Customer Reviews

They make delicious donuts and are very friendly. Today 2/9/25 I showed up at 6AM bed close Google said they're open but they told me not until 7AM. They had limited donuts at that time since they weren't technically open yet, but still sold me donuts. My hubby thanks you for the Homer donuts you were able to provide. Definitely the best donut shop in town.

Drive thru only. No prices listed. We had four standard donuts that totaled $8, which I feel is too much for the quality so I most likely won't be going back for price alone. That being said, their old fashion was one of the best I've had.

I know it's about a month late, but a HUGE shout out to The Donut House for this special order!! We swing by once every couple weeks for a family 'donut day'. Every time, the twins ask for the tie dye donuts. These are not typically made daily, and we haven't been able to catch them on the day they are available. So for their 6th birthday, I called ahead and ordered 6 tie dye donuts. They were so sweet and even asked if it was for "those sweet boys who ask every time". I picked them up and they were so exci

Apparently they ask for tips and add it themselves without letting the customer handle any of that on their end. I said NO thanks to adding it, yet a 15% tip was added without my permission. $26.60 for a dozen donuts is ridiculous. Not to mention, theres 2 different prices online and then purchasing in the drive thru was also different pricing.. Was probably overcharged.. Needless to say they're overpriced. Wish I took a pic, they looked nothing like the photos online. I should've stuck with Terry's.

Delicious experience! And the drive thru is convenient for those in a hurry! Get there early as they seem to sell out quick! Best doughnuts in Klamath and was well worth the drive across town for us!

Great service, doughnuts really good and scratch. Apple fritter was big!

I was in town visiting and so glad I tried this place. Best Donuts I?ve tried between the East Coast to West Coast ??. Delicious. Apple fritter, Jelly filled and monkey pull apart all 5 ??

Amazing place. Just found it this last trip down to CA from WA state. Klamath Falls is our halfway point when driving down. We will always stop going down to CA and going home to WA. The staff are super sweet, and their donuts are to die for. But I warn you to get there early because they run out of their best specialty ones, but they still will make you hot, fresh, glazed, chocolate bars, and others. Hope they keep it going!

Sure, the Donut House has great donuts but their hours are incredibly inconsistent. The last 3 times I?ve gone there they?ve been closed! And I go during regular business hours. No, they?re not closed because they?re sold out. Each time I?ve gone between 6:30 and 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning. You just can?t count on them being open when they say they are.

We had a list of what we wanted and we read it out to them and it was still wrong. We should have asked for a receipt or checked the box before driving off. My boyfriend joked that they gave us the wrong pastries because we didn?t tip. It was already $35 for a dozen, and the way they tactlessly ask for a tip rubs us the wrong way. But hey, that?s just the common business practice now. They want you to tip for picking up your own take out, they want you to tip for putting donuts in a box. The donuts themselv

What can I say I'm a real local who takes pride in local business who give the best to there customers every time never have any problems or anything else which is about exactly what you want from a nice place I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants fresh donuts that are so good you will wake up early just to get them! And ps they got biscuits and gravy now! So what you waiting for go get some!!!! I could only give 5 stars but I would give 20 stars if I could!!!!

Very nice people and excellent tasting products Thank you

Let's just say they know my name ??. 5* across the table and IF (rarely) there's a mistake it's fixed quickly. Order early because they try to keep up but run out quickly. #donutholes and #homers Thank you for being amazing guys! Shout out to Todd!! ??

The young man working the window was very engaging and very friendly. The donuts were AWESOME!!!!

Today...Feb 25th, 2023 FIRST time going to this donut place. Very nice gentleman that helped pick out donuts. ONLY to get home to eat them with my grandson and find a long hair cooked into the Apple fritter. YUCK I called to talk with them about it, a lady answered I told her what I found and that I had a picture if needed. And her ONLY reply was....thank you for calling. I have worked in the customer service business for over 30yrs and I can honestly say this was the worst customer service I have ever had,

Omg the most amazing donuts. you have to try the maple bacon donut.. it's too die for

They have REALLY good doughnuts and pastries. The problem I have is, more often than not, they are either out of donuts and have closed, or their selection is extremely limited. Go there after 9:00 am expecting doughnuts? Forget it. If demand is so high that they are running out so early, why don't they make more? Very discouraging to go there looking forward to one of their donuts and find them sold out. Because of this, I can't recommend them and I am only giving them 1 star. One year later: I went back

While I do enjoy the donuts for the most part, (considering I very rarely eat baked treats such as those) I do believe that there should be a better way to go about handling criticism. I've spent a few months trying to get into cooking and what not, and have used whatever issues with my food as a way to improve the next time. I'm sure you will figure it out, just please treat others with respect if they are giving you friendly criticism. Also, while I do know you guys use fresh ingredients, the prices can b

They are never open. They claim to be open until 2pm but they are constantly running out of doughnuts after about 9am or 10 am. From the replies it seems the baker is always staying late to prep. If you are so successful why not put it back into your business. Get another baker or oven. Also way over priced to never be able to try them.

Love the doughnuts. Great little place. They're always fresh and yummy. I do agree they are a little expensive. The ladies working the front are usually always friendly and helpful. However. The different rude responses I've seen from reviews and such, makes me shy away from giving the doughnut house my business. If you aren't satisfied, it seems you get attacked. Which isn't okay. That isn't how you run a business and get good reoccurring customers. Unsure if I'll be going back..

If you can only eat donuts once in your life, eat these. I?m not even kidding.

The donuts are wonderful, and I think fairly priced. I was there last week and someone was being rude to the staff and I was angry and embarrassed for the person who was trying to help the customer. Today I read a post about the owner sending flipping the bird donuts to a customer who claims he gave a fair review but who comes across as a whiny self entitled brat. I think what the owner did was a bit unprofessional but after the way I saw the staff being treated I understand and think its funny! I'll contin

My favorite doughnuts are here! The raised ones remind me of my childhood favorite in the south. Hand made with grid marks and icing that?s thin and perfect. The maple bar is very similar and is my go to when the raised ones are sold out. If they?re still open in the afternoon you may can get a deal on a dozen!

I have yet to try the donuts. Someday I will get to try them! I have 2 young children and run my own business so getting there before sell out is difficult! But the fact that people in this town are literally losing their mind over a donut shops is hilarious. I am so glad that an owner in this town has the balls to stand up to the HORRIBLE comments and flak hat they have recieved in the less than month that they have been open!!! I proudly support this business and the owner for defending himself and his

The doughnuts were good but pricey. The associate that served me was polite and personable. I don't blame them for the prices, everything is going up in price. I blame the corrupt Democrats and their string Master BlackRock Investments.

Super cute donut place and everyone is so friendly

Doughnuts were very good. The service was just as good, and the price was beyond fair. We went in at 7pm and there was plenty to choose from and still fresh. Sometimes people only choose to point out the negative, well I choose to see the positive. Have no problem paying $12.45 for 6 hand picked, 2 milks and a coffee. The convinence of being able to go in at 7pm and still have a selection of doughnuts and 3 people that I could see working has its cost. Everything is going up in price, down to the fuel that

Everytime we come to get doughnuts they are closed! I understand everyone is short staffed, but if you want to stay in business. You still have to run your business even short staffed! We came in to buy 4 dozen doughnuts and o they are closed I guess Fred Meyers will get our business again!

We made the drive in from Merrill today early to try house of doughnuts . I have zero complaints . We bought 10 doughnuts and it cost just over $13 but we didnt get just the plain ones . The bearclaw with the almond slices , deer in the headlights (so freaking cute) , the homer Simpson , maple bars , m&m covered ones, and the classic cake doughnuts . So worth the drive ! I really expected to pay more for what they are offering . The woman at the window was super nice while my kids decided and while we asked

My husband had bought a dozen and while yes they are decent they weren?t anything special not worth the money absolutely not. 17 freaking dollars for 12 no thank you would much rather go to Fred Meyer or something. Not worth our hard earned money and definitely not after reading other review. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. Probably won?t last to long.

For one person to be making the donuts trying to please fanatical donut seekers (include me) and the employees trying to accommodate the mad crowds I've seen, I'd say being a bit touchy from some reviews after getting 4 hours of sleep a night, trying to meet demand, might bring out some attitude. :) The doughnuts are fantastic! The prices may be higher than the community is used to, but the freshness and taste of these doughnuts demand the price that many are more than willing to pay. I've had Blue Star

We think these doughnuts are very good. And each time we've visited, the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Please decide for yourself as many reviews may not be very helpful. They are a great new treat in our town!!

Yumm!!!! This place is pretty amazing! I love their doughnuts I put my order in for the special middle finger donuts! 6 of them for only $10 of handcrafted freshly made doughnuts! That?s not very expensive. People posting reviews are ones that have never been or are upset at the price. You can?t afford it then don?t go! So many of these reviews are based off someone else?s review or experience not their own.

Been multiple times never had a bad experience. Most of the reviews on here are biased and the people have never even been. The doughnuts are by far the best in town no ones close, and the customer service is amazing. Owner seems real and down to earth. Will continue to support The doughnut house.

A welcome reprieve to the Klamath Falls hospitality market. Friendly staff and interesting array of vintage decor. For the yeasted bread products, the nation appears to be fascinated with the donut, and The Doughnut House is truly amongst the best for the category with a wide variety to choose from. The fresh fruit fritter was not something I have commonly seen and they appear to strive to offer local and fresh ingredients in these masses of deliciousness. The cream filling is above par as well and worth th

They sell out by 8:00 am that should tell ya how good it is... I love donuts & these are the absolute best anywhere period....!

The donuts are great and of artisan quality. Don't listen to all the busy bodies and wusses in here that can't take a joke. Mostly a collection of vapid single moms, REEEEtieries and NIMBY PTA types. If you want to support good food in Klamath, support this business. At least it stays open longer than an hour, unlike Terry's.

This small little business is the best donut shop in town. I?d go everyday if I could! Sweet ladies who work the counter, doughnuts are worth every penny in my book. They are delicious! I LOVE the middle finger doughnuts! ??

Absolutely not worth the price, no matter how "hand crafted" they are. You can go to amazing places in Portland or Seattle and pay way lass for the same quality product. Also the childishness of the owner is a huge drawback., If you can't handle criticism, maybe they shouldn't be in business. Being aggressive and just plain rude to customers, regardless of the review they give, is not the way to run a business.

Very delicious !!! Great service!!!

This was our first time going through the drive through and experi moving the doughnut house and all they have to offer, and because we are on a tight budget we were just looking for the day old donuts I had heard that they were offering. Unfortunately when we got there they had already sold out of the day old options and I was sad that we would have to pass and as I stated this to the lady working the window she told me to just wait a few seconds and then came back with a bad of 4 donuts (and they were ser

Thank you bailey dan and young lady who helped us you guys are more than amazing.. we are from San Diego and nothing compares to the taste and price you guys have. We have had lots a donuts all over different states and nobody comes close. Thank you for serving us thru the drive thru with no car hahaaaaha . We give you a five star plus thank you keep up the good hospitality and delish doughnuts

We tried there donuts they were good but not anything special. And after how unprofessional the owner is acting we won't be going back. There prices are a bit high for a small town like this. I wish them the best of luck.

Love the Doughnut House and the people in it. Great Place for Great Doughnuts and Cappuccino. ???? I have had Doughnuts from a lot of different places... But these Doughnuts beat all of them Hands Down ! If you have not tried them, you need to Run on down and stop depriving yourself of some of the Best Doughnuts Around ! Enjoy.... Gene S. Roy

The doughnuts were fairly good and I was very happy that they had the kind that are my favorite (I haven't had them in years because no one in town carries them), my only mild grievance was that they were pretty expensive for doughnuts and I don't think I'll be able to afford to go there very often.

I will gladly pay $13 for a dozen maple bars from the donut house any day, they are melt in your mouth perfection. Never in my life had I tasted a donut so good, and the staff have been friendly every time I've been in.

Really like what we get from here. They have some of the best tasting apple fritters there are. My granddaughter and I also really like the reindeer doughnuts, they taste great and are just fun to look at.

I tried this place today. I tried an old fashion, glazed, chocolate raised, and a buttermilk. The old fashion had no flavor. Just a thick doughnut. The glazed was okay. The chocolate raised, again, not much flavor. Same with the buttermilk. The doughnuts they had on display looked good, but I don't think I'll go back again. I miss Pucks in Phoenix. But if I am going that way, I would stop in at Panaderia Del Pueblo on Central. Her breads remind me of what we use to get when I was a kid.

Fresh donuts every morning. Great assortment but get there early! They are so good they sell out fast

Great donuts. Nice staff. I just wish they were open more often.

Great doughnuts. bought a bakers choice dozen reasonably priced. Will be back to try that apple fritter. But to leave a bad review when you haven't been there is idiotic. P.S. do you make the "shocker" doughnuts?

I can't believe the audacity of this owner. How are you going to come to our little town, and bash like you're too good for us? Go back to bend with that funky attitude. You come here with prices through the roof, then talk down to people that think your prices are just that, through the roof. Common denominator. You keep being told that they are not worth $9 for 4 doughnuts, but instead of attempting to work your prices, you send vulgar doughnut TO SOMEONE'S WORKPLACE?!?!?! You sir lost mine and my friend

Had them a couple times and they are really good doughnuts! You may pay a little more but the quality you can taste! Them and Terry's are both awesome!

Wanted to support a local business but after seeing how the owner childishly handles any and all criticism and turns everything into a dramatic over-exaggerated war I'll be avoiding this place like the plague. Even went to far as to send a customer doughnuts shaped like a hand giving the middle finger. How absolutely pathetic for a grown adult to act like a high school drama queen. Overpriced and an excessive ego doesn't go far in a small town and as a small business.

Ordered a mixed dozen. Asked specifically for no plain. Received 2. Only received 2 filled. Great doughnuts. Seems to be a recurring issue. Check your doughnuts before you go.

I?ve been everywhere in US looking for the best donuts. There aren?t enough stars to credit. This place is definitely a 10.

Very good doughnuts! Went in this Saturday (May 19th) at 6:30 am and they were closed. Very disappointed as to why they wouldn?t be open. Would be nice if the business hours were updated also.

Love it! These donuts make me so happy being a Portlander. Klamath Falls style Voodoo ?? please get lavender syrup for chai's! I'll be there every morning if they do ????

Amazing donuts and the ?finger? ones looked amazing and i will be placing my order tomorrow... i have a few peeps to give them too... 35.70/24= 1.50 for hand picking your donuts... premium donuts at that.

Most delicious donuts! Had them piping hot! Great service, great conversation!

Donuts are okay, not a great selection, and always running out. They closed early 3 days in a row. I am now motivated to make my own donuts.

Donuts are way too expensive and for a town like Klamath Falls that is pushing the envelope. The product is good, but not worth the price. I will enjoy my grocery store donuts and save my money. Ridiculous!

Who knows what the donuts taste like since there only open for part of their hours with their sold out sign up all the time. I wish that there was an actual donut place in klamath that had donuts past noon.

Took my mother and my son Friday morning around 10 and they still had tons of donuts which you never see in klamath falls at that time. My son loved them so much he wanted more monday morning before school!!!!

I haven?t tried your doughnuts because I can?t eat gluten but you?re awesome in my book! Way to be an advocate for your business. I think it?s amazing and people need to get over it, waaaahhh it?s freaking doughnuts people. ????????

The best stop of the day. When the world is going nuts over politics and viruses. Go get a coffee and donut. Share a laugh and a kind word with the Doughnut House Drive Thru. The world takes a backseat to simple goodness.

There hardly open and the one time I've tried them almost all the donuts were burnt and they has the audacity to ask for gratuity ?? unless you wanna pay $20 for burnt donuts shop elsewhere

I asked for bakers choice that was not cheap priced at all I got very cheap donuts in it I was very unpleased I'm rather sure it's because they asked me if I wanted to leave a tip I said no because I used my debit card.

Bough my first doughnut here today! absolutely loved every bite of it. I had a maple bacon bar. I recommend it to everyone!!

This place is awesome. I love the vibe and all the donuts we have tried are very good and more like donuts should be!!!! LOVE IT!

The best donuts in Oregon. They sell out fast so be sure to get there early or call your orders in ahead of time.

My husband just went and got us donuts. Best damn donuts in town. Still warm and sooo good. Thank you ??

Love this place best donuts in town and so friendly going inside is cozy too with a fireplace and even a cute friendly dog. Highly recommend.

Where as I initially gave this place 1 star for horrible customer service consistantly noted by other reviewers, I'm updating it to 4 stars; I get good service and great donuts.

The pastries and doughnuts were so delicious. They were heavenly tasting. I highly recommend them to everyone.??????

Absolutely love this little shop. The doughnuts are amazing! Tad spendy, but you get what you pay for. And these are worth every penny!

Best donuts in town. Every type doughnut, fritter, buttermilk bar and especially the Bavarian are insanely good!

I would do zero stars because they were closed at 10:15 am on Sunday when they said they are open untill noon. I understand running out but that was a long drive for nothing.

This place is amazing! REAL doughnuts made with creative flair by super friendly staff. This is our go to place for treats.

They have cute donut gift cards, and the deer in the head lights donut is cute and so tastey??

I like their donuts and love how the people that works there are always so friendly.

I decided to give it a second try. Second visit was just as bad as first. Donuts were greasy while being dry and crunchy. Not worth a third try.

They have incredible donuts, very fresh, soft, a good dough recipe, but they are very slow

Must be excellent every time we arrive they're already out

Birthday doughnuts on October 8 th . Very tasty thank you doughnut house crew you guys rock.

Quite quaint inside. Fireplace was going and enjoyed talking to the owner Dan, while eating a delicious donut and sipping on some hot coffee.

The doughnuts where good but it makes no sense on how the drive through people just wait longer and how four people off the street can walk in walk out before you move a inch in line

Sad when they want 20 bucks a dozen and then because they dont like someones opinions they decide to insult them instead of correct it......bad business all around id rsther just order from my home town have shipped over night and still cost less and taste better than these
