Winchell's Donut Shop

Ordered a hot bagels melt. Came out with a small section burnt which was confusing since the bagel and toppings were ice cold. Like how tf you mess up a bagel melt, you literally put on the toppings, let it get hot and melt the cheese, then serve. Guess that's rocket science for whoever made it

I always see this place driving by and never stopped by for a taste because I had this gut feeling that the food quality was not going to be up to par. I walked in today because my son wanted donuts. Unfortunately my instincts were right the donuts are definitely not fresh especially my croissant it was very dry with an odd smell. I will not be purchasing food from here in the future.

Asked for two mixed dozens. got all the leftover donuts that are not selling. Good donuts, but when half the donuts are all the same for both boxes. That's not great customer service.

We've been enjoying the donuts from Winchell's for years. This establishment has been here perhaps about 2 years or so. We picked up 2 dozens for a family event. Don't forget to use the coupon to get $2 off and a separate coupon for 1 free donut. They're very good and well proportioned. The gal behind the counter was friendly and served us with a smile ??

I do not understand why this donut shop is so highly rated. I've dropped by this place three separate times and my donuts were always a little dry. Honestly, they taste like day-old donuts. Last October, I got their seasonal pumpkin bread, and it was like eating a slice of cardboard brick?inedible. Maybe their coffee and sandwiches taste better, but for a donut shop, I expect good donuts.

This place was IMMACULATE, me and another friend randomly wanted apple fritters at 3 am and went here and Thank god we did. The man behind the counter was nice and simple, we got our donuts with no difficulty and the apple fritters tasted HEAVENLY there are small ones and HUGE ONES and they are both amazing. My spot to go on a budget. The lines go fast due to their lack of different versions of coffee not like other places where customers spend 10 minutes just to get their coffee right no its straight to the point especially when your running late to work. I especially like their plethora of different pastries and breakfast goodies and juices.

I LOVE this place! I?ve become kinda good friends with the owner!... he kinda never sleeps because every time I?m there. So is he! I'm posting this review for my brother-in-law Mario. Every Saturday morning I go to the Winchell's in La Habra, for two chocolate doughnuts. They are delicious. The place is very clean. The best part are two of the employees, Brianna and Armoni. I'm always greeted with a smile, and they have my order ready. These are two special ladies that care. This world would be a much better place to live in if there were more people like them. I should know because I have lived in this world for 68 years. Mario.

Winchell's donuts usually has really super good soft donuts. However, this establishment for the last 6 months has hard and not normal donuts, really dropping the ball here. Hopefully they get on board and make really good donuts again soon

Don't its are usually pretty fresh, and service friendly. One of their secrets is the lighting in the cabinets is really good and it makes everything look so appetizing. As with most Winchell's they have a really good variety.

I came to this Winchell?s in La Habra Jose was the one helping such a good kid but also great customer service skills he was very helpful in the selection of the smoothies I buy here my favorite is the strawberry thanks to him I change the flavors but also that he is salt helpful I didn?t have money that day I left my money at home and the kid covered my tab I know you don?t find people like that anymore but this kid has quality I would suggest this when she was any place anytime if you have to drive far I

LOL I wish I didn't like this place so much! I stop-by about once or twice a week to pick up donuts for the family on my way home from work. The food there is absolutely fantastic, and they make excellent excellent coffee. I highly recommend everyone in the area try this. This doughnut chain is an old local California tradition . Today owner Wasef Diab donated dozens of Donuts to help the students of Sierra Vista Elementary with their Act of Kindness challenge. The challenge is to raise funds to provide a scholarship to la Habra High school students going to college. The food is amazing, but more then that is the service. I feel like family and I love business people that care about the community and their families.

When it comes to donuts here in Southern California, nothing comes close to Winchell's donuts. Also the owner makes an amazing cinnamon bread which every time I'm in town I stop by there and take one home.

I love this place because one, this location is 24hrs and two, you can see they bake everything fresh. The fresh squeezed juices are very good as well.
