Obviously they have great products, but also impressive customer service! I called about trying to get an order exchange before it had shipped and the workers were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to get me what I needed!

I needed a last minute dress and found the most perfect dress from Vault! I paid for 1-2 day shipping and I was so surprised at how fast my dress shipped and got delivered! The receipt even included a hand written ?thank you? I will definitely be ordering many more items in the future!

I've purchased a lot of items from this store both in-person and online, and I adore everything. Amazing quality at amazing prices. Everything fits as expected and comes quickly. What a terrific spot to add some flavor to your wardrobe.

I usually shop online because Vault 206 is a bit of a drive for me but I decided to go in person and I?m so glad I did. They were having an amazing sale! Not only that, they were extremely kind to my children that were with me. Vault 206 is always on trend but they also are staffed with some sweet, helpful (but not overly so) sales associates. I will definitely be back.

I am a very picky shopper. My favorite part about shopping with Vault 206 is that I always receive good quality clothes at a fair price. The sizing has always been spot on. The shipping is super fast. What is not to love?

I ordered a pair of earrings and was notified via the website that the item I ordered was a preorder. With preorders, I?m sure it takes time if the product is not available, but Vault 206 gave me no type of urgent communication on my order and when I reached out about a billing issue, they refunded me the $20+ overcharge, but it would be nice to actually hear from someone. It took nearly 2 months for earrings that I had found elsewhere that were less expensive. Not the best shopping experience.

I?ve always had excellent customer service at the store. The employees are honest and won?t tell you to buy something if it?s not flattering. I live a couple of hours away so I usually shop online. Crystal clearly takes a lot of time to make sure they have high quality products and name brand items at very reasonable prices. Couldn?t recommend vault 206 more!

As many others have mentioned, I purchased the CC Earrings back in November of 2020 and emailed several times requesting updates, and kept being told that the arrival was being pushed back. I still to this day don?t have those earrings or my money back. Update: I reached out again recently and got a very prompt response. Cutest boutique ever! They have a wide variety of clothing from women?s, men?s and even kids. The prices are excellent and the customer service is amazing! I love how the website gives local customers the option to choose in store pickup as well! All of the employees are very nice and helpful!
