If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!! These were impeccable donuts! ?? They were even delicious the next day for breakfast as a little treat! Would absolutely recommend the maple bacon, blueberry, lemon filled, and classic pink sprinkle. Everyone there is so sweet and patient, as well! ??

Great donuts! Old school style with care and thought. The peanut butter and Jelly were delicious. The first time Ive ever had a pbj filled donut! Their simple glazed donut was also delicious. Definitely recommend this place

The donuts are ok..Unles they are fresh first thing in the morning then they are pretty good... sometimes they have yesterday donuts left over and try to sell them first before they bring out the trays of hot and fresh... Service is kinda rude... My biggest complaint is they never open on time always 1 hour to 1-1/2 late, then they only have a few donuts available when they first open. One cook and two girls and when you ask about the hours the girls give you attitude and try to rush you out the door..

This place has a loyal fanbase, and it's easy to see why. The yeast donuts are so light and fluffy, and not over-glazed. Some items had already sold out before noon on a Tuesday so if you're hankering for something specific, earlier is probably better! Only tried the plain glazed, twist, maple bar (impressively not too sweet!), and a chocolate filled (so good) this time but already regretting not trying the apple fritter. The old fashioned and cake donuts looked good too (if that's more your style).

I came at 6:15am and unfortunately no PBJ or apple fritters available yet. Got a buttermilk old fashioned and it was decent. The ham and cheese jalape?o croissant was the real treat! Hope to come back later time to catch the sweet stuff

As of 2022, new owners have taken over and have provided the same great donuts, fresh and quickly. Newly refreshed inside, as well as a great and speedy staff that love their product and the people they serve.

Craving donuts this early morning. I wanted to go to my regular donut stop but they're closed on Sunday and ended up coming here at 5:30am. Super clean place and friendly ladies. I picked bacon maple bar, chocolate donut filled with custard cream and filled with apple one. All of so~soft, fresh & flaky donuts. Its melted in my mouth. Yummy Now I have new regular donut stop. Pleasantly surprised with this old school donut shop.

OMG!! Let me start off by saying the maple bacon bar from Westernco Donut is a winner. The donut is very light and airy. The maple icing was not overly sweet. It had the perfect amount and crunch to the bacon. It was straight fire, iykyk!! Must try. I picked out a couple of other flavors, including blueberry filling, strawberry filling, apple fritter, chocolate glazed, sugar twist, maple bar, and chocolate sprinkles. Not too busy at 9:30 am on a Saturday, and the case was pretty full (no apple fritters unfortunately). Easy in and out, staff were very friendly and helpful.

All the classic donuts were available mid afternoon. All were super tasty. We got maple bar, regular glazed, glazed blueberry cake, and sugar twisted donuts.

These are the best donuts I've had in Washington state by a pretty wide margin. The dough is perfect - light, buttery but with good body. Flavors are incredible - the jellies are just right, the creams are delicious, the glazes taste great and aren't too thick. Went there for the first time with friends to pick up donuts for the machinists on strike at Boeing. A few days later we had this text exchange, which should tell you everything you need to know.

Good donuts with solid fundamentals. Nothing fancy, but fresh and high quality. They have a nice selection of donuts as well as a few non-donut options like blueberry muffins, and cinnamon rolls. The enormous PB&J donut was a delight. There are a few tables to grab a quick bite, but mostly carryout. I'm looking forward to coming back again.

My only issue with Westernco is that it?s almost never open at 5am. I go countless times before work to get donuts for my crew and for an entire week straight it was not open at 5. Today I sat there until 5:20 and still not open. If you?re not going to be open at the time you say you will update your store hours instead of having customers waste their time.

These people don't know how to pack a donut. You don't put the frosted side of a Maple bar up against a brown paper bag. The frosting sticks to the bag and ruins the donut. When I called to ask them about it, they were rude and snapped at me, asking me "well how should I pack it"? Are you kidding me? I said, you use parchment paper, it isn't hard. Yeah I know I shouldn't be such a sugar fanatic, I don't indulge a lot but when I do this is where I get my donuts... As someone who worked in food service and with the customers directly for over 15 years, you generally dont argue with a customer after the order is wrong no matter which side is at fault. But I will be back because its the closest bacon maple bar to where I live. Just make sure they are grabbing what you asked for.

I'm sitting here after a 20 minute drive, writing this review cuz I got here at 4:25 pm and the doors are locked and I can't get anyone to answer the phone despite their clearly being a person inside. Looks like the hours don't match the Google maps ad, which is the most important ad to have correct, since people that are already here generally don't get as upset when they find out you're not open, since they didn't check beforehand. Also I was here 5 minutes before 4:30.

Nice staff and overall decent doughnuts, however this is the second visit we've come home to find our filled doughnuts were actually pretty empty. Wish there was some way the staff could do a better job of ensuring the quality of their product....

This is the best donut place in Renton, hands down. The donuts are fresh and tasty and delicious. They have a great selection to choose from and some non-donut options. The prices are fair to inexpensive and they also sell coffee and a wide variety of beverages. There is never a rancid oil aftertaste like the other donut place I won't mention. They are family owned and operated and I often see people eating inside and just hanging out. Highly recommend!

Best donuts on the planet. If you get there between 6:00 and 9:00 or so in the morning the donuts are still warm and the dough is crispy but gooey. They are so good. They often run out by mid-afternoon especially on the weekends so get there early or miss out. Staff is helpful and friendly. Google says it opens at 5am and I'm standing outside watching some lady slowly mope around inside. At 5:10 I called, and in broken english was told they don't open until 5:30. Wasted my morning, and this wasn't the first time. I've showed up at 6am before and they were just pulling into the parking lot. Shame on them, lost my business. $18 for a box of stale donuts is a ripoff anyways.

Oil is literally flowing out the doughnuts like bad Chinese food. I realize doughnuts are boiled in oil but some of these doughnuts are soaked in it. Place is great, when they?re open?.its very hit or miss if they are open or not on weekends. My last visit there had a sign saying they?d be closed on Friday and re-open back on Saturday. The donuts are good. I got a fritter, maple bar and chocolate covered normal donut. The server was not the warmest but oh well. I will return because it's at a convenient location and the donuts were good.

Our new go to for donuts in the area. Tons of options, especially earlier in the morning, with fresh donuts made daily. We like the bars, cake donuts, and some of the filled ones. Plus, the donuts are much cheaper than other big name brands in the area.

The staff were pleasant enough, the store was clean, and the donuts appeared very nice. However by the time I got there around noon on a Sunday, they only had 14 donuts left in the case with no signs that they were making more. I don't understand the phenomena of a donut shop that only makes one batch for the day and then shuts down.

Stopped in for national donut day. The service was great! The ladies with patient with my indecision and were very friendly. The donuts are delicious! They are a little different from your standard donuts (in a good way). It's hard to say exactly how, but it's a nice change.

Great little donut shop. Buttermilk bar comes highly recommended from my wife and I enjoyed the Raisin square (lots of raisins) and the Apple fritter (nice, big, crunchy and moist at the same time). Amazing doughnuts! While stock was limited when i was here after 2PM, I'm still very pleased with the selection that was available to us. They were nice and chewy and not dry in the slightest. They were glazed excellently as well. Highly recommend!

My son and I love this place. We come every weekend in the early morning to greet the senior citizens who gather around the tables to share their week with friends. The donuts are delicious, truly so, and the owners are always there to greet you with a smile.

This is a small donut places that is a little more pricey. However the donuts are a major step above grocery store donuts. They have a decent selection of donuts including french ones and bacon maple bars. They have pretty fast service though there isn't much room to talk with the owner. The location is very convenient in that it is right off 405. I have picked up donuts twice from here on my way to parties. It didn't add anymore time to my drive than just the pick up. Westernco has the best Donuts around! Our favorites are French Cruellers, cinnamon rolls and blueberry cake donuts. They are always nice and friendly in the shop. Get there before 9am for the best selection. They sell out of our favorites Early!!

Good prices and a wide selection of delicious donuts. They do take cards now. Only down side is that their hours aren't reliable. Most days I go out of my way to swing by they are close (between 6-7am) don't know if they're sold out already or didn't decide to come in but it's real bummer.

Went with my ex, prices are little higher than a donut shop in Tacoma, that my sister and I used to go to, but their donuts were really soft like they just made them, and pulled them out of the oven, and found out they open at 4an!! We've tried almost every kind of donut they have, and they're all delicious! For the best selection you need to get there early... Many things sell out early, especially the croissants. Contrary to a couple of the other reviews, they do accept credit cards with a $5 minimum.
