Really cute place, love all of the colors and flowers. I got the strawberry croffle and my husband got the strawberry mochi donut. The desserts were so good. Idk what whipped cream they use but it?s amazing.

Interesting place to go. Price is regular if you compare with other places. Deserts are good, not too sweet. I have tried tiramisu and mango mousse. Tiramisu was excellent. It doesn?t have an alcohol flavor. It was creamy and smooth. Mango mousse was also good and fresh. Overall it?s nice place to sit with tea and desert and read a book.

The aesthetics are crazy good! Such a great social media flex place. The drinks are wonderful. The customer service is superb. I wasn?t completely sold on the Umi Mochi Donut maybe a different flavor or if it was slightly warmed . Anywho I will definitely keep trying new treats at this place! If your in the uptown neighborhood please visit this place.

First time coming here and I'm in love. The decorations are super cute and the claw machines are a great addition. Everything was super clean and the cashier was amazing and patient. I had the cucumber berry tea and it's refreshing and delicious, super fresh. They have mochi donuts, matcha soft serve, and other Asian-ish drinks. A must try! I will be back!

Cashier friendly, tried twist of ubo and matcha, what I call ice cream. Green matcha tasted like the matcha tea. Ubo was sweet. Have no idea what that is. Atmosphere great, soft chairs with window view of people walking by. City traffic. Nice experience. Restaurant connected in back to vietnamese restaurant. I think it's the same owner.

Cute atmosphere. Friendly staff. Personally think the claw machines should go, it?s kind of tacky; it would be better to just have a coffee / sweet shop vibe instead of an arcade vibe. The claw machines in the back didn?t even look like they were usable. Bubble tea is a little expensive -$7 ??

The matcha mochi donut was airy with a sweet glaze, although it was a bit lacking in actual matcha flavor. The instagram-worthy croffle (a portmanteau of croissant and waffle) was topped by a stellar combo of Chantilly cream and fresh strawberry. I?ll definitely be back to try out their ube and sesame sweets, along with their cr?me br?l?e. Edit: Avoid the ube tiramisu- the base is starchy and flavorless, and the topping is grainy.

Such a cute little place!! Everything was beautifully decorated and made it so inviting and cozy! The store associate was very friendly and explained what everything was to us and what was popular. Everything looked delicious! I got a raspberry and whipped cream croissant-waffle and a lychee smoothie with crystal boba and thoroughly enjoyed both! Would love to go back to try more!

Beautiful surroundings and unique offerings. I?d go back and would recommend however I can definitely see it wouldn?t be everyone?s kind of thing.

The place looks nice, the food looks good but some times looks can be deceiving. Everything lacked sugar and flavor. Flavors were mostly artificial. Value for money is very bad

Lovely decorated dessert shop reminds me of dessert shops in Asia. The desserts and tea are beautiful and the vibe is relaxing. The mochi was a bit cold but very tasty and the blooming jasmine tea is beautiful.

I?m ngl the tiramisu and cr?me br?l?e are the worst I?ve ever had in my life. They are my two favorite desserts which is disappointing. They taste like what you would expect from a 7/11 at 3:00am, not a dessert place.

Love this spot, I literally come here everyday after classes or on the weekend! Comfortable places to sit and the music is always a vibe <3 5/5 (Jasmine tea is really cool and smells nice, try their donuts, though!!)

Cozy place to mingle, and I love how the desserts are not that sweet here. The new coconut mochi Donut was quite yummy. But my go-to (for mochi donuts) is definitely the matcha. For some reason the red bean croffle had a little too much butter for me this time - but it gave a smooth texture. Let's not count the calories when socializing, lol (self-note). Has nice seating places. Now became my go-to dessert place in University Circle.

I enjoyed my experience there, but it came to my attention that the food items that I ate were not vegan. I specifically asked if the food items that I ordered were vegan and was told that they were and I sent a friend there and the cashier said that they were not vegan so she ended up not buying anything. Found this place when walking around. Fun aesthetic. The brown sugar boba is good. Prices are a little high, but the quality and service is good. Definitely a place to come check out if you're looking to kill some time.

I?ve only been here twice so far but I am absolutely in LOVE with their donuts. I totally appreciate the cultural spin they put on their desserts. Those little cakes are delicious too! The ladies working there are so sweet and patient and the shop itself is selfie worthy!

The pastries are all very cute and very yummy, would recommend the sweet waffles or mochi donuts. The brown sugar boba was not my favorite, boba balls are a bit mushy and could not actually taste any tea (overpoweringly sweet so I guess it?s good if you just want sugar)

The Sweet Spot was a nice little dessert stop worth checking out! We had the Donuts and they were good! They are a thicker batter donut, different, but still good! Favors were good overall too! We had the Oreo, Chocolate, Cotton Candy, and Smores one. We would recommend stopping in for a quick sweet or two! They have room to sit inside and enjoy also!

Adorable cafe with delicious food and amazing employees! I've been there a few times, and it's always been a delight. I love the classic tiramisu, Hershey mochi balls, ube soft serve, and caramel creme brulee. The decor is so cute and pretty, and they have a big whiteboard and markers for anyone to use to write and draw. There's also some claw machines with some cure plushies. Mochi donuts was cold. Mochi donuts should be served immediately after it was made, that's when it tastes the best. Cold mochi donuts means I don't get that crisp, warm texture that AUTHENTIC mochi donuts provide. Very disappointing experience, I do not recommend this place. !

Lovely set up! But it?s very disappointing that their ice cream machine needs cleaning at 5 pm, which was annoying it was such a beautiful day 60 degrees and perfect for an ice cream day. Never the less we settle down with the donuts but what i receive was frozen donut! Lol can?t even bite them! Come on if you charge so much on a single donut please serve fresh. Heights of laziness. Definitely won?t go back. The pricing be frozen food. The servers lies on your face.

We got donuts and a craffle yesterday and it was delicious. They had a decent selection of various treats including drinks. The staff was incredibly friendly and they share ownership with the pho restaurant next door which we will need to come back to try. Highly recommend this place in University Circle.

Wow! This was one of the best desserts I've ever had! I got the Mango Croffle and it was phenomenal. My friends got the Matcha Tiramisu and Caramel Creme Brulee. They were all so delicious! This is now a must stop any time we?re around the area!

The Summer Roll and Pho was absolutely amazing!! The portions were large, the food was exploding with flavor, and the prices were very affordable too!! The host and wait staff were amazing, very welcoming, and the Ice Coffee was very flavorful and strong! Absolutely loved it, I can't wait to visit Build The Pho again!!

This was my first time at this place, and I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere and the food were beyond great. The pho exceeded expectations, and the grill pork chop was delicious. We also had the spring rolls and chicken wings, which were amazing.

As previous comments insightfully noted this cafe is cute and Instagram-worthy. The cashier was very friendly. This review is based on one visit and one item I tied - matcha tiramisu. Tiramisu was extremely soggy and watery. The taste of matcha was prominent (excellent), however the lower level fully disintegrated. It felt that I was eating soup. I tried tiramisu in many other places in town (Little Italy, Whole Foods, Eataly in Chicago) and this is my first truly negative experience.

I got the cucumber and berry bubble tea. The cup was completely filled with ice, and that froze up the bubba. The matcha soft serve was good tho.

The drinks are good but they don't seem to have consistency. The same drink can taste different each day. Hope they can fix that!
