Love it love it!!! The corndog was amazing! The boba was so good, love brown sugar. But the cherry on top was the donuts!!! So many flavors so yummy!!! Also they play amazing music and have outside/inside sitting. Definitely recommend and bring a friend so yall can have amazing donuts ??

There?s just something about a chewy mochi donut. The texture is what makes it one of my favorite types of donuts. Umai305 has some unique flavors and we enjoyed them so much we went twice on our visit to Pompano Beach. They also have Korean corn dogs and milk tea. Yum!

First time coming here, service was amazing! My friend wanted to try Korean corn dogs so we came here and it looked so good! We ordered 2 donuts, 2 bubble tea and 2 corn dogs! It was really good I loved it and my friends enjoyed it very much! Staff was so kind and definitely will be coming back soon!

Very cute little shop with a variety of mochinut flavors. Staff was very nice and made some fresh mochinuts for the flavors we wanted to try. They have standard flavors like taro and churro and ones we have never tried before - like pistachio, passionfruit, and milk tea! My favorites were taro, milk tea, and churro, but everything we had was really good. Definitely want to come back again!

Food here is wonderful. Ingredients are fresh and the owner is super attentive. I definitely recommend the Hot Cheeto Beef K-Dog, and the Chicken Soy Glaze is phenomenal! Will definitely return. PS: The Mochi Donuts are brilliant :D

I had mochi donuts at another place a while back and fell in love with them. When I returned to a different location from the same chain to get them again the waitress looked at me like I was crazy and told me they never had them. What a disappointment. We were walking by this place one day and stopped in a on whim and I was delighted to see that they serve them! They were even better than the other place with a better variety of flavors. When I say 10/10 definitely recommend?. I say 10/10 recommend! Mounir has a hospitality out of this world. The Cheetos Korean corn dog is phenomenal. You can tell the oil is fresh and the hotdog is quality! The Tiger tea? bomb! Please check out this intimate place in the heart of Fort Lauderdale.

Super cute tea and food shop right next to the beach! I was in the area and happened to stumble in because those donuts looked so unique. And trust me they are! Soft and chewy just like mochi. They are not heavy or greasy at all. Just perfect for someone who likes dessert without the sugar rush. It's very similar to the one in Davie. The donuts were delicious! Nice to not have to drive so far when we have the urge for these donuts. The Cheeto Cheese Dog was ok. I will try the boba teas next time. I'm glad this place is around. I will be back.

I was blown away by these Korean corn dogs! They are absolutely delicious! The hot Cheetos coating has a kick to it and goes great with their spicy mayo. The crispy ramen one is fantastic too! The service was amazing. The guy in the front was kind and was delightful to speak to. The bubble tea is delicious and comes in a cute can. I got three donuts and they did not make it home. They were chewy and soft and not overly sweet. I will definitely be coming back.

As soon as we walked in I knew I was going to LOVE this spot. We were greeted promptly and our order was taken. Umai had the best boba tea I?ve ever had! I Ordered the Thai milk tea with tapioca pearls, oat milk, and asked for it to be less sweet. It was absolutely perfect. We also had the matcha donut and the mozzarella korean corn dogs (we tried the potato-covered and the ramen-covered versions) and both were delicious. The staff were so warm and kind. 10/10. I've been there a few times for a milk tea and a donut. The milk tea is absolutely delicious, and their donuts are the best i've ever had; never having an American donut every again.

me and my friends went after volunteering for our school. the lady at the front was very nice taking our order and you can see it being prepared freshly in the back by another worker. atmosphere is very pleasant, great lighting and nice music. the churro corn dog was excellent, sweet and salty and not too much or too little dulce de leche. hot dogs are also 100% beef! not expensive either and pretty big. 10/10 must try!

I placed an order on door dash at 10:30 on Tuesday 3/11. When my dasher arrived they said they were sold out of all the donuts I ordered including milk teas, but with this photo I attached to the review, I find that very hard to believe considering they have at least 100 donuts on hand. I think the person or people working that night didn?t want to do this order since it was close to closing but they weren?t ?closed?? will not be trying it in the future for that reason

I ordered from DoorDash and they forgot one of my drinks. I tried a few of the mochi donuts, a bubble tea, and tteokbokki. The mochi donuts were DELICIOUS! BUT I will have to say that the drink was way too sweet for me and the tteokbokki was NOT tteokbokki. If you know what tteokbokki is supposed to taste like, you would know that what they served was rice cakes with a really salty sauce. I couldn't eat it because it was that salty! Too bad I couldn't tell the owner and change it since I took it home to Miami.

Don?t be fooled. This seems like a fast food spot but literally every thing is made from scratch with high quality ingredients. I spoke to the owner and learned the donuts are made with rice flour which creates a delightful chewy texture. The icing is made from palm sugar and fresh natural flavors. I loved this spot and will swing in to try the korean rice cakes and chicken next time. Five stars for passion!

Never had this type of donut before but I'm definitely hooked. It's chewy and meaty yet still airy and light. Nutella one is the best. We came in late and they didn't have many options, they offered to make me a Nutella one (since we already took the last one) but we didn't want to wait around. My experience at Umai 305 was the best customer service experience to date. The owner was so passionate about the shop and took ample time near closing to tailor the tea to my liking. we were down in ft. lauderdale for a vacation and decided to try this place. i went back almost every day of the vacation getting the Pina Colada tea, which was amazing. Service is great and the corndogs were good!! Will be coming back next time!!
