The best donuts I've ever had. So fresh, so soft, perfect taste! I try to get something different every time I grab some donuts and have never been disappointed. Everything has been amazing! I can't eat donuts anywhere else, and everyone I've brought there feels the same afterward.

Great classic donut shop! The donuts are fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the moment we walked in?the place smells amazing. You get that warm, inviting aroma of dough and sweet fillings, not the burnt oil scent you find at too many other spots. Highly recommend.

I stopped in today to grab a dozen donuts around 2pm. Cost is just under $16. Got home & opened the box. The donuts tasted like they were just made & were delicious. The store on State St. Is an in & out store. No sit down seating. I swear these are the best donuts locally.

This was great. The husband and wife hustling on a Saturday to get us taken care of. Home made and delicious. Not overly surgery like most places and no crazy selections. The strawberry cake was my daughters favorite.

Sadly another fallen business. Day old donuts mixed in with the fresh,one will be crusty the next will be fresh. When I request common fancy types I'm told they are 'sold out' week after week..never mislead your customers when you have very little variety.

Haven't ate here over ten years. So wasn't sure if liked their donuts. I don't live in area anymore. Stopped in yesterday got box of donuts. Was very good. Kinda sweet but that's what you get with donuts. I'm not big on sugary foods. Very soft not to doughy. Would go back & recommend Customer was good also. Oh yea these are huge donuts. Not your typical Kroger/ Walmart donuts. Cinnamon twist two cherry filled cinnamon rolls & two think claws

Fort Wayne classic. Been there for years. The popular corner of state and wells. You got Tom?s, Clara?s pizza king, lees famous recipe. And a Walgreens. If you need to add money to your chime.

Great donuts, best in town. Cinnamon fries are heavenly. However The interior is a shambles. Sheesh. Get rid of that stuff!!

Cute hometown donut shop! We ordered a dozen assorted, and they were all delicious. My husband had coffee and said it was great too! Glad we stopped here!

I can't really deduct for the atmosphere since it's an in and out type place. The service is always just OK, never too friendly, but they answer any questions with no gumption and put the donuts in the box. The donuts are the star, always delicious. Sometimes the selections is low but most of the times pretty good.

This is a local, family run business that's been here for years. They have extensive hours so it's great if you need an evening snack or coffee. There's a lot of seating and it has a cozy atmosphere. And the donuts are delicious!

Saw some kids riding Razor mini scooters in the parking lot and 1 tried to jump over a parking bar but missed and almost got hit by a car

3-21-19 donuts were over cooked, the cream is warm whip cream, and there's barely any icing on the donut. I got cream filled long Johns and they're disgusting to bite into. Also I've never paid 5$ for six donuts at a bakery before. You'd have better donuts from Walmart and at a lower price

Tom?s is the perfect place to pick up Doughnuts from. It doesn?t have indoor seating, but the donuts we tried were phenomenal! We had the cherry cake donut (our favorite) and a pumpkin cake doughnut. Great while in the wall place!

The donuts are delicious. Coffee is good. They have other child beverages (milk, juice, water, pop). Workers are polite. They used to have seating and it was so quaint and loved to enjoy a cup of coffee and donuts here. They closed the seating area when Covid started and haven't opened seating since. Their chocolate iced cake donuts are delicious, as well as the maple/caramel frosted coffee roll, jelly filled, apple filled, and bow tie donuts

Donuts were absolutely delicious, zero complaints. We will be back for those again for sure. The dining room is closed, looks like it has been for a little while now. It was disappointing as my husband used to eat inside with his father and so we took our kids to do the same but we were obviously unable to.

Tom's has been around since before I was born. In my opinion their apples fritters are the best in town. My son loves them almost as much as I do.

The owner has made it impossible to enjoy what used to be a classic neighborhood shop. Where you could spend time, talk, and drink coffee into the evening. The new owner has destroyed this family classic. The table and chairs removed, wooden dowels over the bar seats, unwelcoming signs such as ?NO DINE IN, CARRY OUT ONLY?. And unwelcoming unfriendly service?. Such a sad disappointment. Try to love this old place, hate it now.

This was my second visit a year later with not living in Fort Wayne; my first review. The apple fritters were beyond perfect. Moist interior, gently crispy glazed exterior, and a lovely caramel Swirl. Thank you!

I love this little shop! I have had friends and co-workers bring donuts around before but just recently started going myself. It's a cute local place with a great variety. Simple menu and drinks to compliment. The donuts are a perfect level of sweetness. I especially love the cinnamon and maple!

Picked up a dozen for National Donut Day and I'm impressed. $15.79 total w/tax. Strawberry and blueberry were extra flavorful. Boston creme, lemon filled, and raspberry powdered had lots of yummy filling. The old fashioned was flakey. The fritter nicely crunchy. The surprises were the maple cinnamon roll, and cinnamon sugar apple filled. I'd had neither, and I'll definitely have both again! Based on the scents when I walked in, they still bake fresh through the afternoon, and they're open into the evenings

These are absolutely the best donuts on this planet. It's the only place I will buy donuts. I eat from other places but I don't buy them. Other places NEVER measure up. I wish there was a way to bottle the smell from this store. Been going here as long as I can remember. Again, no other place measures up to this place. Love them so much. Always a fresh taste no matter what time you go in.

The donuts are very good and are good quality for as cheap as they are. The workers are very nice. Probably the best donuts I've ever ate and I'm not even joking. The only thing that kinda sucks is there is very small choice's but the donuts are very good I would recommend trying it if I were you.

Tom's Donuts staff is always nice. I have been coming here for many years. Their donuts are usually so mouth watering but lately they are just good. The donuts aren't airy like they used to be. They might be using a different flour with the current issues in getting products. I will continue to stop in for the occasional donut.

Every Friday 3 dozen for my staff. Great and efficient service and great donuts at a good value.

A long time local favorite, Tom?s was our first choice to cater for our wedding dessert. They did not disappoint! All of our guests (roughly 200) were thrilled with the great options. We had to go into the bakery two days prior to put in the doughnut order in-person, but they were fresh and ready to go the day-of and handed over with friendly smiles. Would highly recommend!

The donuts were stale. I bought 4 and all 4 were no good. They were definitely from the day before. I went there before 7 am. These donuts should have fresh as can be. I'm highly disappointed. I always said Tom's was the best but, not anymore. Then on top of that, a short Asian man was rushing me to choose my donuts....lol....This is the last time Tom's Donuts will get any of my money.

Tom's is still the best donut in town! Their bear-claw is the BEST! All of the rest are very solid donuts as well, you can't go wrong. Nice and clean, great old fashioned donut shop! If you are down there 7am you will run into lot of cool older guys from the neighborhood who have been getting their coffee and donuts here for YEARS.

Went in and the person working was incredibly rude to me and my friend upon entering. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, because I know everyone has bad days, but then I noticed she was treating the other customers much better than us. Probably won't be going back.

I have been wanting to try Tom's for awhile, but it seems like we never find ourselves on that side of town at donut-o'clock in the morning. We finally made the trek today, and it was well worth the drive. The donuts were delicious - very soft pastry, well iced, and generously filled. And the icing on the cake? They were inexpensive too! Our family of 6 ate plenty for about $10. I'm not above a corporate donut, but given the choice I would prefer Tom's Donuts any day.

this was not the vibe. it costs way too much for what its actually worth. the strawberry and cinnamon apple donuts tasted as artificial as it gets. The vanilla with chocolate icing and the one with sprinkles just tasted... off. and the apple fritter, just a no. it was hard and there wasnt actually any apple. how are you gonna give me an apple fritter with no apples?! lastly, there were no yeast donuts. it might have been because we got there later but they should make more. I would just like to suggest also

Before even trying my doughnut, I decided it was my first and last time going here. The lady at the counter clearly was not interested in answering any questions and seemed annoyed that I had any. Even my 9 year old daughter was offended and unimpressed with the customer service. She said her doughnut wasn?t even that good. We?ve had better at Kroger?at the very least, Kroger?s employees are friendly.

Definitely get in early. These donuts are amazing and they seem to go fast. They're on par with Long's from the Southside area. I like how crisp their glaze is. It's not soggy or overly done.

We love Tom?s Donuts and are regular customers. They stay fresh even after a day or two. There isn?t anything too fancy but the quality is fantastic. All the standard doughnuts made to perfection.

Very poor customer service today at 915am. The individual at the counter clearly hated their job and could care less of wanting to be there. First time trying Tom's Donuts and we won't be back. We will stick to Leo's Donuts or Rise'n Roll. Donuts itself was subpar; maybe yesterday's?

We got an apple fritter, apple cinnamon cake donut and a pumpkin donut. My husband kept saying they were the best donuts he had ever had. They were all so good! My one year old has always spit donuts out but she loved the pumpkin.

I love this location for Tom's Donuts. The owners are really friendly, and they have some great donuts inside. Better stop in earlier in the day tho, everyone loves them, so variety is better earlier in the day vs later in day.

When I came in I instantly recognized the owner from when I was a child so I was very excited he still made donuts. This is by far the best donut shop in town for the money and they are made fresh everyday. So support local and support fresh made donut shops.

One of the best donut places around. Great variety, when too many kinds aren't sold out (which is for a good reason!). The sour cream are the best, especially when fresh.

They have a respectable collection of cake doughnuts and are open into the late afternoon so a good place to get your fix, even if you don't stop by until after lunchtime like me.

They young lady working at Tom's today was very nice and sweet. She let me come in and get warmed up after walking through the cold wet snow and some of it was up past my knees. My toes were so cold that they hurt. She gave me a hot chocolate on the house to help warm me up. Thank you so much for the warm up it was very much appreciated!!!

So, if you like donuts this place is for you. A few days ago I got a really fresh apple fritter. It was still warm and nearly melted in my mouth. Go check them out. I dont believe you'll be disappointed.

Service sucks even by mom and pop standards. They justify their failures on being a small business. Have given them a few chance because they are close-by. Other donut shops are head and shoulders above this place and even the grocery store bakery has as good of quality of donut. I thought I was missing something because Yummy Bunny uses them but truthfully the donut was the worst part of that treat. I'll just get the ice cream in a cup from now on. Between the service and mediocre product I'll take pass
