Inconsistent. I want to love them but I?ve had some of the most inedible donuts there. First, they need to change their oil more or get the donut frying away from the bacon, a lot of the time there is a background flavor of bacon on everything. I stopped into The Donut Stand in Hopkinton?not for donuts, but for lunch?and I?m so glad I did! I had the Asian Mushroom Crunch sandwich, and it was fantastic. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked, the ciabatta was incredibly fresh, and the aioli added a flavorful punch that really stood out. Every bite was delicious! I?ll definitely be back to try more. If the sandwiches are this good, I can only imagine how great the donuts are!

This place is a a hidden gem for out-of-towners, but a staple for locals. They truly have the fluffiest dreamiest donuts you will ever taste! Their sandwiches are to-die-for, and the staff is always so welcoming! We wish they were open 24/7!

My family went here for opening week. The donuts were amazing, so fresh and worth every penny. We got a box of 7 and my favorite was a passion fruit donut. I can?t wait to go back and try more flavors. I also love that they mix it up so you don?t get board.

I was stunned at how good the pastries from The Donut Stand are! I am French, a foodie, and very picky about food quality. The croissant (giant size!) was a real "croissant au beurre", tasted like real butter, with both crisp and melt in your mouth texture, just right, like I haven't had in a very long time. These are the best donuts I have ever had in my life. I regularly drive an hour for them. This is one of those experiences that reminds you of the incredible possibilities of food. On top of that, the staff is incredibly kind and so knowledgeable about allergies and their product. I couldn?t recommend this place highly enough.

Just had breakfast at The Donut Stand in Hopkinton; bacon and eggs on a spucki roll. Absolutely delicious. I also had a glorious donut with Blueberry Hibiscus jam, tangy and sweet, ludicrously good. I sat with my dog at one of their outdoor tables while I waited for my sandwich to be ready...and the chef brought it to me. Have been hearing about these doughnuts for a couple years and was so happy to finally make it over to the new shop. Doughnuts live up to the hype. Positively delicious without being pretentious. Breakfast sandwiches were delicious, too. Staff was super nice. Can't wait to get back there.

The donuts are large and fluffy, but the flavors are too subtle. The Boston cr?me filling didn?t really taste like anything and the dulche de leche just tasted like plain sweetened condensed milk. The icing/glaze consistency is too runny and slides off the donut. Not worth the hype for the price.

I called ahead to ask if they had any GF donuts left because I was going to bring my 4yr old in to get a GF donut but I did not want to get his hopes up if they didn?t have any. I was told they had two left. I went in to purchase them only to be told they are not actually GF but are GS because they put them on display touching the regular donuts and they are cooked in the same fryer/oil as everything else. Awesome looking donuts, heavy donuts actually. My only gripe is that I feel like the jelly filled donuts are overstuffed and too much filling comes out and I ended up scraping out a bunch of the filling. About $4 or $5 each. Yummy though!

Donut Stand is a new gem to the Hopkinton/Milford area! You can really taste the difference with their farm fresh and local ingredients. I came in just for a couple of donuts as I love a good donut, my wife says I'm a little obsessed . I tried a Boston cream filled and a strawberry rhubarb jelly filled. The Boston cream may have been the best I've ever had, it was big and the chocolate that use really blended well with the cream. This review is long overdue as I was hoping to gatekeep this place? the craziest thing about it is the donuts are the best donuts I?ve ever had and I?m not even sure it?s my favorite thing they make. My kids and I loved the food, def recommend the cinnamon rolls! Will have to come back for more. Was a little pricey but the rolls and donuts were bigger sized and fresh so that makes sense. Really easy to access off of the highway as well! My only complaint was that the donuts/scones and croissant options were all on a little board with small signs so it was hard for my kids and for me to tell what there was to choose from. Fantastic service (I came in with my two kids and they offered to bring my donuts out to the car, super thoughtful and kind), delicious food - I always love the donuts I get, which are huge and the sandwiches are out of this world. Oh! And the tea combos are amazing! I occasionally make up things to do in Boston just so I have to get on 495 and visit!

So thankful to live less than 5 minutes from this place!!! These donuts are the real deal; they make them fresh everyday and only do small batches. They sell out between 10-11 on the weekends, so make sure you go early. My favorites were the Boston Cream, Black/white glazed, and belgian chocolate ganache. I loved how none of them were overly sweet. My husband said the cinnamon sugar traditional was a little dry but overall tasty.

Delicious Donuts and coffee. Atmosphere is nice, love the music being played. Whoever running the music in there have good taste. Only complaint is that I wished there was forks and knives to eat here. Donuts can get real messy if eaten by hand.

Good tasting donuts, and they are huge! But wow they are GREASY. Wrapped one up in paper towels to bring home after bringing a box to work. The box had oil covering the bottom and the paper towel I wrapped the donut in ended up soaking through and staining my passenger seat of my car. I realize this is odd to review a new donut shop and not talk about the donuts, but I try to limit my donut intake so I'm saving my purchase of those for a special occassion :) But everything else I've gotten is delicious! Was doing a job in the area. A customer recommended this place for a sandwich shop. I stopped in and had a delicious turkey sandwich with fresh made bread. Probably drop by again if I'm in the area. Friendly staff.

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY! Food handling practices are horrendous. It is an open kitchen so you can see everything the staff is doing. They do not change gloves or wash hands after handling allergens like tree nuts - they just keep the same gloves on and handle other food items, contaminating the other food with tree nuts. They handle their cell phones (one of the dirtiest things you can touch) and then touch food and prep surfaces without washing hands. There is also food sitting on carts
