Ugly Donuts & Corn Dogs Pearland

I?ve always wanted to try this style of corn dogs and am SO happy we came across this place. They are made to order, have great crunch and excellent flavor (especially the beef omg), and overall is very filling! I do think the employees could be more welcoming and friendly as they seemed like the typical kids who don?t wanna be working, and the prices could be a bit lower, but otherwise we?ll definitely be coming back!

This place was very good the first couple times I went, but I will say service and quality have gone downhill since they first opened. It is still good, but the cream donuts are no longer filled as much with the filling, and they tend to run out more than before. The workers are less communicative and short with customers, compared to when they started. This location is also very small so don't try to go as a group, because you won't fit. It's best to order to-go.

Overall great place for Korean corn dogs! They have a fee different flavors as well. I got the pizza flavored one. It was flavorful and savory. The outside was crispy, and the inside was cheesy and fluffy. The food was made fresh right in front of us. Located in the Pearland town center, there are plenty of tables and chairs outside as well to eat, relax, and shop.

great atmosphere and food, i definitely enjoy each visit. food is on the pricey side but made fresh right in front of you. the building is small on the inside so just beware of other customers.

This place is great to grab a snack while being in Pearland town center. Workers are very nice and welcoming when we first came in handling all our orders in a timely manner. The food was a bit pricey but overall at the end they were worth it and very yummy. Would try again!

Pretty cool spot for some doughnuts. I'm veg so I asked for the vegan hotdogs they advertise online, unfortunately they don't have the vegan corndog at this location, made me sad lol. I however ordered the original ugnut, redbean doughnut and blueberry ugnut with help of the staff, and they were pretty good. Those ones are vegan. I went here today for the first July 2 around 6:15pm I call to see if they had the vegan corn dog so since no one pick up the phone I drive there to look on the menu at the restaurant. Really good food the place is a little small but everyone has to start somewhere I'm sure they will expand. It is a little wait since they make everything to order. The drinks are good I have the strawberry lemonade make sure to mix your drink to get the full experience. The donuts are really tasty and the Korean hot dogs are good. Worth the wait just a little overcrowded in the building.

Very small building with very limited space. We weren't greeted, we didn't see a menu & we didn't know where to order. Then we figured it out and felt very crammed while ordering. Tried this place for the first time. There was a new trend so we decided to give this local place in Pearland a try. We'll it was not that good. I ordered a regular corn dog, kids ordered one as well. Kids did not like it because they felt it was not cooked enough. To me it was the dough. It felt to think and still a bit raw. We weren't greeted when we came in, nor were employees very friendly. Ordering kiosks were confusing. Employees seemed to move in slow motion. Also saw one of the guys making food cough right onto the food and food area without even covering his mouth (didn't have on a hair net either). So gross!!! ?? Super small, so if you are clausterphobic, this isn't a space for you. The employees are friendly, and the corn dog was delicious. I ordered the American. Next time, I'll ask for dill relish.

I ordered the corn dog with cheddar cheese inside, only to bite into it and find plastic. It looks like the whole plastic wrap they must use to put the cheese inside got left in the corn dog. Honestly so upset, my appetite was completely ruined.

I recently visited ugly corn dog and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The service was horrible; the staff didn?t greet me or even say goodbye. To make matters worse, my corn dog wasn?t fully covered with my topping choice, and they put the wrong sauce on it. I expected better, and it really affected my overall.

I want to like this place so bad second time ordering from them each time the corn dogs are never cooked through. Thank God. Personally wasn?t a fan of the drinks but the corn dogs were really good. The line was pretty short so there wasn?t too long of a wait. Everything is ordered on a screen which is really convenient just wish there was an option when ordering to get the corn dogs with no sugar.

Stumbled upon this place after doing some retail therapy. It?s a self service place but has staff in there to help you make your order. Funky little spot with corn dogs, donuts, & filled pretzels. The corn dog was the absolute winner for this trip. If I had not got the lemonade the food would have got the 5 stars. Lemonade left a lot to be desired. It was not too my standards but someone msg like it. Self serve kiosk is not customer service. The employees were sitting around they could have been available to answer questions as I'm sure a lot of guest are first timers. Clean facility and descent atmosphere for your wait.

Delicious!! One corn dog is big enough to share. I didn?t really care for the taco flavored one but the original and cheese one! I forgot to take pictures of those. I also tried their ugnuts and they were pretty good my favorite was the strawberry cream cheeses flavored one. I tried the plain and the regular cream cheese filled one as well(picture below).

I am always excited by new concept of foods. One of a kind concept. A food you never had before. I really liked the potato cheese dog. Big in size and full in flavor. Store was small but plenty of sitting areas in front. September should be the best month to sit with family and friends and watch the world goes around while eating the nice hot dog and drinking their yet innovative bubble teas. Will come back any time I am in the area especially in the leisurely weekend morning.

Mario and his team were great! Always excellent customer service when we come in. They never disappoint us. This will forever be our favorite place to come to.

Feel bad for the girl training the other workers but they were so disorganized it was crazyyy. They were unorganized, didn?t know what they were doing, got peoples orders mixed up or wrong, and took like 20 mins for one donut because they weren?t organized.

Great food! Great service! Staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is the area. It takes forever to find parking and it can get busy quickly but the cook the food quickly. I love the flavor and the fruit drinks are fantastic!

Quick and friendly service. Never had Korean corn dogs before and they definitely lived up to the height! Worth the calories. I had the kids size and still couldn?t finish it ! Also tried a Nutella stuffed ugly donut and omg it was so decadent! Will be back in the future !

Very disappointed, I?ve been so excited to come. Only to be let down by service, the guy was not welcoming and he uses strawberry cream tongs with all my donuts, what if my kids had an allergy? We went in and were confused as to why they weren?t taking our order. Another customer told us that we have to place our order at the kiosk. We ordered the pizza, Classic American, and La Mexicana corn dogs and Nutella donut. They had interesting flavors. For drinks, we ordered matcha latte (watery) and midnight lemonade (didn?t like).

I liked this place the first time I had it but today my experience was horrible. My kids and I got nutella and cream cheese filled donuts but they were nasty. Literally tasted like old grease! I believe they were not made fresh but re-dipped in oil almost like McDonalds does their fries sometimes so they get soggy and full of grease. Food is really good, but service was terrible. First time we've ever been here and the lady at the front walked off right when we were trying to ask her about the menu. I've been by this place many times in the past but decided to give it a try. I got the Original Ugdog with Panko coating and the Original Ugnut (no sugar). It was all right but nothing fascinating. Quite pricey for the quantity you get. In comparison to a regular corn dog, the Ugdog has much more dough on it. At least the spicy Sriracha sauce was good. It's mostly a young crowd that comes here. Horrible experience the menu is VERY MISLEADING. This place sold me a corndog with NO HOTDOG. They said because I added cheese!? Then I asked them to fix it and they told me no! 34 seconds later another customer complained about the same exact thing added cheese and they omitted the hotdog. But they gave the girl a hotdog on a stick, and told me too bad because I didn?t give a certain look. Pictures are nice but the service is terrible NEVER AGAIN when I visit Houston!

Food is great yet service was not to my expectations. Not a greeting hello or welcome, especially as my first time to the business. Both gentlemen were not only on their phones but on their personal devices in the time of work. Took 10 mins for them to not only grab my receipt but basically no words at all other than if you would like your sauce on the top or on the side. Awkward, I hope there is more training in communication skills.

Love that they have vegan options that taste amazing! It is made fresh so you have to wait for that dough to be shaped and fried. The store is small though. Must order through kiosk, then wait, then pick up, eat.

Food was different than I ever tasted before, the drink were delicious and refreshing. My kids had some swimsuits we carry in case we sportacially want to swim. We had plans, but spent the rest of the day there watching the kids snack and have a blast! Great service!

Wonderful food for a good price. The food is made fresh and with love and believe me, you can taste it. The only downside is that the place is very small so it is very crowded while you are ordering/waiting for your food, but the fantastic service and food makes it all worth it.

The batter is good and I enjoyed the Americana. The Blueberry ugnut lacked blueberries (three total blueberries found). The same for the scallion. The prime ingredient needs to shine so please get generous with the primes! Overall, an eclectic foodie spot and I will try other flavors!

I thought all food establishments were required to have place for staff to wash their hands onsite. Manager told me that they don?t?.yikes. Saw employee come in pulling an old dirty dolly, took it in the back, immediately came back out and then grabbed gloves and then started digging in batter to make donuts. Grabbing gloves with dirty hands and then commence to swirling those contaminated gloves around in batter is a recipe for bubble gut or possibly worse. No thank you.

The name alone catches your attention but the food is what makes you stay. The corndogs are the right amount of sweet and savory and pretty filling in my opinion. The donuts are my favorite, between the filled and the originals I can never choose. But don?t take my word for it, you should definitely try it yourself! ;)

Food was pretty good, though not the best. However they did say they were waiting for more shipments to come down from New York, so menu options should be growing. Overall was pretty good though, wait wasn't too long and the surrounding area has plenty to do. Would get it again at some point, just hoping for a bigger menu selection.

I've eaten here many times and every time I come back the staff changes but that's not the problem. Last time I ate donuts, they were very delicious, they were soft and not too much oily , but this time I got fried donuts too long and makes it too crispy and oily which hopefully will fix it

I got the cheddar mix with potatoes and 2 cinnamon sugar undonuts. There both were just okay. No real flavor. Super airy, which makes sense the batter is airy but nothing else had flavor. The donuts were only coated on 1 side with cinnamon and sugar which is another reason for no flavor. All in all it was just okay. Probably won't be back.

This place was gross. The pizza dog left a terrible taste in our mouths. It took 6 workers 15mins to get our simple order out with only one order a head of us. Freshly made when ordered, which tastes great in hand but is SLOW to get into hand. I waited 15 minutes to get my order. Maybe I didn't order the right things, but the taste of what I got was ok. I did want to try the scallion, but they were out. I'm willing to go back another time and try a few more things.
