female employee didn't have them and wouldn't make any. We asked for two of each kind of the donuts and never got cookies and cream and ube. We felt that female employee was trying to kick us out after looking at the designs on the wall. A really bad experience.
Great flavor. I tried them all and you don?t feel stuffed after. zero Gluten you can tell. Just a delicious clean dessert power bomb in your mouth. I have a few food allergies and was 100% ok with these miracle treats . Highly recommend .
Came in with a friend to try it out. The girl behind the counter was really friendly and explained everything on the menu to us if we had questions. The donuts were a little cold but they tasted good .
I liked the custard filled mochi balls the best.
The mochi donuts were fresh, soft & tasty. My favorite is the circus. There are even free arcade games to play in the back. The place was clean and everyone is friendly.
We love this donuts place before it taste really good But now doughnut, taste different I stop by every week. I think now is a lot of oil.
Only one type of donut with different toppings.
Zakary and I checked out Yo Mochi! Zakary got the churro mochi donut Thumbs up from Zakary! We also got the butter baby, strawberry, OG Malasada, and two ube malasadas - The malasadas were made to order!! Chewy, light and SO good!!
Saw the place on IG and wanted to come by and check it out. Purchased 2 mochi doughnuts and they were very good. I get my Korean corndogs right across from the shop. I?m surprised how near the shop was that I can just walk right over.
This place is awesome! Love the vibe. Thank you ??
Love itand the candy Apple fritter was great
OG malasada was prob the only thing worth it. Other flavors had a dollop of cream. All the donuts were cold and not memorable.
Thanks for making the most of our first date!! The matcha strawberry donut + ube coffee is such a great pairing!
Love this place! My favorite is the ube malasadas. Their coffee drinks were super good too! Def recommend it.
I?m glad you guys opened up! The doughnuts were fresh and delicious and much cheaper than other places I?ve been too. I?ll be coming back!
my new mochi spot. ube viet coffee hits!
Extremely good donuts And coffee and my favorite is the Ube cookie n cream 10/10
The ube viet coffee was really good and it was a fun throwback to play NFL blitz on the arcade machine in the back.
Delicious and fun video games for kids.
On our 5 days trip in Vegas we came twice. Be sure to check out the free arcade in the back
Savannah & Cheyenne are absolutely awesome and will definitely come back for more ?? They Rock!!
Friendly staff. I always order ube malasadas and it?s really good.
The mochi were great! The drinks were great! Cheyenne and Savannah were great!
