Love this place !! The food is always delicious and fresh ! The customer service is ?. I can?t even explain it in words how the owner is always so kind and personable !!! They always have great specials as well ! I added a few photos of some other dinners I have enjoyed from here !!! I will always come back and tell a friend to tell a friend to TRY THEM !!!

The food staff was great super friendly. I love stopping here on my way home to grab a treat to make the ride that much better. The linguica rolls are the best ever. I?ll even drive out of my way to get 5 of them. Very pleased everytime I go

My last breakfast sandwich was outstanding. Went with a bacon, egg and Sao Jorge cheese on a massa roll. Wowzer, best breakfast sandwich I've had from here. The Iced Reese's Cappuccino is usually excellent. One of the best glazed donut in the area. The old style coffee roll was excellent as well. Their breakfast sandwich is generally very good. Usually get a bacon, egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel. Linguica cheese rolls are good too.

Amazing fancy shakes and donuts. They had donut cake pops that looked amazing. Going to pay more, but definitely a case of you get what you pay for. They were delicious. We got the shakes and donuts for the morning. Cheesecake shake was so worth it, got a piece of Cheesecake and the shake. Donuts are very filling. One donut felt like we ate 3. But definitely some of the best donuts I've ever had.

I'm not sure if it was because it was a Monday morning, but the donuts i got were far from fresh. I took one bite out of the glazed donut and I was done.

The glazed donuts are the best I've had in my life. If you like a creamy/airy type cheesecakes then this is the one you need to try. The linguica and cheese sandwich was delicious. Always received good service from them. If you would like to have more options available to you; because they do sell out. I would advice to call and place an order or go by between the hours of 9-10am.

This place is so nasty and disgusting I can't believe the BOARD OF HEALTH allows them to operate.. I got a coffee that was cold a buffalo cheese macaroni role that was cold.. The staff is rude and passively aggressive..!! I was a dollar short the other day and the lady threw a fit.. mind u I tipped her 2$ on a 6$ purchase.. instead of just saying hey cool thanks for the tip. Just owe me next time.. The food was amazing, some many options and it?s all homemade!! We chatted with the owner and kitchen manager and they made us feel at home. Great place to grab some breakfast and or lunch!!

We went to the Donut Factory today in Fairhaven. We live in R.,I.& we pick up friends in Mass. Trust me , it's worth the trip. The donuts are more like a dessert. They have many flavors to choose from. The owner Jackie & her Mother are such wonderful people, & her boyfriend gave us outstanding service. They make you feel like family. I give all of them an A+ on everything. It's a great road trip, & you won't regret it. Can't wait to go back.

Went to the donut factory today and everything was fantastic! These are not just donuts these are culinary masterpieces! The owner Jackie takes great pride in her work and the staff was fantastic! You can tell the attention to detail is so different because of the small business owner desire to be the best! Stop by and enjoy! It?s not like other donut places at all.

This place is soooo good. The food is great, the sao george linguica pockets are INCREDIBLE. I had one once and have gone back many times just to keep getting it. The fancy donuts are works of art. They have a pretty wide menu but it?s not super clearly displayed. They have paper ones upon request but I just look at the uber eats menu ahead of time. A diamond in the rough definitely a jewel of Fairhaven portions were plentiful decent price. They have more than just donuts. They have a full menu for all appetites anywhere from hamburgers to loaded potatoes popovers you name it. everything made from scratch if there are 10 stars to give, I would give it 11

The people that work here would get a 6 out of 5 if I could. The coffee is always great. Iced X-Factor really my favorite from the Cape to Boston which I travel almost daily so that tells you something. Also tried the Loaded Baked Potato with Pulled Pork tonight.... it was fire. We went to TWO gourmet donut shops today. By accident ?? Mrs. Wally put directions in for one and when we got there it was the wrong one. I'm not sure what kind of experience others have had at The donut factory, mine was not great. My family member went in to get two hot coffees and two vanilla donuts while waiting for her laundry to finish next door. Posting this in regards to their iced coffee. I only came because I had a coupon from the RI Food Fights iced coffee challenge. If you come here you get a tiny cup of sweetened condensed milk or cream. There does not appear to be any coffee in it and they don't give you another option. Skip this one for the coffee. Maybe the donuts are good but I didn't try them. If I am going to pay that price for donuts I'm going to Pvdonuts or Knead.

Wife?s daughter paid $75 DOLLARS for a strawberry cheesecake. A slice from stop n shop tastes better. And even if it was delicious, (it wasn?t, waaay too sugary) who tf charges $75 for a damn cheesecake. Never going anywhere near that place again.

We found this place on a whim and really enjoyed the donuts. They were a great quality and I was recommended to try one of their specialty items. The cream is amazing! My biggest disappointment with it was the price point. For a donut/dessert shop they really hit your wallet hard. I walked away with 6 donuts and 2 speciality items for 32 dollars! They do have additional items that looked delicious. Again, just be prepared to spend a pretty penny.

Grabbed a lingui?a and cheese steak pocket which was good. Also grabbed a couple chocolate covered strawberries. After getting to the car I noticed they looked old and dried up and then I noticed mold on them.

This is the motherload of donuts and lots of other decadent baked goods. Don't waste your money on an edible arrangement when you can deliver chocolate dipped strawberries and apples of your own. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was comfortable with a variety of food and drink selections! The New Butter Cookie donut and Apple Cinnamon creme filled coffee roll were amazing! Definitely worth a stop the earlier the better they sell out fast!

I'm not sure what happened to this place! It used to be good. Went Tuesday morning around 9AM. Tried to order the adverted sandwich, and they didn't know what it was. Pointed out the sign on the building, and they didn't have the stuff to make it. They didn't have much for "donuts" but we ordered 2 iced coffees, 2 linguica cheese rolls, and 2 "fancy" donuts. The total was $37. Talk about sticker shock! The food was mediocre. Needless to say, never again.

Expenive, subpar donuts, and unwelcoming atmosphere. Gave this place a try only because my typical doughnut spot was closed. NEVER AGAIN. The workers weren?t friendly. They made eye contact but not a word was said up until I was directly on front of the glass. The doughnuts were really expensive and not worth the hype or effort to drive out there.

We ordered a dozen donuts at ~$7 a piece. They were exceptional. Larger than your average donut, more than enough frosting, and incredible flavor. Highly highly recommend the apple pie donut.

Service wasn?t good. Associate with glasses was not friendly and was put off by basic questions. $7 donuts and they don?t have the prices listed. Taste was mediocre. The store itself felt messy. I was there an hour before close and they still had a ton of product.

Was our first time here today and it did not disappoint at all. For donuts we got the Fruity Pebbles, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, M&M, Maple Bacon and a Coffee Roll. We also got pockets to go which was our dinner. For those we got Sausage peppers and onions, linguica and cheese and cacoila. Everything was absolutely delicious and on point. Got a cookie with a hair baked into it?2 coffees and a breakfast sandwich $25?very pricey and not worth it. The first time i went i found hair in my food and i get it..stuff happens so decided to go back a 2nd time and found hair again. Even the food sitting on the counter as people reach over it for their orders made me cringe but still went back. Im good.

We went last week for the first time. We bought two Steak & Cheese sandwiches, a Big Mac sandwich, & a Linguica with Sao Jorge Cheese sandwich. The four of us LOVED the sandwiches. We can't wait for them to open Dartmouth and Westport, as we're in Fall River. Great food, friendly folks! We'll see them again soon!

We walked out on our first visit with about a dozen different donuts, both classics and the specialty and they were all delicious. Best of all was the cannoli donut, and how great all of the staff was. Would return for the kind, welcoming and friendly staff alone!

We were excited to go here based off the huge selection of donuts and shakes online, but we were pretty disappointed. They get two stars because the shakes tasted good, and my kids liked the donuts they got, but the place is gross. Oh my word, the donuts are devine! Absolutely scrumptious (particularly the frosting). I wish they would open a location in Narragansett, RI...they would make a killing. We came for my son's 4ths birthday because he requested donuts. About 15 of us showed up, all ordering shakes. I cant say enough good things about our visit. They made our gourmet shakes quickly, and perfectly. They were so polite, everything was clean, and eating outside by the water was the perfect setting.
