Wilson Doughnut Shop

Love their cream puffs. Drive from Greenville to get them. Unfortunately they dont put but just a little cream in the cream puffs. It's been that way the last couple of times I went up there. I almost want to pay extra to get them to put another shot of cream in there. I like to get a little bit of cream with every bite bite but it seems like it's only right there in the front. But I do love your cream puffs when I get enough cream in them

My family and I have been to the Donut Shop before when they first opened, and they were great. Today, many months later, I paid $17 for an assorted dozen, and received donuts smaller than what you can get from Dunkin. Very disappointed to pay more money for less. Wow! Just...omg! So absolutely astounded by this place! Hands down one of the best places I've visited. The dining area is sooo cozy and decorated beautifully. This experience was bad. I came to drive through like normally getting a breakfast bowl with turkey link or turkey sausage. $5.60. when I pulled around and parked I noticed the car after me had got their food before me so I end up waiting 15 minutes extra and my food was wrong. it came with turkey link and bacon. Lol

My family bought gift cards at your establishment that you are not honoring. With that said you better honor those gift cards or you will go viral and we will go to the media to get the word out that your establishment is practicing fraudulent transactions. You have my word. These kids want their donuts.

Business definitely not the same. Call in extra slow. Your food not ready when You arrive. Tells You to pull around and park; still takes 20 + minutes. Always running out of baked items.

3/5 for the chicken biscuit I ordered earlier this september of 2022. Biscuit was hard, chicken was overdone. Almost seems like they microwaved it. The donuts on the other hand are a 5/5. My favorite one is the chocolate glazed donut. Their donuts are so much better than any other donut shop I've tried. Soft and pillowy. Definitely recommend those to try their donuts.

We just moved to the area and I?m so glad this place is close by. The donuts are so yummy! I love the chocolate icing they use. The plain glazed donut is SO good. I will say for the best selection get there as soon as they open or as early as possible. They sell out fast.

I have always enjoyed wilson donut shoppe Donuts and for years i would buy them for company meetings and training seminars .i always said they were better than kryspy kream . I have not been there since i retired 2 years ago. i went this morning and was very disappointed Ordered12 donut holes 4 glazed donuts and 4 cream donuts. Donuts here are great. Best you can get between Raleigh and Greenville. However the customer service is really poor. No smiles, only annoyed and tired looks. I?ve never seen anyone working here smile. On two occasions they have gotten my order wrong. They might just have the best hobo on a bun anywhere around. The donut holes were also a big hit around hole 6 on the golf course.

Was looking forward to trying the local donut shop. I love donuts but could not eat these. Donuts are sweet, I know, but these donuts are so sweet I couldn't eat more than one bite. I should have bought just one but made the mistake of buying six. Threw them all away. Also, we went very early but there was a very small selection. No variety at all. Best kept secret in town. Sits so out of the way, you really don't notice it. Was craving donuts, son told me about it. I'm glad he did. Best donuts I've had in the 6 yrs I've been in Wilson. Donuts were ok. Personally too sweet for my palette. The honey bun was the best. The service was blah. The order taker overlooked me as she was engaged in conversation with a regular patron. I stop by here frequently for my office mates in Wilson. their donuts, honey buns, and cinnamon buns with raisins are ginormous. Lol. The donuts are normal size but holy smokes. Their honey buns and cinnamon buns will easily feed 2-3 people. They?re also delicious and reasonably priced! Highly recommend them over Dunkin or Krispy.

I have recently discovered the LOVE of the Vanilla cream puffs! Glazed and UnGLAZED donuts as Dunkin Donuts was closed for renovations. There is only 1 real issue that I have is, they make a certain amount of each donut and when then are out they are out...So some can be baked at 6am and sit until 3pm?! The Doughnuts were good, but the young girl working in the store was extremely rude. You'd expect decent service when your dealing with a small privately owned shop like this and we left very disappointed. We drove about 30 miles and while we were in Wilson, wanted to get something special for our granddaughter. I was sold some old and stale Donuts there! When I thank back about the situation they had two places to pull from and they pulled from the one that evidently was the oldest and it was a bad batch. Unfortunately I had left the city and was not going to return just for a dozen of donuts. Could have just been one bad experience I don't know I'll try them one more time. Wilson Donut shop has the BEST donuts around!!! They have terrible customer service though. I tried to place an order of various items (3dozen) the day before and was told I had to wait until 7am to pick it up. Well, that doesn?t work for me because I have to be at work before 7am. That is the reason I placed the order a day ahead.

OLD FASHIONED! When they're hot they're better than Krispy Kreme! All fillings are traditional southern style, no Bavarian cream or exotic flavors. I enjoy those too but sometimes you want it the way it was way back when. Clean place. Seating is reasonable. Staff is nice. Prices are good. Also they serve lunch, I've never had it.

The old lady behind the counter is rude, not friendly at all. Asked for a specific dessert, a chocolate covered long john. They just sold what was in the counter but did have several plain ones. Did not even offer to put chocolate on any of the plain ones. The lady acted like she couldn't be bothered. There was no one behind us in the line so a little customer service would have been nice. My husband asked another worker could they not but some chocolate on some of the plain ones. He was told yes. WoW real
