Yummy Popcorn chicken, Potato tornado and no.1 black sugar boba. Service was great and brilliant flavor in savory dishes!
First time visiting and it was delicious. There's plenty of parking and a decent amount of seating inside the restaurant. I got their brown sugar mochi with cheese foam. It was made well and I like the chew of the bubbles. I also ordered mochi donuts, which were good and made well. They did run out of a flavor that I wanted, but I substituted it for another flavor. Overall, the food was pretty good, but just a bit expensive. I paid almost $8 for my drink and $13 for 6 donuts. Staff seemed nice, but they w
A wonderful boba place!! It was recomm by a friend and I'm so glad that she did! My family loves Bubble Tea and it's nice that this location is so close. The eating area is very clean. The desserts are great (not to sweet) and it's a fun place to go! We will definitely come back here when we want a treat.

The drinks are okay, they were good but not $8+ a drink good. I feel they are rather pricey for a drink, especially flavored milk. The donuts were yummy for sure though, but again, really overpriced. 3 donuts cost $7. Staff is friendly and the cafe is clean.
I am a very avid boba lover and try every single shop I can, and I place Milk Jar as my number one 10/10 shop. Tiger Sugar is a chain that is known for its brown sugar drinks. The shop and drinks were aesthetically pleasing, but the same can not be said about the taste. It was disappointing how bad their signature sugar drink is. LOVE this place! Used to go to Tiger Sugar a lot in NYC, but so happy they?re opening in West Chester too. Best bubble tea and regular tea place in town. The Mochi donuts are so delicious. My personal favorite is the matcha and cappuccino flavored mocha donut. Highly recommend!!!
Unfortunatelly they are very bad with their delivery orders, they don't prepare them when they received those orders but only if the pick up driver came and asked them to do so, which takes bunch of more time to make. Edit: It's freshening to see your response about improving your systems. Btw, I tried your drinks and wow they are truly awesome.
Got a number 11 & a sesame mochi donut. Both delightful. The Donut has a unique texture and a lovely flavor. Can't wait to go back and try some other treats! Clean restroom, but extremely cold.

Service was quick despite it being busy. The Latina-looking worker who was attending the register seemed kind of fed up with being there. She didn?t have the best attitude. When I tried to swipe my card, she disingenously said, ?Sorry, we don?t take swipe cards?. I used another card, but the interaction with this one employee grinded my gears a bit.
I had black sugar milk tea and mochi donuts. Milk tea is ok, too sweet for me. Donuts taste yummy. Will be back.

All the drinks are they recommended were disgusting, some saying they were good they were completely nasty especially the ones with the jelly
As someone from the Bay Area, I need my boba fix every now and then and this place is one of the best boba place around. My go-to order is their black sugar milk with pudding and boba; I recently tried their black sugar milk with mochi and boba, which was pretty good. Their food items are also ?? their popcorn chicken is great. I also recommend trying their Mochi donuts -- my favorite flavor is the black sesame.

This location at Mason Ohio had a 50% off all drinks promotion. I ordered on the kiosk then they said you have to order at the counter. And refused to fix it. Disappointed.
There?s like four places nearby Tiger Sugar that also do boba, so why is this the one I go to repeatedly? I?ve been digging their number 2 on the list. The taste is not as sweet or milky like elsewhere; I don?t much veer out of that section due to dietary restriction. I would recommend getting a tiny bit less sugar on your first try (because I don?t like too much sweet ; the fully set is obnoxiously sweet), my kids love the popcorn from here. It?s wonderful. Whenever I miss some semblance of Asia through milk teas and bobas/pearls, I always go here! Staff are always nice and accommodating! Love the mochidogs, though a bit expensive. Also love that they offer lactaid with no additional charge.

Super friendly staff, fast service and the doughnuts were so good! My favorites were the matcha and sesame! My sister liked the blueberry. Also they looked so pretty! Doughnuts were soft, chewy and not too sweet. Sealed in a cute box and the place was very clean. Picking up some for my staff and going to get a boba for sure!

Everything about this place is so amazing. My favorite drink here is the Tiger Mango Sago and it?s such a nice atmosphere to come here with your loved ones. The interior is so clean and pleasing to the eye and the employees are all very nice. Customer service is great and doesn?t take too long. Definitely recommend! ??

So glad to have discovered Tiger Sugar! This is the BEST boba tea I've ever had. I love this place! I will only go here from now on. It's my new favorite place and beats all the competition. The bobas are smaller in size, but that makes them so special. They are so flavorful and made to perfection. This is a place you can't wait to go back to and will think about! I plan on trying one of everything.
I asked to add the mini pearls in my drink 6a which cost a little more but that doesn?t matter to me but they did not include it in my drink. This is the second time this has happened to me. Tiger Sugar is my favorite boba place and I always stop by when I am in cincinnati so I am disappointed.
Amazing mochi donuts! The boba was pretty good too! However, I asked them if their donuts were gluten free as typically mochi donuts are, and they could not give me an answer. I would like to bring my boyfriend here to try the donuts if they are gluten free as he has celiacs and cannot have gluten.
This is a traditional style Boba restaurant. The Peach Love Spring Green Tea and Leeche was the best I've ever had. The donuts are amazing. I recommend! 10 stars ?

I found the drinks to be aesthetically appealing, but I cannot say the same about the flavor and quality. I found the matcha to be chalky and unappealing. The price point was high for an "average at best" drink. Also thought that the sizing would be more generous for the price.
