We always passed by this shop and never stopped. Now we regret that decision because we were missing out big time. The donuts are not just completely adorable and fun looking. They taste divine! Staff was very friendly and very patient with us as we had a hard time deciding which ones to try first. We will definitely be returning to try more flavors. New guilty pleasure unlocked for sure!

The food was alright, I did a pick up order instead of going in there thinking the donuts would look like the pictures. I got the crossant donut; see photos below. Prob won?t be here again, the strawberry sprinkled donut tasted like it was still doughy.

I drove 30 minutes for donuts for my daughter?s class arrived at 11am and they are closed! But online it shows open and the sign out front says open until noon. You will loose new customers this way!

When I lived in Dallas there were a few specialty donut shops that made Cronuts. This place absolutely has the best Cronuts I?ve ever had. Mia and her staff are amazing and very accommodating when it comes to ordering special requests. You have to try this place!!

Really disappointed with the birthday donuts I ordered. I asked for pink and purple with sprinkles. The ?purple? color looks like a grayish purple color. The pink isn?t bright, but maybe I should?ve specified that. Still, this looks like a melted gross mess. Even my daughter said they looked not good. I spent $40 for it to look like someone slapped on some runny icing. The ?flower? on the A looks like a campfire per my husband.

Have always had a pleasant experience here. The staff is kind, and the donuts are creative and yummy! Our favorites are the croissant and the Nutella! I recently ordered for my son's birthday and it came out so cute! They even threw in some extra donuts, which was extremely kind and unexpected. Highly recommend!

This place is a gem. The glaze donuts melt in your mouth. The specialty donuts are made with care and are fun surprises for anyone. Highly recommend.

I ordered happy birthday donuts for my daughters birthday and causally mentioned she was having a Drake themed party. Let me tell you I was blown away when I saw the Drake themed donuts! The detail and expertise they put into decorating them is outstanding! I highly recommend the hole thing! They will take care of you! :)

First time trying out the donuts. I recommend arriving early so there are more choices. I really enjoyed the regular chocolate glaze. The dough was nice and soft. We also tried some of the specialty donuts. The wafer on the Vanilla Wafer donut was a tad stale. The maple bacon was good. Apple fritter was lacking in apple. Overall some fun flavors to choose from that you won't find at a traditional donut shop. We'll be back to try the other offerings.

My kids enjoy doughnuts in this store, have good variety of character ones for the little ones. There?s a particular lady there that when we go there she always greets us with a smile. It?s refreshing to see business workers/owners still practice great customer service! And the doughnuts.. WOW! They are HUGE!! A dozen won?t fit in a single box. Visited other 3 stores in Forney and I think we found our favorite one.

This place is soooo good!! I come here at least once a week with my daughter. Yushi usually helps us and she is so sweet, especially with my 5 yo daughter. This donut shop has gone downhill, bad, without brakes! The donuts are expensive and not very good. The chocolate topping that they use never fully sets up or forms a 'shell' and it gets all over every thing it comes in contact with. I am extremely picky about my donuts, it is all about the ingredients. I have had so many freshly made donuts from varieties of places, but you can taste the subpar ingredients. This donut place is such a surprise in the humble city of Forney in Texas. Donuts we okay. I really liked the maple bacon. These Mississippi Mid pie is more like a dessert and the chocolate donut holes more like cake balls. Everything was tasty. Kolaches are a bit dry and the sausage tastes old. Wasn?t a fan.

I ordered the "Happy birthday" donuts and they were so cute! I only had to ordered a day to two days before. Then the donuts were fantastic, the bread was soft and it was the perfect amount of sweetness!

Watch it swiping your card at this place! I was literally just reaching and the machine processed my payment! I was trying to put my phone number in and accidentally hit 30 percent tip. My card was folded up in my hand! I did not swipe! The cashier seemed to think it was funny because she was giggling when she said she couldn't refund. We bring the "hole" family here periodically and the kids love this place. The donuts are good, they have a nice drink selection, and a small eating area where we can enjoy our treats. There's a lot of donut places in the area, but this is our primary place to visit.

Best Donuts in the World! I would consider myself a donut connoisseur and The Hole Thing has the best donuts I have ever ate! They have a wide range of donuts from specialties such as the Soppapilla Cheesecake (The best seller and for good reason) to your classic glazed and old fashions. Overpriced donuts that you will keep going back for. That is the truth. They have really unique donuts (cheese cake filled, banana cream pie, etc) and definitely are better than your average shop, especially if you don't just like sugar dunked bread.You will walk out with sticker shock ($3.25 each) and return a few weeks later because it is something different. You only need one donut to fill you up, thankfully.

The cheese kolaches were delicious as well as the donut holes. The brisket balls tasted like they had a bit of a chemical taste to them so we didn't even eat those. Overall they were a bit on the overpriced side. I wish they would have suggested ways to make our order less pricey.
