Adorable place, great flavor options and the doughnuts taste great! I made an online order to pick up and they were ready right on time. Great experience all around, will be returning!

Placed an order for a baby shower and everything was great! The doughnuts were phenomenal?everyone raved about them. The coffee was delicious and stayed hot in the dispenser boxes. The mom-to-be requested doughnuts & coffee and I?m so glad I went this route rather than giving $ to a certain large national chain for tasteless donuts and coffee that tastes like battery acid. Support a local business instead! I highly recommend The Doughnut Dolly.

I fear after trying these doughnuts 2 weeks ago, they need to become apart of my weekly routine ?? they?re so good, some of the best quality doughnuts I?ve had. They?re the perfect size and flavor. The atmosphere is so cute and the service has been immaculate when I?ve come in the last 2 Sundays. I?ve been raving about this place to anyone who will listen!

Doughnut Dolly has some real potential to be the next top doughnut specialty shop in Dutchess County, possibly even the entire Hudson Valley. This 5 star rating is provisional, given that we rope dropped their soft opening, so not everything was flowing smoothly or available quite yet. That said, there is ALOT to be excited about. Delicious donuts! It's not a sit down place, the focus is on the merchandise. you can tell they put all the effort into the donuts, that's something I appreciate. I got a free sticker! -they don't accept my international bank card.

Amazing. The new milk doughnuts are the perfect combo of whipped cream filling and fried goodness? I saw this type in London and was so hoping to find them close to home, and here they are!! So good I had to eat two. Thank you Doughnut Dolly for making my dreams come true!

Edited rating: Donuts are great, but this is the second time I've placed an online order only to arrive and find out that some items aren't available. I end up wasting 30 minutes driving, it'd be nice if someone called or emailed me to let me know my order can't be completed. I get that supply isn't unlimited, but I'm hesitant to use the website if availability isn't accurate and I'm wasting time/gas driving out here.

I've been waiting for this shop to open since I saw the sign go up and it did not disappoint. My daughter and I stopped by today and grabbed a dozen to bring back for the family. We still have a few left, but so far, the Creme Brulee is our favorite. Between the crunch from the top and the filling, it's just an amazing donut. All the donuts taste like they're made with real ingredients. Not of that artificial feeling you get from chain or highly processed donuts. We will definitely be making more trips

I was in the mood for a donut, I saw Doughnut Dolly and stopped. I walked in and immediately felt like a child who discovered candy made of gold. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. I recommend at least one visit with the kids.

Best doughnuts in the whole universe. And I mean it ? the universe! They are delicious. The size is very generous. So many different flavors. This is doughnut art.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. The doughnut was very dense and lacked enough frosting. What topped off my dissatisfaction was the latte mix with water that was microwaved. It took the server almost 15 minutes to make a latte that he microwaved! I will never be back again, but the place does look pretty.

Edit: I?m going to leave my previous review but I have been back since the first weekend and wow! There are now a variety of offerings that lean more towards tasty pastries than just simply donuts. There is also always some variety on offer which totally spices up the occasional visit. I also want to say, that this is without a doubt the best cup of coffee in dutchess county. Like, amazing. While still pricey I think this is fully worthwhile and while also another baked good at Eastdale it does differ

The Boston Cream was surprisingly good! Airy vanilla custard blowout the standard Boston Creams any day... Hard to look at Dunkin the same. SMH ??

Best donuts I?ve had in a long time. The shop is nice and cute. Flavors are amazing, high quality.

By far the best place in Poughkeepsie for donuts, and one of the most reasonably priced places in Eastdale, including for coffee. The donuts flavors are amazing and you can feel the passion. The donuts are also an amazing flavor; not overly sweet like you would expect at groceries stores or chains. Also, my favorite place to get an unsweetened oat milk Matcha (significantly better than the Crafted Kup).

I called Doughnut Dolly at 9:40am with a "doughnut emergency" and the owner, Jennifer, took my last-minute, large order on without hesitation! At 10:45am, she had a beautiful, fresh order of 75 warm doughnuts packaged and ready for me to walk out the door!!!! Very cute place, and super friendly (see also: DELICIOUS DOUGHNUTS!!!!!!)

The donuts fell short for me. While they look great and I did enjoy the maple walnut, to be honest they were just okay and mostly all tasted the same with a different color frosting. The fruity cereal one just tasted sweet and the cereal on top got stale quickly after the contact with the icing.

Great doughnuts. Not overly complex, which is a good thing to me. Nice flavor selection and the twists are perfect if you just want something classic. Love the apple fritters too.

Finally got around to trying some doughnuts! I ordered way too many so that I could get a feel for their flavors, and I was not disappointed. Normally, I am not a fan of cake donuts, but their Hot Chocolate donut is definitely one that I would revisit. The doughnuts were fantastic! They didn't have the filled donuts, only cake, and I really thought they were just going to be standard. But these are genuinely VERY good cake donuts, better than any I've had fron chain shops! My favorite was definitely the lotus cookie butter donut, but I brought a dozen home and they went FAST. Can't wait to try one of the filled donuts (especially the creme brulee!).

Stopped in this morning for half dozen doughnuts along with 2 unplanned cake pops. The doughnuts are light, sweet but not overly sweet, just enough to satisfy the craving. The cake pops were enjoyed by the 2 young ones they were bought for and got a glowing "better than starbucks" review. We will be back to check out the changing flavors and, of course, to keep up with the classic flavors that are done well!

I tried several different kinds of doughnuts and for the premium price they weren?t tasty. The vanilla doughnut was not sweet and was very heavy as was the twisted doughnut. Also, the cider doughnut was ordered. My husband likes the cider flavor because he like the cakey type. I prefer light fluffy airy doughnuts and these were the cakey type.

Stopped by after lunch for dessert. Really good cake base doughnuts. Not too heavy or greasy. Lots of options. Given the season, I ordered the pumpkin and it didn?t disappoint. The pumpkin wasn?t too sweet. Would recommend.

I have gone in there several times since they opened. Donuts consistently taste much better than any you'll get at the grocery store or at dunkin. I like to go on Thursdays when they have a BOGO, but even late in the day they still have a great selection. If you haven't tried them yet, give them a try!

Very happy to have a gourmet donut shop close by (as the other closest would be in Beacon). Great location, great selection.. With that said.. They post a lot about big open day, so we planed to go and try. I called to check availability, but nobody answered the phone. I checked their website and social media and finally texted on instagram - no answer. We arrived around 11am, local was closed. They put a sold-out card on the door.
