We Knead Donut in Lakewood

This is my GO TO place for donuts! Always fresh, always perfect. My classic 6 order is always the same - Two flaky croissant donuts, two classic glazed, and two strawberry-glazed. The donuts are always lite but melt in your mouth, sweet but not a giant sugar bomb, and never greasy. These are my classic 6 combo because it hits the spot every single time.

Went here to surprise my coworkers with donuts! The donuts were very fresh and delicious. A dozen cost me about $30, but it depends on the type of donuts you get. Certain ones cost more than others. The employee did add in some extra donut holes that were amazing! I do recommend going in early. I went around 9 a.m., and some of my favorites were already gone.

Cute little donut shop! The staff and owner were so helpful when I showed up very last minute asking for six dozen donuts? They quickly accommodated me and even suggested some donut holes. Donuts are delicious, staff is super friendly. I will be coming back!

This was an amazing place! My wife and I were visiting for a short vacation and saw this place on breakfast nearby. THE DONUTS ARE SO SOFT AND FLAVORFUL. The staff was super friendly and patient even though we?re were first time enjoyers! We will definitely try to come again the next time we?re in Denver!

First time visiting this shop. I wasn't impressed. First of all just inside the door by the mat is a stack of cardboard covering something. That is a danger to all and definitely disabled people. Second there are no tables. I brought my disabled husband. Third the coffee is weak. By the time you put creamer in the taste is definitely much weaker. I didn't think I'll visit here again. Just the fact of the cardboard inside the door on the floor making a trip hazard is the main reason I'm not coming back.

I work near by and my co-workers and I sometimes get these donuts for a little sweet treat. They are always so delicious and very fresh! Easily the best donuts I have ever had. Highly recommend this place!

We had an appointment nearby. After the appointment was over, it was decided that we all wanted a donut. This place was close by, so we gave them a try. I'm so glad we did! The donuts were absolutely phenomenal! They were absolutely some of the best donuts I've ever had! The staff did a wonderful job making us feel welcomed, but in no way made us feel rushed.

The donuts were pretty good. The kolaches were not. They were microwaved, and rubbery. The winter at this shop is the cronut a cross between a croissant and a donut. So good! They also can fill any of the donuts with various fillings. They do this at the point of sale, so it is a fresh and full jelly or cream.

Surprising that anyone goes to Dunkin? with this right around the corner. Very reasonably priced and MUCH better quality. Love the croissant donut holes. They have a great variety for kids as well.

This shop has been teasing locals with an opening sign for a long time. When I saw they had finally opened their doors I was excited and had to buy a dozen for my coworkers to try. It was worth the wait! Their doughnuts were universally loved. I tried the red velvet and it had a lovely texture with a nice combination of chewy and soft. Their flavors were lovely and I will definitely be back to try others! The dozen was a bit over 20 dollars but I think it was worth it. They also have some coming soon items

The donuts were tasty. My biggest disappointment is that the glazed donut is small compared to other shops. By half. The people were nice! I gave atmosphere a 3 because there are no tables inside to enjoy a donut and coffee. Hopefully that changes soon.

So much YES!! The donuts are delicious, airy and light perfect little love pillows. Not oily at all. I got a long john and they let you choose from one of four flavors that they then fill right on the spot. We have been waiting for this place to open for a while and it was worth the wait! Congratulations on finally opening!

This is my new favorite donuts place. Donuts are fresh. They fill them to order (lots of filling). I went when they opened at 6 am & my long john was still warm. Glazed donut holes are great also.

Great donut shop with very friendly employee. Selection was large. They have croissant holes that are a must try. They even threw in a few extra donut holes.

Choose your filling and they fill it in front of you. Delicious croissant sandwiches. Have not gone back to dunkin since a friend recommended this place. On par with Voodoo imo and location in Lakewood is closer. Not a fan of small shop atmospheres but at any place, so I always get it to go.

Excited to see they?re finally open. Stopped in for some donuts this morning as it?s the closest donut shop in lakewood to us. I consider an old fashioned the real test of a donut shop and they for sure passed the test with this and a standard donut. Looking forward to see the interior decorating come together and tables added, etc.

Arrived around 9am on a weekend and they were sold out of a few options that we would have liked but every doughnut we ordered was fresh and delicious. The croissant donut is fantastic and a great option compared to the glazed origional. Everyone was happy and resulted in us returning several times. We love how close they are now and is a great place to get doughnuts at if your in the area. Keep in mind when you order a dozen if you choose your selections the price will be higher than the sign, for example

You walk in and gain 5 pounds, just from the wonderful smells! Cake donuts are my thing and that was the biggest cake donut I've ever had. I got a sample of their croissant drops ( I don't know their real name). So good. You get to choose from four fillings for the long johns. ?? I have been going to this donut for the past 6 months as I work nearby. At this point, I have become a regular customer. Been wishing for a donut shop in the area and got my wish! The donuts did not disappoint. They taste fresh and are super soft. The croissant bites are amazing! This business is finally open! We liked the quality of the donuts and got a 1/2 dozen variety. We really enjoyed the blueberry, red velvet and the cinnamon twist. Just an observation and not anything else, the staff was very polite but didn't talk much if at all, even when checking out which made interacting kinda cold. I am REALLY picky about my donuts. Grew up in Dallas area and the mom and pop shop donut shops are the best. Had trouble finding a replica in CO, but this is it. Their donuts are soft and are nearly the same fluff and style as those in Texas. They even have KOLACHE?S! A rare find out this way. I love talking with the owner and will be back!
