Small donut shop with tasty, inexpensive donuts, pastries and coffee. Cozy, simple seating area. My wife was craving a bavarian cream filled donut. I called 5 minutes before what seemed like closing (submitted edit, they close at 2p) and the lovely young lady working informed me they were about to close but if I was 10 or 15 minutes away she'd keep things open. Usually I don?t leave reviews but the experience I had there was absolutely horrible. I went in to get my mom and myself a donut, she filled the bag(the smallest bag) for 2 donuts and two donut holes. To be fair I asked for two separate ones. She rang me up I grabbed the donuts and slipped out of my hand falling onto the floor. I asked if I could get another donut. The best, freshest donuts in Novato. I love all of them but my favorites are the jelly filled, old-fashioned maple, and the donut holes when their fresh but they can dry out a little if you come late morning. It is CASH ONLY so be prepared, their jelly filled is only a buck.15 and most of the donuts are simply a dollar. ????????

Located on the main drag in Novato it provides a wonderful throwback moment to a time before Americans even thought much about diabetes and obesity. But, unquestionably, this place has dandy fresh variations of delight. Probably, once all the 5G devices start reporting to your health insurance where you have been, you should slip your cellphone into its Faraday cage pouch before you leave your car.
The consistency at this restaurant is notable. Also it's one of those regular little Mom and pop donut places and not all fancy like one of those gentrified ones ie Johnny's donuts. Support a local Asian owned business and get one of those little glass bottles of Martinelli that shaped like an apple. Best donut store in Novato. Also, probably some of the best coffee throughout the area. Yep, it's a donut place, but their coffee easily is some of the best I've had. Their donuts and pastries are too-notch, very nice texture on the outside and soft as a cloud on the inside, and very flavorful. Excellent prices by this family owned eatery.

The prices are completely reasonable. 5. There's plenty of parking out front. 6. They have all the donut basics you've come to expect at a donut shop. 7. This place is ok, (no reason to compare it to Johnny's which is whole other level of donuts. Plus they take other forms of payment and not just cash only cause we live in the 21st century.)Trying to support a local is important but the customer service is like your bothering them, no greeting, no smile, no nothing, no thank you please come back, it's here is your donut now leave and we really don't care if you come back.

Nothing fancy here, just a classic donut shop where the food tastes exactly as it should. I recommend the maple glazed donut, though you can't go wrong with the cake donuts, crullers, or anything else. It's all good.
I looked in my bag when I got to my destination to find that I only had one chocolate old fashioned. I ordered two. I was very upset. I don't know whether I paid for one or two.
