The service was good, but they got my order wrong. I asked for jalapeno bagels with cream cheese and they ended up giving me cheddar bagels. They gave my bagels to some other customers, because we ordered the last jalapeno bagels and he ordered the cheddar ones, we ended up with the cheddar ones. Also, the apple fritter had a hair in it. It was gross ??. I would have gone back in to say something but the teenagers looked distracted and just the giggling with each other. This will definitely be the last time
I have been going to this place since 2014, so a little over 10 years. Service has always been great, also the remodel and the new owners are awesome as well! One of the workers, Kinlee has done an amazing job helping me when I come in, she?s super nice and loves helping customers. I love this place a lot. Brings me joy when I stop by every time ??
Love the customer service from all the staff, especially from kinlee. The donuts are amazing. I always want to come back anytime I?m there. I would go a couple times a month. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family.
The Donut bar here is so bad and they don't pay attention to anything. For one of my donuts there was a hair on it. That is disgusting and unprofessional. They just have teens working here, and they don't pay attention. They got our orders wrong. Don't waste your time or money here. It is better to not get anything there.
Went across town to try your orange donut, reviewed a few times in glowing terms. The gal said you weren't making them anymore! And, there was very little left in your case, and it's Mother's Day. Bummer
We started ordering donut holes from here for our business and they are fabulous! Their cinnamon rolls are super soft and delicious. And of course the bagels? ?? delicious
Got my donuts delivered for the first time to surprise my staff with a little treat and they are delicious and specialty donuts! I wrote a book for them in the comment section and they did all my little extra favors! Much appreciated! I will definitely be ordering again!
Stop in and get a fresh donut, or three, or a dozen for your friends, you will not be disapointed. Clean bright place, and now they have some new tables and chairs. Also have lunch available, If you are getting donuts, they sell a lot in the mornings, so go early for max selections. Friendly owner makes you feel welcome!

I stop in here basically every morning before I head to Ellensburg for class. Not only do I get super friendly service first thing in the morning I'm talking right as they open, but I also get amazing conversation. they make surprise Red bulls for me on flavors they know that I like. I even have my own special bagels sandwich that I get because I love garlic so much. The bagels are super good feeling and flavorful. Love this place
This was our first time coming in, and they did not disappoint. Their donut holes and breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Customer service was great! The lady at the front counter was super friendly. We will definitely be back. I recommend going a little early so they have more variety. We went around 8:30am and they didn't have a whole lot left.
The donuts were amazing! This was my first time here and I'll definitely be back. They were about the same price as any other place to buy donuts, but the quality is better as far as I'm concerned. Especially if you take them home and warm 'em up first! I had an apple pie one that was to die for! I also had a dozen donut holes that were the perfect one-bite-size.

Bagels are OK, service is terrible and like the other reviewer, there seems to be some issues with prices. Like a lot of restaurants these days, the place is chronically understaffed--have tried several times to get a donut or bagel on the way to work but only person behind counter (I'm suspecting owner) was too busy "making connections" with guests or very slowly placing donuts in box to serve me. The new owners change the prices every week. I was there 3 weeks in a row and a different price each week for the same donuts. The young woman behind the counter is rude. This used to be the best place to get donuts when it was Don's donuts. The new owners are terrible. I'm going back to Crispy Cream.
