If you have ever had a fresh Mexican donut- made and purchased in Mexico-then you'll know right away after tasting their cinnamon, glazed, and chocolate donuts. These are 99.99% like the ones I grew up with in Edo. Mex. and CDMX. I was so happy to have that taste of back home after 30 years of looking for the perfect donut in the US. The glaze donut is so good and fresh. It?s cash only but one dozen cost only $18! What a steal for legit donuts.
Better than Krispey Kreme! By far the best donuts I have ever had. I dont know what they put in these things but they are phenomenal! They even let you try before you buy. This is a must visit spot in San Pedro. Please note they are cash only but they have a ATM within the store and they also have a drive through to order donuts. Go here now!
I will post a pic someday but every time I remember I already scarfed the custard filled donut or sausage, egg and cheese croissant down ?? it?s extremely welcoming and everything is fresh and taste fresh.
This was my first time at this location. I was craving an apple fritter or croissant and decided to buy one of each and share them with my staff. I asked the lady if they were fresh before she bagged them. She stated that they make them fresh daily. I said sold. When I got to work, we heated the products a little to enjoy them. I'm sorry, I really wanted to love them, but they were not good at all and did not taste fresh. Needless to say, we had to discard them because of their lack of freshness. The store
The drive thru is so convenient in the early mornings. Be prepared to wait in line past 7am. The basic glaze they use for everything is tinged with lemon and is scrumptious. I recommend newbies try the mini glazed. Awesome old-fashioned vibe inside with ample seating. No restroom, no radio, no TV but lots of San Pedro history.

Best donut place in all of San Pedro! Donuts are warm and fresh out the oven in the early morning. Coffee is great and the donuts are always good quality. Started coming here before school at Dana and have been hooked ever since. I highly recommend the apple fritter or the butterfly.
I?ve been eating here for many years. The employees are so nice and sweet, and the donuts are sweet too. They have many delicious types, and in my opinion the chocolate bar is just 5 tier. As well with the glazed, everything is made so well.
He claims that they are #1 in LA county, and uses that as an excuse to yell at you when you tell him you want a regular dozen. Especially when you are confused when they have so many restrictions on what is included in their dozen. I walked in and asked 2 questions, 1) are you cash only? My favorite donut in the South Bay area. The mini glaze donuts are to die for, and the cherry jubilee (is like a cherry glaze instead of ciniman roll) is exquisite. I've catered the mini donuts to birtyday parties and to my job. They are always a crowd favorite.
We were on vacation and decided to go with this place since google listed it as the top donut place in LA. When we entered the store the kind gentleman behind the counter asked if we had been there before. We replied that we had not so he immediately handed us some samples, which confirmed googles #1 rating. We then got a dozen donuts, each different because we wanted to try them all. They were all fantastic. This place is amazing! Highly recommended.

ordered bacon egg croissant & sausage croissant, not real sausage they use a sliced kielbasa with a hard casing and ?? it was gross, the bacon taste was like it was fried on a old dirty pan had burnt taste. Asked for black pepper on both, clumps of pepper on the eggs. The server had a beard that wasn?t covered. I was tempted to drive off but I had already ordered and felt bad and took a chance, should of followed my instinct. Do not recommend.
Not too much selection left when I arrived around 10 am. Apple Fritters were $2 ea. Cake donuts were $1.00 ea. The fritter dough was flavorful with cinnamon sugar but lacking apple bits, the cake donut with pink glaze & party sprinkles was ok. The server was an itty bitty grandma age lady who was very nice. Their donuts were better than Dunkin on 6th & Gaffey.

In my opinion these donuts are very good in taste and freshness. The owners are friendly and ready to help. Just a heads up I believe they close at 12pm. So get there early !
Its near our home. Hubby loves doughnuts. (The best bran muffins come from Wilmington, Top donuts, their doughnuts are far better than this place, which have a habit of repeating on me for hours.?????

Very nice people who work there! Dressers open early enough 4:35 a.m. disable friendly! I even allow me to drive up in my chair to the window!

Besides the owner being a total douche...donuts were very good. Walking in the donuts had run out...grabbed a couple glazed and a applefitter both tasty and well made.

The chocolate or maple bar filled with custard are the best anywhere but you have to ask for it. The staff is very friendly and all of the donuts are scrumptious.
