I was fortunate to be apart of their soft opening and wow! First of all - the coffee is unreal. Tastes very close to Blue Bottle (if you're familiar)! The donuts were delicious, breakfast sandwich was , and the avocado toast was phenomenal. Perfect grab and go spot made of high quality fresh ingredients. Fun atmosphere and very friendly staff. Thank you so much!! We will definitely be back.

This is not another run-of-the-mill coffee/breakfast spot. The Salty Donut lives up to the hype!! I attended their soft opening and tried most of the menu items and loved every single one of them. My favorite donut was the Mixed Berry Cheesecake and my favorite breakfast item is a tie between the Croissant Breakfast Sandwich and the Avocado Toast. SO GOOD. 12 South has been growing like crazy lately, and this new addition is well worth the visit. Plus, they have great business hours open early AM - PM. Eden

Just came for the donuts and coffee - great location, clean and welcoming atmosphere, great selection. Cold brew is very good and staff was knowledgeable about different options. The brown butter donut was delicious, inbetween a cake and a lighter donut, the dough was flavorful and the icing was drool-worthy. If I?m ever close enough again, you bet I?ll be back to try another one.

Having tried The Salty in another city, I was excited it was opening here in Nashville! They did not disappoint! The staff were super welcoming, and the donuts were amazing....the peach cobbler donut is more like a pastry experience. Of course, the coffee was great as well. We'll definitely be going back!

Im ecstatic to have my favorite donut shop in South Tampa to open up shop in my part of town ?? I tried them out for the first time a little over a year ago and was pleasantly surprised at how much they tasted like European donuts (just with a lot more toppings)! Love love love this spot! The food is delicious, the service is amazing, and the options for seating are perfect. The staff is VERY kind. I brought my puppy with me and had no issues. I love places that let me bring my fur baby along. If you are looking for some coffee, good eats, and a chill spot to be, this place is it!

Wow wow wow wow. Service was great, cute place, free water in glasses. But the donuts! Incredible. We had the berry cheesecake and the chocolate donut holes. So delicious and so filling. The cheesecake part was so creamy and really balanced the sugary fruit topping. The donut holes were addicting. Was told that the iced vanilla coffee was also very good!

Maybe 10 years ago I first met the creator of The Salty at a food event when I was pastry cheffing in NOLA. Many years later and we are finally in the same place again! The doughnuts are delicious and huge that Berry Cheesecake ?? and what is there not to love about this place! Can't wait for you to bring the guava or the lemon! Best of luck!

Honestly, the Best DONUTS I?ve ever had in my entire life ?????? I still have leftovers but, if you come here try their ?Mixed Berry Cheesecake Donut? and ? Peach Cobbler? one! It?s AMAZING! Right when you walk in, you?re greeted and that right there sold me because; I?m huge on good customer service. All the employees are so sweet and bright and their energy just lights the whole room up. Good seating and outdoor seating also. Great location and great people ?? I haven?t been to salty donut in person, but have ordered 2x via DoorDash. My son loves their gluten free whoopie pie donut! The lattes are sooo good. But the real reason I?m leaving this review is because of the service! The dasher delivered my coffee, but didn?t bring my donuts. Before I could even call DoorDash, Josh from Salty Donut had reached out, scheduled a second dasher to deliver, and gifted me a free box of donuts for the mistake (which wasn?t his to take accountability for!). GREAT donuts and yummy coffee. We had the mixed berry cheesecake which was delightful. And the Oreo donut holes which were equally as amazing. The patio is dog friendly and a very nice place to sit to begin your day.

This trendy breakfast spot just opened in Nashville, and we were really excited to check it out since we had a great experience at their Dallas location a few months ago. We came by around 9 a.m. on a Sunday, and the place was already buzzing. Even with the crowd, we only waited about 5 minutes to get seated, and they were handing out some nice freebies while we waited?always a plus! Phenomenal spot! Hands down some of the best donuts in town! No preservatives, no additives what more can one ask for while eating a donut! The mixed berry cheesecake is my favorite. Swung by the Salty on what I think was their opening weekend just to see roughly what it was about. Got an iced coffee and some donut holes. The Donut Holes were awesome. Half a dozen for less than $4 and they were cakey and dense, would absolutely recommend them as a snack in what is generally a really expensive part of town. First time trying at The Salty! The donuts are so good and they were fresh! I tried the mixed berry cheesecake donut and the chocolate sheet cake donut and it was so good! I would recommend going to The Salty in 12 South!

Stopped by on opening day because it reminded me of Duck Donuts in OBX and it didn't disappoint. Nashville needed a specialty donut shop that isn't a gimmick! Sorry Five Daughters, The Salty actually makes donuts that look good and taste good! Maybe not as good as Donut Country (sorry, nothing can top an affordable box of dutch crumb donuts), but pretty close and I don't have to drive to Murfreesboro.

The breakfast sandwich was dry and overpriced. The donuts were decent.

Croissant was super buttery and flakey on the egg, cheese, and bacon sandwich. I would suggest the "secret sauce" too! If you're used to paying $15 for a bfast sandwich, it is superb. The house brew coffee was exceptional.?? The place was slammed and the staff was still quick.

The BEST donuts ive ever had. The image attached is their peach cobbler cinnamon donuts and my god are they amazing. Huge too.
