My daughter ordered a huge amount of donuts and cookies instead of cake for my grandson?s graduation party. To say that it was a big hit is an understatement. Not only were they delivered to the party, they were beautifully arranged. Everyone at the party loved the display and couldn?t believe how delicious every single flavor was. They even made a congratulations sign out of donuts?stunning. Do not hesitate to hire these beautiful and talented young ladies. They are nothing less than amazing!

As far as donuts go, these were pretty good, be they vegan or otherwise. The flavors were all unusual and creative, and tasted exactly as advertised. That said, the lemon/lavender and blueberry donuts were better than the chocolate donuts (which were lacking in deep, chocolatey flavor). Also, the texture of the donuts was a bit unusual - they were both dense and chewy, and had a lot more gluten development than I?m used to in a donut. Nonetheless, I would probably come back to try the rest of the flavor

These donuts are incredible! Huge, fluffy, and packed with flavor. My husband absolutely loves them ? and he?s not even vegetarian or vegan! There?s always a great variety of creative flavors to choose from, and the service is just as sweet. We?re always greeted with a smile, and the whole experience feels warm and welcoming every time. I have been going to Vegan Doughnut Company since the Cleveland Flea began, and they continue to blow me away! A must stop if you are in Cleveland. Outstanding doughnuts (you wouldn?t know they?re vegan unless someone told you), awesome variety of flavors, and incredible customer service. They also have the best oatmeal cream pie I?ve EVER had! One of the worst run establishments I?ve ever seen. Never look at their hours. They?re consistently not open on time or close randomly throughout the day. They make enough donuts for a sheet and once that sheet runs out the restocking process takes forever. Customers after the first morning rush are left waiting for a lengthy amount of time. These donuts are so good! All the options are vegan and in addition to donuts they also had cookies. The dough is a bit oily but the flavors and texture are spot on! My personal favorite is the maple cream but I?ll definitely have to stop back in to try more of their options!

Long time customer of THE Vegan Doughnut Company, highly recommend the Passion Fruit Curd and Dirt Cup donuts on their April Menu. We also had the Carrot Cake and Orange Creamsicle.

Holy cow, these doughnuts are the bomb. We drove 6 hours round trip to bring these back to Pittsburgh. It was well worth it, we were heroes to everyone that got doughnuts, we are already planning our next trip.

We drive from Lorain County (deep in the county) to this establishment a few times a year to purchase doughnuts and then stop by our family members homes to give them a morning surprise! Our experience has always been positive. We went yesterday and our doughnuts were so fresh and delicious (as always ). We love the assortment of baked goods and the staff as well! We spend $50 to $60 dollars each trip and all of my family agrees that it is worth it!!

Best donuts I've ever had in my entire life. Definitely doing yourself a disservice if you haven't tried them yet! If you see a line it is soooo worth the wait! My favorite flavors from this month were the Brownie, Peach Cobbler, and Maple Cream! Sheesh my mouth is watering just thinking about it! I always park in the lot behind the storefront and walk over.

The donuts are amazing. The issue is they often don't open on time. I have been there several times 15 minutes after they are supposed to open and they are not only closed but nobody around. I understand running a business you will have staffing issues but this is far too often

So much potential but I think we got a bad batch. These were sooooooo greasy. :( I ate 1/4 of a donut before it made me feel off. The flavors and textures are there. I love that the company is vegan and allergen friendly I want to try again. However these were oozing with oil when we tried to rip them apart to share and it threw me off. I don?t see any other complaints of this so I don?t think it?s the norm but it makes me wary of trying again. We didn?t finish even one donut due to the grease. ??

These doughnuts are AMAZING! I tried the Boston cream and the lavender honey and oh my! The cream wasn?t too unbearably sweet, but had an amazing texture that didn?t ooze all over the place. The lavender honey was extremely refreshing, and the dough didn?t give a weird aftertaste (that I often experienced with regular doughnuts). Best doughnuts EVER!

I got a dozen doughnuts here and they were all tasty, nice looking, and a good size. They had traditional flavors like maple cream, boston creme, glazed, etc. and they also has some more interesting flavors like lemon lavender and raspberry hibiscus. While they were all good some of the flavors weren't as strong as I expected like the maple. My wife especially liked them because they had a nice balance of sweetness to other flavors unlike many doughnuts that are overly sweet. The prices are pretty high,

I've never had vegan donuts. These donuts were the best donuts I've ever had period! I went on Saturday and they open at 9am. The line was 30 people deep by 8:50am! It was 45 degrees outside and not a single person left the line. That is how good these donuts are. I'm hooked.

I don't even like doughnuts, but these are ridiculously good. The new shop is super cute and all the people are so nice. They have pop-ups at all kinds of events around town. Finally I got to try doughnuts ?? this morning they tasted great I finished the cinnamon & cookie dough all tasty and not as heavy as a normal doughnut which I loved I still have chocolate cake and pumpkin spice

I think this ranks #1 as my favorite donut place at the moment. Every time I have come here I receive great service too. I will absolutely continue to be a regular customer here!

I'm a big fan of vegan desserts done right and The Vegan Doughnut Company doesn't disappoint. Their doughnuts looked amazing and they taste amazing. Their chocolate chip sandwich cookie and their fudge sandwich cookie were also delicious and well made. Highly recommend!

Purchased two doughnuts today and paid $5.50. Not bad for a once in a while treat. Ordered cookies and cream and Boston cream. Cookies and cream was GREAT and Boston Cream was okay. The cream inside Boston cream wasn?t very good, but it was edible. Will definitely try again.

This place is amazing. I'm vegan and travel a lot and I try to find to find vegan doughnuts everywhere I go and these are the absolute best. I'm so glad they finally have a store front so I can literally go there all the time. Staff is super friendly, and make sure you go early in the day! They sell out fast!

I'm not even vegan but these were some tasty donuts. I had a s'mores and a nog donut. I was impressed by the vegan marshmallow and the nog icing was the perfect amount of nutmeg. I only got a picture of about half of the flavors, but they sure had a wider selection than I'd seen anywhere else. Usually I only see one or two vegan options. The owners were friendly and helpful with my friend's questions regarding a food allergy. I'll definitely have to stop by again soon!

This place will always hold a special place for me. My mother would drive hours to pick up a box of these donuts. Now I do the same. The selection is inventive and nostalgic at times. The donuts are dense and chewy but still maintain a donut texture; think like a big mochi donut. Most people I know that obsess over this place are not even vegan - they just love the donuts.

The donuts are great. It's a shame the service is so bad. I got there a few minutes before their listed opening time and got in line with 2 other people in front of me. I wanted to get there around when they opened so that they wouldn't be sold out of the flavors my family wanted to try and i also had made plans to have someone over to have donuts with us at 9:30. Best donuts in Ohio in My opinion. I love that they are vegan and nut free. Price is extremely fair at $3-4 per donut. They are great size and very flavorful. I prefer the yeast ones but some of the cake are great too. The peach cobbler is hands down my favorite flavor but I tried the apple crisp and is right up there for me too. I really hope they expand to Columbus eventually but until then I will do my best to stop everytime I'm in Cleveland.

They have a great product, but every time I go there, they have it posted that the store is opening late. The constant change in opening time is really unprofessional, and after years in business you would think they figured out how to open when they say they will open.

The Lemon cake donut (I?m a lemon person) was delicious! By far my favorite. You can taste the quality ingredients and care in each bite. Not too much lemon, but just enough to reminisce on my aunties lemon poundcake. I would drive the two hours each way to have another. Taylor swift donut was really good. Creme Brulee not so much. Wish they had little samples so you could taste them before committing to a giant donut. They are very greasy. We put down paper towels and let them sit awhile. They freeze well for a treats later, but they are not good as day old donuts.
