Whitehouse Donuts

Whitehouse Donuts

Reviews Summary

The consensus is mixed but leans positive. Many praise the donuts' quality, variety, and friendly service, calling them some of the best in the area. However, several negative reviews cite hygiene issues (bugs, mold), incorrect orders, and stale food. The coffee is occasionally criticized, while breakfast items like pigs in a blanket receive mixed feedback. High ratings highlight cleanliness and value, but recurring complaints about order accuracy and food safety dampen the overall impression.

Customer Reviews

Had both of my jalape?o kolaches burnt , and dry ! Chocolate milk was 4 dollars , and my coworker also said his eggs were burnt , and sausage tasted old .

Used to be my favorite donut place. Now the lady that works there cannot ever get my order rights takes me 5 times with giving her a list. Really sad miss the other guy working. Have to find a new donut shop. Shut stuck all my 12 donuts in bags too

This is the 4th time I?ve gone through the drive thru to be greeted by a kid at the window. He is rude and disrespectful. He acts like it?s a huge inconvenience to be there? I?m trying to place my order and he repeats something different. He speaks so softly I can?t hear him. This morning was the last straw. I drove to Tyler to get my donuts. I will not be back? we are your customers not an inconvenience

Was unimpressed unfortunately. I thought id grab the kids some donuts on the way home. I got some maple bars and chocolate bars as well as the sprinkles. I didnt know the chocolate and maple ones were filled with a cream/pudding type flavor. The sprinkle ones were normal. I bought a dozen and it was 18$ with a couple donut holes. I feel bad writting bad reviews. The women working had a welcoming/kind smile but Ill probably try another shop next time.

They gave me a moldy muffin and then when we came back in to complain they didn?t act surprised that their old hard muffins had molded. They didn?t offer to refund just handed me another old muffin. Would not recommend for the price, it?s very expensive.

Not the first time but the last!!! The pigs in a blanket appears to be at least a day old. The first time it kelp my family and myself on the toilet for 1/2 the day. Months later tried again and before eating then I opened them up to find hard bread and a sausage that was hard and dried out, trash.

Been twice. Every time they gave me something different then what I ask, an it?s because they are just trying to rush you through the drive through so they halfway listen to what you want. The donut holes kinda had a funny taste also my muffin was wet on the bottom in Saran Wrap... will not be going back.

I'm fairly certain the ownership has changed within the past few years. The chocolate cinnamon twists were always a favorite, but they aren't the same anymore. I miss when they weren't glazed before adding the chocolate, they're way too sweet now and you cant taste the cinnamon.

There are a lot of donut shops in this area. This is in competition for the best. It's either this or Southern Maid way up on Gentry. For some reason in 30% of the ones in town their chocolate tastes like propane. But this is a great place. Large, clean, happy.

Donuts are yummy. They're usually really quick whether you go inside or through the drive-thru. My son and I stop on the way to school fairly often. The cinnamon sugar glazed twist is ????

Awesome location at the crossroads of the tiny town. Consistently fresh, hot, perfect donuts and breakfast burritos and pigs in a blanket. Foodwise, it's 5-star worthy but they're coffee is such a disappointment, I give them 4. The donuts are so delicious, just get coffee elsewhere.

Last time I was there I waited sooooooo long in the drive through before I was helped. The person in front of me left it was taking so long. Tried them today and they got my order wrong and gave me the wrong type of kolaches. Sad to say I won't be going back after these two experiences of poor service.

Only have been here twice. First time they messed up my order. Whatever no big deal mistakes happen. I tried again another weekend. I went through drive thru. The menus outside show certain prices. So when I got my total I was pretty shocked. I asked for the receipt to make sure I?m not crazy. They doubled the prices on everything I ordered. I called and they said they changed their prices and I let them know that nobody informed me. She said there?s a sign inside. Well I went through drive thru so that?s n

I?ve been a lot of places and honestly, Whitehouse Donuts make some of the best donuts I?ve ever had. The service is always stellar and he people are always smiling. It seems like every time I go, I?m struggling to carry all of the donuts that my $10 just paid for. Outstanding business!

We like the donuts and food from here but if you give them several items to get they never get it right. Going inside is the way to go if have a big order! But donuts are always good!

This is the first donut shop in and/or near the Tyler area that I have found that sells fruity pebbles covered donuts (I have tried looking at both Donut Pallace's in Tyler, Kason's donuts in Chapel Hill, and Shipley's Donuts on Troup hwy). It ended up not being as good of a donut I was hoping (couldn't really taste the fruity pebbles). I also got a bear claw and chocolate mini chocolate chip-covered donut. The bear claw was pretty underwhelming - they very conservatively stuffed it with apples. The chocola

The donuts were good. The service is okay. The building has seen better days. I recommend the cream-filled and the bear claw. They were doing brisk business when we were there.

This place is amazing! Fast service and wonderful people. The food is great and price is perfect! They seem to also be a family, love it!

New Beginning Church in Whitehouse, Texas is wonderful. We serve their donuts every Sunday before our 11 am service. Their service is great and their donuts are amazing. Highly Recommended!

Glazed donuts are light as a cloud. Delicious. Great selection but just cannot beat the simple glazed donut. Brings me back to my childhood days.

Went through the drive through this morning (9/12) at 8:30 AM. The woman ask if she could help us in a way that made us think she absolutely hated her job. Right in the middle of us giving her our order, she just walks away without saying a word. We just said never mind loud enough where we hoped someone would hear us, and drove right down the road to Shipley?s doughnuts. You know, with all of the businesses that are closing in Whitehouse, you would think the ones that are still open would go out of their w

Good service, great donuts!

Food and Service are awesome! Always have enough of what you want and the prices are great! Highly recommended any time your in the area!

Always the best place for breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Fast, friendly service and all at a great price

There's new people managing this place. Quality isn't there anymore only quantity. We have given it several opportunities but we are moving on from this place. I gave it 2 stars only for the food and not the people managing.

I having been having breakfast here this week. I would highly recommend this place. Great atmosphere and excellent service.

Found a cockroach in the donut display, the woman behind the counter just grabbed it with a cloth and then began to take my order like I just didn?t see a big a** cockroach walking in with the donuts. Just walked out, will be the last time I go there.

Good donuts, but they very rarely get our order right. It seems something is always missing when we get home.

Owned by the same people that have the neglected Donut Palace down the road. For better food, go to Speedy Donut at Hagan Rd and Hwy 110.

Absolutely best chocolate covered glazed donuts! They hand dip their donuts in chocolate. Always fresh. Friendly staff.
