Look at this food ??. Despite how pretty, it still tastes better than it looks. The donuts are so airy, and fluffy there's almost a crisp melting effect that is so heavenly and it's just consistently a knockout. Even family that don't like sweets never fail to fight over Vail's amazing donuts/pastries. The generous lady that runs the shop is ALWAYS so kind and hospitable; you can just tell she cares so much for what she does and it's a difference that is both felt and tasted. The lady owner is very nice! The donuts are okay. Not terrible, but I don?t feel like they?re always fresh. They have really good croissant pig in a blankets. Overall, but a bad place but definitely not the best.
I would love to give a 5 star review, the donuts were soft, fresh, and delicious! My husband loved the budin and I loved the spinach pastry, we were both big fans of the "cronut" holes, super yummy. BUT.....4 of the donuts i got were ordered with Bavarian Cream Filling. I was actually pretty excited about those after tasting everything else first. I soon found out with the first bite that were filled with Lemon Cream instead, and upon inspection, discovered that all 4 filled donuts were filled with the same

This cute little donut shop is a gem in our community, always clean and welcoming. It's run by the sweetest little old lady whose warmth and kindness make every visit special. Her donuts are simply the best, and it's impossible not to love this place. Vail Donuts isn't just a shop; it's a beloved part of our neighborhood, and I'm grateful for every visit. My favorite local donut shop! The donuts are always amazing, kolaches are great as well. Amazing, quick service. I had them make me some Stars and Stripes donuts for a military party. They turned out great and everyone loved them! I did assemble this myself. Thank you Vail Donuts!

Joanne?s donut shop has been a family favorite since we moved in to the neighborhood. The donuts are always fresh, fluffy, and our kids love the novelty ones like her Rainbow/marshmallow donuts. I love the blueberry cake. YUMMM! ??
They have very good donuts and a great selection. They also are very helpful to me because I am older, and walk with a cane. I will continue going here as long as I can eat donuts! LOL
I ordered 12 glazed donut holes and 12 chocolate donut holes via Uber Eats. Both were so stale that it made me very sick to the stomach, I only ate 3 of each! This place needs to be shut down immediately! If they want to sell stale donuts, they should forewarn their customers and advertise as such!!!

Friendly staff and the donuts are almost always fresh tasting. They have a good variety and, I don't mean this in a bad way, they're never packed-busy in the morning so it's always quick.
The BEST donuts, period! Every time I go, the donuts are fresh and the owner is kind, warm, and courteous. Cinnamon old fashioned are my favorite but I also enjoy their blueverry cake donuts and their light and fluffy cinnamon rolls. Traditional glazed are excellent. The cronuts (croissant donuts) sell out fast. An assortment of kolaches also. There's additional parking along the side of the building. Great place, conveniently located too. I come in every morning and the coffee is never ready. They open at 5am and I come in at 5am . The coffee should be ready when you guys unlock the door. I'm here right now and it's 5:10am and the coffee not ready. :Update I'm still here at 5:24am and the damn donuts not even ready. Just shut the place down at this point.
Doughnuts are great. Equally as good as dunking Doughnuts. Prices are very reasonable. Service is awesome. Adding jelly to the Doughnuts as I was standing there. Will definitely be going back.
Love this donut shop. It used to be terrible and has been COMPLETELY changed with new owners. New owners are extremely nice and friendly with really amazing donut recipes! They have cronuts, red velvet, maple-bacon, and others... They are very good like Jaram's donuts but still have a lot of creative potential.

Joanne is the nicest shop owner I know. All of her products are freshly baked every morning. This place is a must stop and shop on a daily basis.
The lady that runs it is tremendously polite. Sweet old asian lady that always gives me a free donut with my order; tip or not. Granted it is a single donut, but where else do you get that kind of service and hospitality nowdays??? To the genius before me it is a donut shop and as such they spend more money staying open instead of closing because they are tucked away, and aren't a big name company. Try using logic instead of whining about what you can't get in life.
I don't know what the other review about the dry moldy doughnuts (technically if they get moldy they become soggy) is talking about but every time I've gone the lady there is really nice and the doughnuts have been very fresh and obviously made that day. This place is worth giving a shot!
