Weber's Little Donut Shop - St. George Island

A trip to St. George is not complete without stopping by Weber?s! My husband and I have made it a tradition every year to wake up early to wait in the line before they open. The owner is always super friendly and we love supporting a local business! They have such a fun selection of donuts and decorated so cute! The flavors can change daily so you never run out of options to try while on vacation. Can?t wait to come back next year!

This makes our whole vacation! The line begins about 6:30. I got there at 6:45 and was number 8 or 9 in line. It will wrap around the building before opening. ITS WORTH it. Once they run out, they close. We love the Cape San Blas location and were so excited to see the same folks here in SGI. We booked our vacation bc Weber?s is here. :) Excellent cake style donuts. MUST get Fruity Pebbles and maple bacon or pecan.

Was it a good donut? Yes, would I recommend people try them? Of course. Should someone wait 1-2 hours for these? Never. It?s a good but not wait and burn hours waiting for it good. Nothing special about them

I am not a donut person. I would never willingly just buy a donut. My dad wanted to stop here, and I was hungry, so I chose the rocky road. It was so good, I went back today and picked up three more. I?m not a donut person, but I?m definitely a Weber?s donut person! The lady was also extremely nice and helpful.

We love Webers Donuts! We look forward to visiting every year! We always meet someone new in line too, so it?s worth the wait ??

Let me leave a review for the other non early risers among us? couldn?t tell you what the line situation was at 7 AM because there?s really no donuts I?d wake up at 6 and wait in like an hour for, including these though they are good!! We got there initially at 8:45 or so (on the Saturday of MDW!) and there were only like 5 groups ahead of us in line, realized it was cash only and had to go all the way back to our condo at the other end of the island, got back and in line around 9:10 and got our 8 donuts in

This is the cutest little doughnut shop with the cutest little doughnuts and the sweetest staff. When I asked about different flavor options, she didn't just tell me "oh it's strawberry with sprinkles"; she pulled the tray out and showed me the exact doughnuts I was asking about and told me all the details. You can absolutely tell how much care goes into these treats. 100% recommend if you are in the area-- make sure to arrive early so they aren't sold out! No trip to SGI would be complete without an early morning trip to Weber?s for donuts! They are cake style donuts in a variety of flavors. We love the plain, cinnamon/sugar, chocolate frosted and coconut ones best. The service is fast and friendly. Food quality is excellent and the price reasonable. Great donuts, if you like cake donuts. Cash only, I suggest spraying yourself with bug spray for the wait outside to get your donuts. The line will be long so he there early. There is no inside here. You walk up to a window. Opens at 7:30 until they run out, or they're worn out.

Had a wonderful experience during Labor Day weekend at Weber?s Donuts! Got in line around 6:45am and the shop opened right at 7:30am. We were out of line with our donuts about 5 minutes later (only two other parties were in front of me in line). Got a dozen assorted donuts and they stayed fresh almost our entire week trip. Would recommend the wait/visit!

Look... It's the only donut store for miles and the line is insane for a reason. The donuts are great and the window lady was really nice to my granddaughter. Having said all that, I was in line at 7:20 for a 7:30 opening and I'm not kidding when I say the line was around the building when I got there... Still... Great donuts and good people.

The donuts are amazing! I wish I'd gotten more. We did a half dozen for 3 people and it wasn't enough. It is cash only so be prepared. We waited in line in a rainstorm right at 7:35 and there was still a long line. One suggestion for the owners: post menus in line so people can decide while they wait or offer a ticket to fill out with your order. Absolutely amazing donuts, a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Very kind service. GET THERE EARLY!!! It?s a long line if you don?t get there at least 15 min before opening. And you chance them running out of the donut you wanted.

Actually worth the wait! These are so Fluffy and delicious! Not greasy with soft icing on top. GO EARLY. We went there at 7:30 and there were people wrapped around the building. There was a little sign that said it was an hour from this point and we laughed, but it was True! It really was that long. We made it to the window at 8:30 lol. This is a cute little donut store. They sell old-fashioned cake donuts with a variety of different flavors that change everyday. You need to be in line by about 6:00 a.m. not joking! They even have shirts for sale that say I survived a line for a reason. The sun is crazy hot it rises right above the line where you're standing.Friendly staff and very clean.

Amazing selection of delicious cake donuts! All the variety you could ask for. Get there early (no later than 6:15am on what I would consider an average morning) if you want to be near the front of the line! By 7:45am, there were probably 80-100 people in line. Might as well enjoy the cool of the morning, a beautiful sunrise, and a donut for breakfast instead of lunch! I highly recommend the maple pecan, turtle, French toast, and cocoa crispies donuts. If you like cake donuts, you won?t be disappointed!

An annual tradition when we visit the island. Always fresh and delicious! Even the simple glazed donut is a winner but the kids look forward to the ones with sprinkles, of course.

Best donuts I've had in a long time! I would've posted pictures but I tried one donut and didn't stop till the rest were gone. Now stop reading and get here before they run out! If you want to try this place, get here when they open, because they sell out crazy fast! That's how great this place is.

They are worth every minute you stand in line! This is a must try if you love St George, if you get aggravated and like microwave service then this isn?t your spot! If you have kids like me I send them to play with the sand and oyster shells on the floor and they survived. We love this donuts ??????

The donuts are yummy, and the designs on them are so cute! We got a ton of them for a family beach trip breakfast and everyone loved them. Wish we could've tried the glazed croissants though.

Loved this little gem of a place? I only wish there was a way to preorder donuts to pickup and not have to wait in line for 1.5 hours. But we LOVE their creations and happy to wait for such a treat whenever we get a chance to visit the island.

Our family loves Little Weber?s Donuts on St George Island. The donuts are so so good. They have a great variety of flavors. I love chocolate , but my favorite there is cinnamon. Every time we come there is a new flavor. They are so nice too. I recommend getting there early and it?s cash only. The Bland Family from Georgia.

The line was long but they were all cute so we stayed and bought some donuts :-) There were actual crowds earlier because everyone was so thankful they were open on Thanksgiving day. What a sweet start to the morning.

We visited st george island from New York, for a couple weeks in mid February, read about needing to try these donuts. Got up at 6 and headed to the little shop. My kids are teens and got right up with us for the experience. We got 2 dozen of assorted and they were so good! My kids loved them, we ended up going the following week as well. We got there around 6:15 and no one showed up until 7. Their off season is a little slower so I suggest getting in line around 6:30.

Be prepared to wait over an hour for donuts. Donuts will run out with no warning. Arrived 2 hours before they closed and waited over an hour before they ran out. No apologies, it was like they didn't even care. Unless you arrive at opening, I would recommend not going. There is a donut shop in Port St. Joe called Sweet Bunz. They have a larger selection, better service, and much better donuts. Please reference the owners response. And "Pro Tip" for Weber's owner, instead of getting butt hurt on every honest

Great little donut shop where the sign reads "until sold out or worn out"... Cute little cake donuts in several flavors. I had the Vanilla Coconut. The cake donut is moist, dense on the inside and just the right amount of crusty texture on the outside. The only downside to my review is the way they're packaged. We found this little gem of a shop last year and just fell in love. So this year, we returned and my husband and father-in-law waited over an hour for these delicious parcels. ?? We just wish we lived closer and we'd get them every day. These are totally worth the hour+ wait. My husband isn't willing to stand in line for even 30 minutes, for anything. But these, he willingly gets up early and waits in the chilly weather, and that says a lot! Thank you!

Wifey and I got up at 6:30 am to make it to the store by 7 am. We were willing to wait half an hour for them to open since they looked so good and the reviews were glowing. They also mentioned how crazy the lines get early, and that's why we got there so early. We were so pleased they opened at 7 instead of their posted 7:30! There was only one person ahead of us! We ordered one of each, and by the time we left there were 20 people behind us! They get top marks for what they advertise they do: cake donuts.

Great cake donuts with lots of icing options. We got up to watch the sunrise and decided to hop in the already existing line at 7:10. We got to the window at 9 am. As we were leaving there was almost no line, bad ticing for us. This was national donut day. Donuts were a dozen for 15. Half dozen was 7.50. Individuals were 1.25 The icing flavors of strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, lemon, lime, fruity pebbles on vanilla and maple with cinnamon were all good that super sweet icong.

Donuts were good. However, the 2.5 hour wait in line to get what donuts they had left vs. the ones we wanted was not too good.

Little hole in the wall (literally) donut shop on SGI. I visited for the first time this morning, and arrived 15 minutes before they opened. I read reviews from others saying they sell out quick, and was the 4th in line this morning. They have quite the selection so I tried to get a few of each. These donuts might be the most delicious I've ever had, and I'm not a big donut person. They are moist and cakey. I LOVED the french toast and fruity pebbles donuts.

The PERFECT little shop for the PERFECT little island!! We tried so many different kinds of doughnuts, and they were ALL delicious! Perfect size, consistency, and flavor. Would HIGHLY recommend for anyone coming to SGI for long or short stay. Thank you!

I did not personally think the (cake-style) donuts were worth the wait (an hour in line even when arriving at 7:30 AM), but they certainly appear to be popular with a lot of visitors. There are some interesting flavors, but you have to arrive extremely early for those to be available. No coffee or drinks for sale, but can purchase a few minutes away at Piggly Wiggly. I am also not a fan of cash-only businesses in 2024.

We absolutely love Weber's! When we ordered both times this trip, our daughter got to pick from a treasure box, so she is a big fan. You can't do a SGI trip without trying these donuts.

First off it is cash only , second don't see the time it opens is at 730 and think oh I'll go at 740 and not have to wait wrong. Back to back days I went and still waited in line hour twenty day one arrived at 715 line around building, day 2 635 line still around building almost hour forty five wait. So you think to yourself why wait in line that long back to back days . Cause the donuts are that freaking good and the Kady at the window is stupendous at helping and being friendly. Good doughnuts. Not great. They are smaller than a "normal" doughnut. The wait was ridiculous. They should know their best sellers and have enough to last a couple hours. I got in line 15 mins before opening on a Wednesday and had to wait 1 hour and 15 mins only to have them run out of two of the doughnuts we were wanting to try. I got a dozen and the chocolate with peanuts were the best.

Weber?s is a MOST!! The donuts are amazing, the works are very kind and patient. Please do not arrive at 7:30 and think you will get right up to the window. We were third in line and arrived an hour early! It?s an experience but be prepared to wait.

Good for them that folks wait over an hour for a donut. I don't get it. I am a donut lover amd hit donut shops where ever I travel. Yes they were good but to me not worth an hour in line. We have a shop I'm Daytona that makes the same donuts and ices them with various flavors and no wait. They are the only game in town so perhaps that is it. So, if you have an hour to kill, go for it. For me, I had to try it after hearing all the hype. Next time in town I will grab Entenmanns!

I got there right when they opened and waited in line for two hours. They are even proud of the fact you wait FOREVER for those donuts. They are good but not that good. I feel like there could be steps taken to help with this problem. I will never go back.

We waited in line for an hour to get a dozen donuts and by the time we got there they only had 6 flavors left. They were okay, kind of dry, not too greasy. I'll give it 4 stars for the experience, but I'd prefer to get the cinnamon rolls at piggy wiggly. I liked the novelty of it.

Such a fun niche concept. Tried 5 different donuts, all fun flavors. Owner took the time to explain all of the donuts and obviously took pride in every detail. Was there at about 8:15 and only one thing sold out so far but can see how they go quickly!

Are the donuts good? I don?t know?..after waiting 30 min in line we?d only move about 20ft and hadn?t even made it to the 1 hr wait sign. Talking to other people in the line this is normal and just how these folks run their business. If you have nothing better to do for the next 2 hours this is the place for you, if you have kids, friends, a life, or self respect maybe not. No donut is worth a 2 hour wait. Also cash only if you do decide to go.

Cake doughnuts with flavored icing. Beautifully decorated and delicious doughnuts. Expect to arrive an hour before they open plan on waiting in line 1-2 hours. If you arrive late you may miss out on some of the options!

I?ve lived in Franklin County my whole life, and this is was my first time experiencing Webers Donuts! Well worth the hour wait. I suggest going about an hour, hour and half before they open, because people are serious and they are waiting by the window waiting to order! (They are really that good!) They have multiple varieties to chose from! Cake donuts and Cash only!

If I could give a 6 star rating I would! I was a little nervous at first because I typically don't like cake donuts. From my experience they tend to be super dry. I could tell when I picked these donuts up out of the box they would be soft and moist. My first bite felt like it melted through the donut! So good we had to turn around and get another half dozen. Key lime had lots of flavor and the cinnamon sugar was amazing too. We got lucky to have the special birthday cake donut and it did not disappoint.

$18 a dozen for donuts you have to wait in line over an hour for is insane. Do not recommend. Your time would be much better spent enjoying the beach. However the kids did enjoy them so I guess if you have kids and nothing better to do with your time then go for it.

We just returned from our first trip to SGI. My wife waited for almost two hours one morning, early in the week, but she agrees with me that the donuts were worth the wait. Later in the week, we arrived around 10 a.m. and were able to walk right up to the window. Glazed was the only remaining option. I do not typically prefer glazed donuts, but these were some of the best I've ever had!

Arrived 20 mins prior to opening time and still waited over an hour to get our donuts, yet somehow it was worth it. Donuts are outstanding, the people are incredibly friendly and I?ve never regretted going. This has become one of my kids favorite parts of a visit to SGI.

We got here at 6:15. We were 2nd in line. They opened at 7. WOW. Trust me. You don?t get it, until you get it.

Get there early! They open by 7:30 but can open earlier. The line forms fast. We got there at 6:45 and still waited over an hour in line. The donuts are very cakey and melt in your mouth, with plenty of options to choose from. Friendly service! Don't leave without at least getting 2 dozen. You'll wish you bought more. They only accept cash!

Wow! These were terrific! They open at 8am and they sell donuts til they're gone. The batter was both light and cake like. Lots of variety in flavors. They are a bit smaller than a standard donut, but that just meant I could try two flavors without feeling guilty. There's no place to sit so plan to pick them up on the way to the beach.

It was not what I expected. The donuts were good- but they were cake, not fried, I hadn?t anticipated a baked-only donut shop. Also I waited in line for over an hour. I know it?s not chick-fil-a, but they could help the customers in line prepare for the decisions that are about to be made. Im sure I contributed to the length of the line do to rethinking my whole order once I found out they were cake. It?s a small shop and they were very friendly. This place is run more like a hobby than a business. They are open when they feel like it. You have to go there every morning at 7am to see if they decided to open. Donuts are good but not worth the hassle.

Absolutely LOVE this place. We come to this beach every year, and this donut shop is a MUST for us. I highly recommend it. There's always a long line, but that shows that people will wait 30-50 minutes just for a dozen of these amazing donuts. Only two people work there (a husband and wife), which makes service slow. But it is SO worth it.
