Still my favorite donut shop, even though I don?t live in the area anymore. I?ve been going to The Jelly Donut since high school, and every visit feels like a little trip back in time. The donuts are always fresh?light, perfectly sweet, and consistently delicious. I?ve never had a bad experience here. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the coffee is always hot and hits the spot. It?s the kind of place that makes you want to linger for a few extra minutes. Plus, it?s in a great neighborhood?

Delicious!! Takes me back to a donut shop in Chicago! Fresh, soft, flavorful donuts that satisfy every time for a great price. They have a vast selection and replace them throughout the day. I absolutely love that they?re open 24 hours! Definitely give them a try.

I have been a loyal customer since childhood, and this establishment remains my preferred donut shop in Sonoma County. The owners are exceptionally kind, and the premises are consistently well-maintained.

Trash?cool that it?s open late, but hella flies n bugs inside, hot, and unless your lit, don?t bother.

The donut holes were soft, moist, and had the perfect amount of glaze on them. The bag they use for the donuts is sustainable use. Customer service was quick and to the point, no side talk or chit-chat here.

Ohhh man, when you need emergency donuts and croissants for worker inventory at 4:30am, THIS is the place to go! Everything was tasty, fresh, and delicious! The worker had several donuts out, but one of the things I wanted was also just coming out fresh, and he made sure to give us the freshest batch! I was saddened when the baker/counter worker made a big deal when I gave him only a 5% tip, which was only like, $6.00. Always tip your counter worker! The boy behind the counter tonight was unhelpful and definitely not business savvy. There weren't many donuts with the maple frosting and since there was nobody in line behind me, i asked nicely if he could use some of the maple icing that they surely had in the back and drizzle some on an old fashioned or buttermilk donut and i had no problem paying extra if necessary. I ordered three donuts this morning and instead of putting them in separate bags they shoved it all in one bag and the moment I walked out the door the bag ripped and the donuts were all over the ground. When I told them that I needed all of my donuts separated because I just dropped all of my donuts outside of their door they did not care and they double charged me again. I have never had a bland, soggy cruller until today. The chocolate dipped crullers were bad. The donut itself was terrible to begin with, and the chocolate on top wasn?t a great either. Ordered four of them and they were just chucked in a bag. Took a bite out of one and threw the whole bag away.

Although not in the best shopping center in Santa Rosa this shop stands out. They serve great quality donuts and when I went in around 10:00 AM the selection was still great. Most importantly the donuts were fluffy and delicious. I would absolutely come back to try some of their other types. There was plenty of parking in the lot, and it isn't likely to fill up.

Been coming mg here for years. Best donuts and pastries of all kinds. Love their cinnamon rolls and the delicious fluffy croissants. Their Mexican conchas are possibly my favorite though. Tried plenty of other spots but they make them best so you have to get there early because people know this and they?re usually out of them early.

Everyone here is super friendly, the donuts are delicious and very reasonably priced. And they're open 24 hours a day!!! Not sure what else can be said about the place. Definitely give them a try if you're looking for a sweet treat. Support your local businesses.

Solid traditional donuts fried to perfection. Limited choice but I visited early afternoon.

My favorite donut shop. The best Maple glazed in the area, maybe in all the land! ...and they make crullers, those delicate, eclair like feel, light as a cloud treats that almost no one takes the time to do. I don't eat a lot of donuts but this is the place that makes them worthwhile.

Awesome, quick service! I'm always in and out of that place in no time. The donuts are bomb and they have an array of different ones all hours of the day! They almost never are out! Would recommend.

This is the best around.. the one in cotati makes a killer cherry bear claw but they're not open 24 hours and they're about 3 to 4 times as expensive. The one in Rohnert Park never has anything good and it's swarming with stinking teenagers. This one has nice culture around it, fresh donuts all day and night and is excellently located

Ordered an apple fritter, and there was almost no apples inside, not worth the money. Very dirty place. No customer bathroom. There is a bathroom, but they don't want customers to use it, so they took the sign off the door.

I've been going there since I was a little kid. I'm 35 now. always good and fresh in the mornings. if you show up late after a night at the bar sometimes they have fresh stuff. otherwise still great. same owners since opening in 84 or 86

Great place, it's open 24 hrs 7 days a week. They do not take bills over $20 and they don't have a system to pay with card but an ATM is available within the place. Coffee is always available and ready to go.

I love donuts! This place has all the types of donuts plus danishes. They also make a breakfast sandwich that they can warm up and is great. About 5 or 6 different types of coffee everyday

Did not hate it. I love the jelly donut. It's the only place you can get a donate that doesn't leave a grease slick on the top of your mouth when you take a bite. I drive from windsor to Santa rosa to get donuts and they have the best bran muffins around.

I love that this establishment is open 24 hours. If you happen to get there when the donuts are just out of the oven its wonderful. The employees are always friendly. Definitely 5 stars.

Best thing about The Jelly Donut? It's open 24 hours 7 days a week. It's donuts are pretty darn tasty. They have all the usual varieties. There's some seating if you want to dine there instead of to go. The staff is quick to serve you. The coffee is decent. What more can one ask from a basic donut shop? Sometimes the shopping mall it's located in seems a bit skeezy with oddball people hanging out here and there. But it seems like nowhere in Santa Rosa escapes that kind of thing. it's too bad the homeless run people away from this establishment. The last few times I have tried to come here I was harassed by homeless people banging on my car.

Great donuts! The coffee although drip coffee was perfect. The price was fair. The only tip for those who have not been here, bring cash or expect a 4% surcharge if you use credit.

Excellent pastries soooo reasonably priced. I recommend you try The Jelly Donut even if it's out of your way. Go early on weekends to get the best selection. Not crazy early, just get there by 10am. I've been back several times buying for my crew - and they all have their favorites now.

Love this place. Fast service, excellent selection of high quality pastries and doughnuts, and reasonable prices. I always buy a dozen doughnuts and a half dozen pastries for my crew and it puts a smile on every face! They're open 24/7 and only accept cash.

if you get there around 4 a.m. the donuts are soo fresh and still warm. The maple bars are done little bit later and go fast. Maybe there best donut.

Went to buy donuts. They would not sell me six large twist because they had other people to sell to. Even though I was going to purchase the six and they had eight sitting on the countertop.Stoped in at 4:30am they had plenty of time to make more for other customers. I will not go back there to purchase any more because I need the six twist for coworkers and i didn?t have enough because they would not sell me the six twist.

Best doughnuts in Sonoma county. Super fast service (sometimes to the point of coming across like a dick) open 24 hours. Can't go wrong here. Yum yum
