By far the best donuts I've ever had, tied with this place from my hometown. New to the area and it was quite the shock how good they were for myself and my family. I've been multiple times now and I will say it's not just the donuts, the drinks, sandwiches and more just are all pretty solid. I've had the coffee, the lemonades, the smoothies, and their speciality drinks such as their simple but great shark week drink and they're all great. There is not just donuts at The Donut Station. Great first experience here. I have been wanting to try the donuts here for a few months after hearing about them on restaurant.com. We had to go to Social Security office in Torrington, The Donut Station is a few minutes away. When the opportunity presents itself, go for it. Lots of great donut selections. Bacon egg and cheese on an english muffin was good. But, the home fries were freezer burnt and Luke warm.the Large ice coffee wasn't very large at all and tasted like it had been around for a while. It was my first time here unfortunately, I was not impressed.

i dont eat the food but and i only like one drink so today i decided to get a large refresher and spend the extra money. and they handed me the drink, its in a large cup, but it is not full at all. there is like an inch of liquid missing. i compared it with a medium cup and its literally a medium. we were in the drive through and didnt want t hold up the line so we left. im upset. fill you drinks all the way and give the people what they pay for, payed in cash and even let them keep the rest.

YUUUUM!!! New to the area and anxious to try the famous Donut Station. Very busy a today with GOOD REASON!! order 6 donuts inside and the staff was amazing and omg the donuts are heavenly!!! I can't wait to go back I hear the coffee and lattes are spectacular...so happy I moved here. Will definitely be back and for real the apple cider donuts are the BEST!!!

Good food and servuce but the wait for food or drink is very long

I come here almost every weekend and have never had any issues in the drive thru but I dined inside for the first time this past weekend and the heavier set lady making the food was just absolutely rude, and there was another girl just eating food right in front of all the customers behind the counter where they prepare food and drinks. Usually great food but? y?all need to work on your customer service ??

Normally my go to cute coffee shop but staff member Mary was super rude while I was ordering. I do get orders can be confusing but no need to have attitude and be rude about it. When I received my order both of my guests coffees did not have the pumpkin spice syrup I had asked for which was disappointing. I will reach out to the manager just to let her know as the coffee order really isn?t a big deal mistakes happen. It was Mary?s apparent attitude just answering the drive thru. I don?t know what they do to their smoothies, I threw mine out before I even left the building. It tasted like rotten ice, if that?s even a thing. Lady who was taking orders had an attitude with both me, and the gentleman that came in after me. This place used to be great, not so much anymore. Update same day : the rancid smoothie and single bite I took of the breakfast sandwich I ordered just made me violently sick. I will be contacting the health department. I go there about every other week or so. I usually get one of their specialty coffee drinks and a Sour cream donut. They are delicious! And I tried their eggnog latte yesterday and it was sooo good!

Very good donuts and coffee drinks. Probably upgrade this to 5 stars after next visit but I need to taste more donuts and the cake bombs. The lemon filled was very good and the Boston creme was okay. My cold chocolate coffee drink was excellent. I'm so tired of so much of the coffee available at other coffee places being just okay when you shell out 6 or 7 dollars for them. Will be back but I want to go inside and look or the selection of baked goods. Hopefully they are planning on opening up this week.

This little donut shop was so cute! The prices were so reasonable. The donuts were very fresh, we just got 2 plain glazed donuts. The glazed icing was very thick & too sweet. If the glaze was a little bit thinner these would be perfect! The dough was perfect , so soft! We also got Bacon egg & cheese sandwiches, these were good & super fresh. I got the mango chiller & it tasted like it was made with real mango. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We will be returning in the future!

This is a great little donut store with top-notch service. I'm not a coffee drinker but I'm told the coffee is great here and I know the donuts are pretty good. Donuts are better than any chain store I can think of, but they are not as good as a little place north east of here in Massachusetts so I can't give it a 5... This is my absolute favorite coffee shop! The staff is friendly. The coffee and donuts are always fresh and Bonnie is always thinking outside the box with her creations! They made donuts for my wedding and I'll always find an excuse to have her make a custom creation for me! Love love love!!!

I wish I knew about the Donut Station sooner! Went there for some donuts this morning and decided to grab a sandwich and bagel as well.y expectations we for a decent sandwich and donuts. I was blown away by the quality of the sandwich, the eggs were fluffy and cooked perfect, the cheese used worked perfectly with the egg and crossiant. Amazing coffee, fantastic food, and wonderful service. Every time I've gone there or had anything from there it has been purely amazing, and their coffee is by far the best I've ever had! Also, they don't look at me like I'm crazy for how much sugar I take in my coffee - which is ALWAYS a plus in my book!!!!! I would recommend this place to anybody and gladly will go out of my way to get my coffee from here regularly.

Food was below average? eggs were tasteless and although I asked for extra bacon on my sandwich I received one single slice of bacon broken in half ? there was enough extra bread to make a small pizza ? you can charge for extra bacon and still give a single slice of bacon split in half. Overall I don?t recommend.

Honestly, if I could?ve given no stars I would.. we ordered Carmel frozen coffees and they tastes like frozen whole milk and the donuts were repulsive at best. It was also more expensive than Starbucks... How this place has any good reviews is beyond me.. save yourself the time and just go to the Dunkin down the street. Update: its been 3 days and no one has contacted me regarding this issue...

Quick and friendly service. The coffee was really good as well. I was very happy with the Boston cream donut I had. I only come up this way once every few months but I will make sure I stop by when I do.

Update: Although I appreciate the free donut I would rather keep it real. Hopefully next time I stop by its the same as the 1st experience which was exceptional. Like I said I don't understand the inconsistency. It's so weird It's hit n miss. I had the best glazed here and the next day ot wasn't the same. I'm not saying that it was yesterday's just saying I don't understand the inconsistency.

So many donuts! The best part is they taste so good and the selection is fun. I got a beautifully decorated cannoli donut that was fantastic! The coffee is really good too.

Great place great food and very kind service. The people there are extremely kind and I would go there everyday if I could. The only problem I had was when I went to the cooler to get a milk it was a few days old. Other than that, the doughnuts are a good size for an amazing price. I would recommend this place to anyone!

What a selection of donuts! So fresh, they make those at Dunkin taste like cardboard in comparison.

This is an occasional stop for me to grab a donut when I feel like a cheat day. My go-to is a Boston creme, but Donut Station offers a wide variety of decadent donut designs beyond my favorite. Their donuts are generally soft and airy with a good flavor that doesn't have that aftertaste that some of the chain donut places have (left by using burnt or stale oil). They are generous with the creme filling which makes me forget how much I just spent on a donut!

Great quality coffee/espresso drinks. Experienced and friendly staff. Breakfast sandwiches are decent if you dont have time to stop at a dinner. All around great place to get your caffeine fix.

Food tastes good.is cooked fresh upon order. Very pricey. 2nd review 8 months later.....I wonder if they had to wait for the chickens to lay the eggs. I LITERALLY had to wait in line for 10 minutes. Walk in is not available. Only drive thru. I ordered a dozen and they were fresh and looked good. If you were not looking for the place, you would probably drive right past it. Fortunately for me I was looking for it.
