She already had the beat donuts in town! Now she does king cakes! I?m in love and will only go here from now on! The price is right and doesn?t over charge and pumps out great stuff! You can?t beat it! My grandkids love this place the owner always makes them feel welcomed and like she?s known them forever!
The Texas Donut is incredible!!! As are the other donuts! And the service is great, everyone is kind and the service is very quick. Highly recommend and VERY affordable especially given the super high quality and freshness of the donuts.
I absolutely love this donut shop. It's definitely a hidden gem in New Orleans East. I stumbled upon this place while visiting one summer driving Lyft/Uber, dropping someone off to the apartments across the street. The lady who works the counter is so friendly and welcoming. This place is better than Krispy Kreme, Tasty, and Dunkin! They always have warm, glazed donuts, and they give an extra one for you to enjoy in the car, too! Don't let the location scare you away. It looks like it is in a residential area but check it out anyway. The ladies working were SO nice! The donuts were some of the best I've ever had! I can't wait to come back for more!

Got a dozen of donuts from there this morning and they taste like chemicals , everyone that tried it said something was weird. I?ve never experienced anything like this before and it immediately upset my stomach
Some of the best doughnuts ever. I went for the first time Sunday 11/28 to see if the reviews were accurate and they were. I let the woman know it was my first time there, she let me sample and I immediately bought a dozen. The service is excellent (the woman that took care of me was very friendly) and she told me to come before 10am to get the best out of the product. It was already amazing so next time I come to New orleans I know I'm coming back.
I had a terrible experience. Waited for 25 minutes and still wasn?t able to get my dozen of donuts. Was skipped by multiple people who the woman at the counter said was before me. They no longer have my business.
Came across this donut shop by accident bc the hubby wanted a snowball nearby. So glad I stopped in. The hot glazed donut was soft and had a light crunch on the outside and just melts in your mouth. It was delicious! The lady behind the counter was very nice and friendly. Highly recommend ??!!

If you want always fresh donuts and a super friendly staff, get over to the Donut Bakery pronto! I love the donut holes, especially the chocolate. I haven't been on a weekend in awhile but when I did they were crowded, so expect a wait. The times I've stopped during the week, I was in and out.
This lil gem in New Orleans East..... is a reminder of hope for the community. Always busy, but line stays flowing..... IN & OUT. Glaze donuts are always hot & fresh. The other flavors are always fresh & delicious. One thing I truly love to see is pictures of kids in the community posted to the wall through the entire front area. They appreciate US & we appreciate them.

On April 15 my 85 year old mother gave my brother an old hundred dollar bill she'd been holding onto and sent him, a regular customer of this establishment, to buy milk and donuts. Only the woman who was there at the time kept the bill after believing it was counterfeit. After several calls in which she said they hadn't a chance to check with the bank, I finally reached George, the owner, who'd been on vacation. My friends and I went here to purchase donuts to pass out to the residents empacted by the recent tornados. The owner heard our story and not only gave us a discount on each dozen we purchased but donated another dozen. Wonder establishment, I love the pictures of the kids and amazing dounuts.

Horrible service, owner does not use gloves and touched every glazed donut to box it up. His hands were full of wet and dry dough. Also wearing slouchy and dingy clothes. He was very rude when asked for a refund.

They were out of twist donuts & donut holes ?? The lady taking orders (I believe is the owner) never got off the phone while taking orders which I thought was very rude but overall the donuts were good.
