This shop SMELLED like fresh donuts and the ambiance was perfect everyone had work to do and they were getting it done! All in all I was very satisfied with the freshness and tastiness of my burrito and half dozen! Spud even got a little nibble so he loves you guys as much as I do, keep up the awesome work!!!

I came in for the first time today and had an awful experience from the start. Me and my family were extremely excited to try a new place as we do every week. The service there was the worst service I?ve ever received. I?ve been a Server for six years. I don?t know if the ladies there were having a bad day Or they are always just like this. Not too happy with our first experience. Stopped by for a donut and saw they can custom make them too. Employee said they are $12 for a big donut. Another employee said they can be numbers. So we gave it a shot and this is what we got. The 4 is perfect but the 1 doesn?t even compare. They weren?t even the same sizes. I had to zoom in on the 1 to make it look good to share with family. Good donuts, but every time I go, they give me the wrong order. It doesn't matter if it's 2 donuts or six, something is going to be incorrect. Why make me pull around the building and wait 10 minutes just to bring out the wrong order?

I went yesterday for the first time and staff were so nice and polite. I love the variety of donuts they have and they were delicious! The Best Donuts you will ever have! We stopped off here on our way to Orlando, we are so glad we did. We got to meet the owner such a nice man and two of the staff members , Lacey, and Brittany just amazingly nice women. So helpful! I have to say I have to having one of these donuts. They are simply amazing. We will be stopping there our way to Orlando anytime we can for a treat! I definitely recommend stopping in the donut man if you have not already!

Fresh donuts daily and throughout. We finally stopped to try around 7pm and thought maybe the donuts would be stale as they looked like they were there all day and nope! They were fresh, being baked and refilled constantly. Met the owner and what a nice man. Pretty cool this place has been here 30 years and still thriving. I can?t believe I have lived so close to this place and have never come. Donut price are ver reasonable and fresh! Starwberry fritter for the win. The only one I didn?t like was the sour dough, but did not leave a bad taste in my mouth.

This is the go-to donut shop in Winter Haven. They have limited breakfast selections on their menu. I mainly go through drive-through for their glazed donuts. If you're a first-timer go inside to view their wide selection of donuts..... you won't be sorry. Diner type atmosphere. And I'm sorry if did not take a picture of the dozen glazed just bought. They have already been eaten.

Everything I?ve had here is amazing! The glazed, chocolate ring and maple walnut donut are my faves! The iced coffee is AMAZING! On the strong side just how I love it! I?ve tried many coffee shops but this is the BEST in town! Hubby said the same and he?s not much of a coffee fan! And I recently tried the bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich and it?s AMAZING! Great longstanding locally owned business run by original owner. GREAT donuts and breakfast fare menu. My favorite donuts in Winter Haven. Known for their apple fritters but I'm also partial to the generously filled Jelly Rolls, Bavarian Creams and Glazed Blueberry cake donuts. Eclairs also finger licking good. Stop in and treat your taste buds!

The Donuts are freshly made there and the customer service was great. I had the sour cream and buttermilk gave them both 7 out of 10 they were fluffy and soft but a little to sweet for me But I also bought strawberry icing, strawberry icing with sprinkles, chocolate icing and glazed, my kids love them. We passed it several times because it looks run down and, unless you see people going in & out, you might think it's not even open. The donuts are definitely "just baked". Some of the best donuts I've had in a very long time. If you're local in the Winter Haven area this is the place to go. The establishment is open 364 days out of the year only closing for Christmas. Well we don't come here often we try to come at least once a month and get a couple dozen donuts each time. Family favorite is Boston cream, cinnamon rolls, red velvet cake, and glazed.

I have been here multiple times love the doughnuts so good I went this morning super excited to buy a dozen doughnuts for work and while I?m waiting at the register. I see multiple roaches near the doughnuts I was so sadden won?t be returning back God knows what else is back there in the kitchen where food is prepped. Dude just stay away. My family visited me for the 1st time in like 15years and was telling them how much I loved this donut spot. When I finally took them the place was crawling with roaches. Told the young lady that was working she just shrugged and said ?yeah?.

Just happened to be in Winter Haven , FL and saw this big sign " The Donut Man". Open 7 days a week, 5 am to 10pm . Rolled in around 6pm, still tons of Donuts. My fav was the "Raised Sugar" . So good. The bear claw had filling, and it was good. Loved everything.

My husband and I went to Donut Man for the first time yesterday. I found the place to be absolutely filthy. Needs to close down for a month and clean before reopening. All that sugar and crumbs left everywhere equals bugs and rodents. The quality of their donuts leaves a funny aftertaste in your mouth, never have I said that about a donut before. We definitely won't be back, just gross. Tossed the remaining donuts in the trash, wish we would have just walked out.

I went to go get some donuts and the first thing I see when I walk in is the floors are filthy the tables dirty I saw a roach on a counter area. I think that?s an extreme health hazard and the customer service. They were rude and unprofessional.
