Very cute donuts and a very friendly staff. They take the average donut shop and elevate the donuts with some very cute designs. They can also make almost any donut in the store gluten free in about 3 minutes. The donuts were a bit heavy? meaning you can taste the grease they were cooked in, not really light and fluffy. This place is my go to coffee/donut shop. The lady working there is amazing. Their cronuts are the best in the country. The cream cheese one? Forget about it! The lattes are a must have as well. Hot or cold both are top tier. Recently tried their chicken sandwich, to no surprise, amazing.

Oh my goodness. This place is incredible! I wish I had gotten a photo. I got eight different donuts and each child expressed how delicious they were. My sons inhaled theirs so fast I didn't even get to see them. The coffee was devine! I can't express how much we enjoyed this place. We will definitely be returning!

We first started going here in late December, to get the gluten free donuts. They were amazing! What makes them unique is that you can choose any topping to put on a fried donut! You are not stuck with a couple of flavors on a usually baked donut! Yay! A few weeks ago, we started have inconsistent experiences with the donuts. They would be too oily or the not done in the middle. We quit going and were super disappointed. We decided to try again this past Saturday, March 08, 2025. The donuts were PERFECT!!!

Great selection! I had the S'more and Pistachio donuts. The S'more was very exciting looking, but a little overwhelming. One or two bites would have been enough. The Pistachio was simpler and I enjoyed every bite. The rest of my family enjoyed what they got as well.

Leslie helped make a spectacular donut tower display for my wedding in December! She was easy to communicate with and understood my ideas. She was able to make the donut topper from a picture I found online. She delivered and set up the donuts the day of the wedding. The prices for the donuts and the delivery were so reasonable! Overall a great company that really takes care of their customers!

Hands down the freshest donut you will ever eat. Gluten free donuts are made fresh and can have any flavor. Service was amazing and this is now our family favorite go to for donuts. So excited to see they offered a gluten free cake donut!!! They are plain GF cake donuts and then you request the toppings. We were there by 6:45 Friday am, and they had some gluten free donuts made, at the front of the store there is a sign asking to order gluten free donuts ahead of time, just FYI :). O.M.G. These donuts are beyond good!! I stopped in late today just to get a mental image of where they are in McKinney. The gal was closing but waved for me to come in anyway. She had maybe a dozen of the tiny donuts left and offered them to me so she wouldn't take them home herself. LOL Six hours old (based on the opening at 6:30 AM) and they literally melted in my mouth. They have breakfast sandwiches and all kinds of other yummy stuff and you can bet I'll be there try the rest of their stuff!

This place doesn?t have a larger selection than other local doughnut places. What it does have is a selection that?s different than most other local places. The food is good and the doughnut selections are a blend of unique creations, as well as the standards, like glaze. Their breakfast sandwiches are good and they also have smoothies and boba. I recommend, really good. I ordered 8 glazed gluten free donuts today. Mini (the owner) helped me. I told her I was allergic to gluten, and she said they have a dedicated fryer for all their gluten free donuts. And the glazed icing was gluten free and no contamination. Came here from California to visit family and friends who recommended us to this place. Sunday Morning Sweet treat breakfast with our Grandson. First time there and enjoyed it. Nice selection and very courteous young man took our order. The Donut Kitchen provided the favors for my wedding a few weeks back and I am still getting messages from guest about how amazing the donuts were. My husband now makes a trip there almost every morning. The lemon blueberry is my favorite and the staff is always so sweet and attentive. I took my family here for a late brunch (which I guess I should call lunch lol). The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I loved the design of the place, you can tell they took great care in building it. The food was EXCELLENT, both the donuts and the BBQ sandwich I had. Everyone else in my group loved it too. We are from Lubbock, TX and have family here in McKinney, we eat here every time we are in town! The owner knows us as soon as we walk in even if it's been months since we've been in! The Donut Kitchen is a great family owned business that I could not say enough about. Though I don't often have donuts, I really enjoy the breakfast sandwiches and the lunch menu. The tomato basil soup is the best in town! Leslie, Michael and Riley are great people and really care about their customers. A stop you should not miss!

The donut kitchen is my favorite donut place in McKinney. They have a lot of really interesting Tasty Donuts that look pretty. My favorite is the red velvet donut with a cream cheese frosting. They always taste fresh and the prices are good. I think the staff is family that works and owns the place they are always very friendly and helpful. This is a gourmet cake donut shop. Unlike others, their donuts are not heavy and dense. I got the strawberry and chocolate donut and it was amazing! The donut was strawberry flavored and it was light, moist, and fresh tasting. It had chocolate frosting and two slices of strawberry on top. My husband got the big kolache and said it was amazing. He said it was worth going out of the way for!

I live in Kansas and my papa lives in Mckinney literally minutes from this donut shop and his birthday was May 3rd and they went above and beyond to make sure my birthday donut surprise were delivered on time! The owner even personally delivered them and nicely sent me a personal text with pictures once they were delivered! I was nervous about placing an order from states away and pre paying and all that but it was so worth it ! I will honestly be doing this every year for my papa!
