Vegetarian spot ; The advertisement outside the store caught our attention, and the experience from start to finish was exceptional! The front staff greeted us warmly and explained everything clearly. I chose three mochis and a drink, and they were absolutely amazing! Loved every bit of it! Looking forward to coming back and trying more mochi flavors. I heard they accept flavor requests! Keep up the great food and service!
I ordered the Corn dogs plain. They were a good size on the outside but the hot dogs were kind of small inside. They also tasted like they were fried in fish oil. My kids loved them so that's all the matters. The creme brulee waffle and the strawberry funnel cake waffle were absolutely delicious if I had to pick only one I would pick the creme brulee because it was such a tasty treat! ?? The Thai Tea is perfect and the ube vietnamese coffee was not bad at all. Not very sweet. The Thai Tea was perfect though
OMG! The Mochi Donuts are amazing! We tried four different flavors, all delicious! Love the texture of the mochi. Highly recommend stopping by and giving these a try. I?ll be back to try more items on the menu!
Unfortunately, the store's phone number doesn?t work, which makes it impossible to get updates on your order. I also emailed them a few days ago and never received a response. This can be especially stressful if you're counting on the delivery for a time-sensitive event, like a company gathering. I ended up getting backup donuts just in case, and it?s a good thing I did I'm still waiting for my mochi donut order to arrive. I don?t usually write reviews, but I didn?t know any other way to get in touch with t
Love the mochi corn dogs. The beef + honey mustard is fire. Ube donuts are 5/5 but only available weekends.
I really love this place! It?s hard to find a donut that doesn?t feel heavy, and these do it right! They?re light and airy with such a fun and unique shape!! The flavors don?t weigh you down and are damn right delicious! I had a Creme Br?l?e Donut, and I think they might have just stocked up since there were SO many donuts and I had to resist so HARD to not buy more than one!! (But I 100% am coming back again to try some more??) Plus!! It?s just really cutely decorated and has super friendly staff :D
It was OK. I don?t think I would come here again. Boba was really disappointing?some tapioca was hard on the inside and others really soft. It also didn?t come in a cool cup like in the picture on the sign. You also can?t adjust the sugar because it comes pre-made. For the price of $5.99, it was not worth it. Corndogs were also too soft & not chewy like how I like my Korean corndogs. Mochi donuts were good, but I prefer the Mochill ones in Mitsuwa. The ones here are softer, less chewy, & also more expens
This was an interesting first for me. I've never had flour rice before and although it was different it was good. The mochinuts were fun to eat. A wall sign explained that the chewy and "stretchy" texture is due to rice flour. The location is good and very accessible. It is clean and one can tell it caters to the younger population. The cashier was good and well mannered. She also smiled and took the time to explain things when we mentioned we've never been here before and didn't know what a mochinut was.
I came to this location last year when it was just mochinut. My experience here since it has been rebranded was much different. It taste like they?ve changed the batter for the corn dogs and just wasn?t as enjoyable as before or at other mochinuts. The donuts were kind of hard and not as chewy as they usually are. I don?t know if I?ll go back to this location again, unfortunately.
I had the potato corn dog with mozzarella cheese. Was the best corn dog I have ever had. I also go the Peach lemonade and that was amazing as well. Will definitely be going back and having more of the corn dogs. The staff was really friendly as well. Definitely a 10 in my book.
Obsessed with these donuts and everything else really. Was hesitant about the fried moz with potatoes but was absolutely pleasantly surprised. The mochinuts though are crazy good. The consistency is unlike anything I?ve had before but definitely reminds me of mochi. Definition of melt in your mouth. Not to mention the homemade lemonades and teas that come in super cute bottles. Love it!
Hands down best corn dog I?ve ever had. The breading is better than any traditional corn dog I?ve ever had. It?s chewy, crunchy and the added optional coating of ramen l, or flaming hot Cheetos are a game changing experience that will transform your life forever. I don?t think I could ever go back to a traditional American corn dog ever again. The Mochi Donuts are fantastic too. Not overly sweet but great flavors and the rice flour makes them soft and chewy. This will be a regular stop for me.
Interesting texture to the donuts. Would eat them again. But def not on the reg. They have the most interesting drink machine ever, though. Clear plastic bottle, with a soda can top! This lemonade comes with ice in it sealed. Blew my mind.
Brown sugar milk tea tasted good. The drink was not mixed well though. Also the tapioca pearls were small, which might bother some people. I didn?t mind. The employees were friendly and helpful (I have not tried the donuts)
Stopped here for some donuts ??. Not bad, and different. Their donuts are made with rice flour and have a unique shape made up of multiple dough balls. We enjoyed and would go back again. As these donuts ?? are made with rice flour we have enjoyed these donuts with more of our friends who don?t like or can?t eat traditional donuts. It?s worth the try. We are glad we did.
The boba brown sugar drink was a complete miss. The container is cute but the drink was blah it was a white sugar milk mess. Maybe I've been spoiled by Honey Me and 85?C Bakery Cafe. Anyways the mochi donuts are okay. It's not a bad place it's just a pass for me.
Just had my first Mochnut experience. Loved it. Let me tell you, it's definitely not your average, or even anything close to the taste and texture of regular doughnuts. It's made from rice flour, like Mochi's are. The dough is super soft and delicious. Great for the gluten free lovers. The machinists weren't crazy sweet either. You have to buy 3 minimum which come in a box of the ones you choose. Loved it overall. Will be my new doughnut craving spot
The mochi donuts are good with their flavors and texture. Original, Strawberry, and Churro are my favorites. The crispy ramen mozzarella is a nice special snack. The drinks were way too sweet and could have been better.
Great atmosphere, mochi donut quality is good, and price is the lowest. All in all great quality and value :)
Quick service, yummy donuts ?? Love love love the brown sugar boba tea! A lovely sweet treat. Parking is cramped at this location
Delicious one of a kind mochi donuts, Malasadas so crunchy on outside and soft inside. Korean corn dog too with beef sausage or only mozzarella cheese. You can do a half mozzarella with sausage as well. There Boba drinks are very good including the lemonades drink! They do only have brown sugar boba that's well made. =)
Love, Mochinut. Literally crave it non-Stop. Haven't tried the drinks. Service 4/5 Stars because they can't really answer my questions like whether or not rewards program only applies to the Mission Viejo location or other locations as well. Really like the rewards program at this location! Great discounts and good offers.
I love these donuts! They are less overwhelmingly sweet than regular donuts.
Donuts were good! Love the original and the funnel cake flavor. The mozzarella dogs were a bit disappointing, I ordered the hot Cheetos flavor the batter was burnt and there was barely any Cheeto Dusting on the dog. I?ve had better Korean mozzarella dogs elsewhere. Staff was fine, and the service was pretty quick.
Donuts make me happy. I love grabbing a few donuts and a cheese stick. So good!
I didn't take a picture of the Korean hotdogs/ corn dogs we ordered but they were absolutely the highlight of it all. I recommend the half and half. The dogs are covered in a very heavy batter and even sugar If you want something sweet and savory. I wish they had more sauce options. For the mochi donuts they arent as good as fils but they aren't bad. The mochi was soft and chewy. I do find the red velvet to be very lacking in red velvet flavor. The cookies and creme and churro were much better flavors and I
For the record, I don?t like corn dogs. I convinced myself to try the hot Cheetos version, and it was bomb! My kids loved the tempura crunchies on the original corn dog, and we all enjoyed the mochinuts! Those were so light and fluffy, and we will definitely be back again.
They have some interesting flavored donuts! Mochi donuts are a new thing for me, but man, they are good! First time visiting, and I got the honey dew glazed donut, and that one is amazing. Apparently they change their flavors every Monday, so must try all!
Wow...what a disappointment! I heard great things about mochi donuts, but this is not the place. I don't mind paying $3+ for a donut if it's filled with flavor and esthetically pleasing, but these, these were just donut holes stuck together with boring simple syrup and drizzled or dusted with other boring toppings. I also orderd a milk tea with boba, and it was one of the worst I've had. I thought they gave me watered-down chocolate milk. All their drinks are prepackaged and just sitting in the fridge.
The tea was way too thick and sweet, and the boba pearls were hard in the center and not chewy. The hot cheeto dusted hot dog was very spicy (which I liked) however, when I went to ask for some ice water, they told me they don't give free water and that I would need to purchase a water bottle. Definitely the first and last time visiting this place.
They taste good, but you have to buy a minimum of 3 for $9. Quite high than most other places, even their other locations. I hope they adjust because the donut shop previously was good but the prices were way too high.
The korean hot dog and boba were really good! 10/10 but the mozzarella in the potato mozzarella (which is the one i got) i waited 15-20 minutes for it to be called out, and when i got home and ate it, the mozzarella was stiff and no long cheese pulls ??
These are ridiculously good, so many flavors.
I bought the donuts and drinks today and they were so good! The donuts have such a unique texture! Will be visiting again soon!
Donuts are ok, not that many flavors to choose from. There?s a 3 donut minimum purchase which is strange since they?re not freshly made to order. Customer service was ok but could use some work. Let?s see how long this place lasts ??
Just go to the location in garden grove! Corn dog was over cooked.
This place is delicious! One of my go-to spots now that Mission Viejo location is open. From the drinks to the donuts and especially the hotdogs, oh my god! Just go!
Super yummy! Good boba (matcha and brown sugar was great) and the matcha doughnut and funnel cake were great as well!
Good donuts, they were pretty sold out. And the boba is pretty solid. Have to come back to try the corn dogs.
Delicious donuts and very friendly staff
Not quite a donut. Definitely not mochi but it's a pleasant mix that's perfect.
The place is clean and the donuts were good soft and chewy but a little pricey. We paid $10.00 for 3 donuts.
Absolutely disgusting!!!!! Ruined donuts for me!! The donuts are dry and the corn dog are horrible.
We decided to try this place out, and it was so good!! The flaming hot original with the spicy mayo is perfect!
The mozzarella ramen dog and church mochinut was soooo good!! Will definitely go back!
Delicious combination of mochi and donut. It is chewy and taste sooo good.
So delicious and live how they seal up their drinks, which were also super tasty!
We got there at 10:30 am and weren?t open and we tried calling didn?t answer so we left.
Milk tea the bomb! Corn dogs even better!!! Sooo good
Have ordered from here twice and have gotten the wrong order every time and way too pricey for what it is
Staff was incredibly friendly and the donuts are amazing.
Great mochinut, but very overpriced .
Always perfect mochinuts and great service!
My favorite doughnuts EVER!!
Love the corn dogs and donuts!
