The lady in the front is so rude and unprofessional . I experienced her rudeness twice on different occasions . The guy in the back is always smiling and welcoming. This morning i asked for a bag for my donuts, she snatched the box from my hand as if she was irritated about me asking for one. We have to stop spending money where there is poor customer service.
Classic donut shop. Stopped in shortly after 6 am on a Wednesday and the selection was very slim. Only Kolache, Glazed Donut and Donut holes?..all the cases were empty but very clean. What I did get was very good and the lady was super nice. Wondering if more choices are available later or another day??
They?re glazed donuts are soooooooo good!! Someone in my office brought them in today and I didn?t get to eat one until a few hours later but even then it was so light and airy. Still soft and delicious! I grabbed the last one on my way out at 5:00pm. I put it in the microwave for 7 seconds and it was perfect! Warm and soft like just out of the oven. This is my new go to place for donuts from now on!

The food, speed, and atmosphere are great and convenient. Originally I was rebuffed by a strange young staff member who tried to gaslight/gatekeep/girlboss me, refusing to sell me donuts by claiming this (place that had the sign 'DONUTS') wasn't a donut shop and didn't sell donuts, and I left a review on how bewildered I was. low selection of donuts, you have chocolate, chocolate with sprinkles, blueberry and glazed. They had no fruit filled, and no others really. I was not impressed with this location. They had more selection when they were on miller road. I won't be going back, I prefer a wide selection and jelly filled. The people running it are nice and friendly, the place is clean. I got a canned drink and realized it tasted funny. When I looked inside I noticed their was mold. The drink had expired MONTHS ago. The donuts also tasted nasty, and had a weird smell after I heated them up.
Been coming here since i was a kid because of the best blueberry donuts. Many years later, I thought i didn't care much for them, but it was because i was getting them from other places. I came back recently, and am reminded why blueberry is my favorite. Recently, they were out of blueberry donuts so i had to "compromise" and get a bavarian creme filled, eclair. Now I think i have a new favorite!
The lady is nice and courteous.They also have like the softest donuts, specially the ones the lady has on a yellow tray in the back. A tad bit on the sugary side because of the fresh glaze, but they would go really well with a hot coffee or milk. Defenitely recommend.
Bad customer service. Lady never smiles and greets us,l and we are regulars feel like owner does not appreciate customers. We only keep coming back because the donuts are actually really good, just don?t expect a friendly face to greet you.
Good donuts and nice people but don't waste your time going after 8 am, they don't make enough and NEVER have anything left. I have gone at all different days and times and if you don't get there when they open at 5 am you won't get anything. The last 2 times I have gone there it was before 9 am, they had nothing left. Very disappointing.
No customer service. The woman refused to make my order correctly. I wnated a sugar cake donut and she said she only had plain. She refused to put sugar on it with nobody else in line. I?ve ben going here since I was a kid I?m 21 now and bring my family all the time. I see people saying the lady?s rude, y?all must have done something cause she?s ben so sweet to me as a kid and now as an adult never seen her rude to Anyone and ive ben going for YEARS my daughter runs around and she doesn?t say anything she just smiles. I think this place has the best donuts never stale so I think the negative comments about them are just cause y?all are mad.
My kids were excitedly picking out donuts and she told them to be quiet. I had them sit down and they moved a chair and she told me to tell them again to be quiet. Kids are not welcome to be kids in this donut shop.
They have a small variety, but the Lady who owns and operates this place is SOOO RUDE! EVERYTIME I COME IN SHE IS A GREEDY Disrespectful human being! Probably why they are almost always vacant! Delicious kolatches. The bread is so yummy! And their donuts taste a little like birthday cake. Filled donuts are huge. We love them!
I wrote a review on these guys, not sure what happened. I won't be back. I'm not re-writing an entire review; just safe to say I won't be back. They don't actually put jalapeno's in their kolaches, just use a hot dog with jalapano's in it. I could buy pillsbury and hot dogs and get a better result for the price. Highly overpriced.
Horrible service overcharged and given wrong items. 2nd time here and last. And they always have the huge pigs in a blanket rather than the small. Just stay away this place sucks. Won?t answer phone either so I can call to tell them they messed up and gave me just a bag of donut holes rather than my sons donuts.
We love this bakery and the service is always fantastic. They are busy and donuts go fast on Sundays (hmmm! They must be delicious!) so get yours early.
The donuts and Kolaches are okay, but don?t seem fresh, they had to warm up everything in the microwave before giving it to me and even then it seemed a little stale, I was there at 8:45 a.m. so I figured they?d be fresher than they were.
I?ve been coming here since I moved to Garland in 2009. Glazed donuts are the only donut I?ve ever gotten from here and they are ALWAYS fresh out of the oven and delicious!
We have been going here for years. Great donuts and great service. There are a few tables if you want to sit there and eat them.
I use to go here every weekend when my kids were in school. Now i go for my grandkids and they are still the best donuts in Garland.
