I enjoy coming here for Sunday coffee. It's the only place near me open on Sundays later in the day. They offer coffee, tea, and refreshers. They also offer ice cream and delicious muffins. In the seating area there are two rooms. One room is a comfy seating area and the other room has seating as well as some toys for kids and some games.

Tried this cute place for the first time! Love the building, the latte?s we had were delicious and we each got a glazed donut that was good! The staff seemed a bit more focused on socializing than customer service but that was no big deal to us?we will go back!

Literally all of the staff here are so friendly. They always make great conversation and make me feel welcome! As an officer in this town, I am so thankful to have the creamery here and so many people on my social media want to come to Germantown just to try it from all the yummy stuff I share!! I just left the creamery and I was not at all happy with the service.The were 2 young lady's working and the shorter dark haired girl that "waited" on me never welcomed me to the shop and never asked what I would like.I asked her what kind of donuts they had and got no response from her as she looked down.I had to ask her again and she told me what donuts they had.There were 2 other young ladies in there that appeared to be her friends,After I ordered she went ro get a bag for my donut and gave her friends

Overall a nice little spot to grab coffee, donuts and ice cream. The place is located in a small township in Ohio. It's quaint and what you would expect from a small town. The only issue encountered is the entryway from the street. The area is a bit narrow and I could see how it would bottleneck on a busy weekend. Outdoor seating is available in addition to the inside. Review update They had to have changed their coffee bean brand or something in the last couple of months. It used to be so good. That's what made it a step above, but lately, the coffee hasnt been hitting. Still love the lotus.* The number one place to get an espresso milkshake. I have tried many of their lattes. The iced Milky Way is my current favorite. I recommend the strawberries and cream lotus refresher if you don't want coffee.

Wonderful small shop featuring ice cream and baked treats from some of the area's finest confectioners. The ice cream from Youngs Jersey Dairy, for example, is a special treat. Plus the donuts, Danish, and macaroons are a wonderful addition. Their house blend coffee was served hot and fresh as the perfect compliment to my mid day splurge.

Wow I'm visiting from Utah and looked for a place to get my cold brew coffee that I love. This is one of the best I've ever had in any state so good.

My family loves going to the Creamery! My kids loves their donuts and ice cream! And my favorite drink is the iced caramel macchiato - I like it better than Dunkin?s and Starbucks? version. The atmosphere is fun, chic, and relaxing. The service is great, the employees are friendly, and the owners are great people!

I had the Bourbon Carmel latte and it was delicious. The gals that served us were very nice and helpful. Lots of options for a sweet treat, including GF treats from Neighborhood nest, donuts, muffins, chocolate goodies and ice cream. There is a cute little room of merchandise to browse as well.

I've come here a few times before, I don't know what happened, but the coffee is not good anymore! Staff was very friendly and quick to get our order made! The wait staff is always very pleasant! I overheard them talking about the new monitors that will show the specials and also the new front door. They showed me the door that was in the area where you sell your cups and shirts. They were very excited for the changes. It?s awesome to see staff that enjoys their job and their employer so much.

I come for the Lotus drinks, the treats are, well, treats. Cinnamon roll cupcakes are amazing, and the donuts are always fresh. The only drawback is the tiny amount of standing room available when people start lining up out the door. Regardless, we always stop here anytime we're near Germantown

My only complaint is google recently told me how many times I went here last month and my husband added up the receipts. They are so delicious it's affecting my marriage.

They're amazing, I love the coffee and all of the employers. They have really unique flavors and I have yet to be disappointed in any of the drinks I've gotten. I really do love the Creamery. Most of the team knows me and is super friendly. I am a tea drinker, and they have a fabulous chia tea, but it seems like they run out at least once a month. I know there are sometimes supply chain issues so I try to be understanding. I love that they carry local people's baked goods as well. So cozy to sit and chill sometimes.

I love this place so much. It always smells so delicious when I walk in. I?ve only been here three times but it?s never failed me. If I could give a million stars I would. I came two other times around opening a year ago, but I was back in recently and noticed a few new faces. The baristas always do their best to make sure the orders are top notch, and they?re extremely good under pressure. Thank you Trinity and Miranda for making my most recent experience one to remember. Not sure if it was just an off day for them, but I ordered a chai latte, egg bites, and a Danish online, they were out of egg bites, I asked for a parfait instead and they were out of that too. The chai latte tasted like it was just milk with sweetener, and even though the Danish didn't look moldy, I could definitely taste that it was moldy when i tried to eat it.

We love this place! The drinks are spectacular and we appreciate the wide variety of sugar free syrups. The SF cinnamon brown sugar is off the charts delicious! Also, we really like the hours. So many local places close way too early or aren't open on Sunday.

The Creamery is a gem. The staff is friendly helpful and seem like they actually enjoy being at their jobs. I beleive they are selective about their hiring - the shop is cute and clean and quiet. My daughter loves coming there to get a scoop of ice cream and play with their ice cream shop toys. My family really loves to come to germantown and stop in! They also manage to keep their prices down so please tip your baristas for their service!

It?s the best coffee shop in town, and I frequent The Creamery. They are a little pricey, closer to Starbucks prices than other smaller shops I frequent. This is not a rating of their products or establishment. I was very disappointed after accepting an instant cart order from them. I shopped, carried and delivered 8 gallons of milk and about 10 gallons of assorted creams, creamers and specialty milks costing $100, to my surprise they only tipped $4.31. My fiance and I decided to try it today. I got a hot chocolate. It tasted like there was just water in the cup. I had to add 2 packets of hot chocolate mix when I got home. My fiance ordered pumpkin spice coffee. It tasted like water too. He could taste the coffee but not the pumpkin. The only good things were the donuts we got. Definitely not worth the money we paid.

We got a flat white and Heisenberg. Not sure what happened but as another review stated it basically tasted like hot water with some milk in it. I?ve heard twisted river is very drinkable and not that bitter. I?m unsure if its a weak roasted coffee or if the water-to-coffee ratio is out of whack. Phenomenal atmosphere with great sight lines on the historic district. I?m more productive in public spaces, so I take my laptop out and work at different coffee shops. This spot is one of the top three best in Dayton for that sort of thing. I?ve looked everywhere in the Dayton area for the best atmospheres.

We absolutely LOVE The Creamery! Our kids LOVE all the ice cream options and my Husband and I love the keto options! My kids also enjoy sitting outside on the deck under the string lights! This is such a precious little shop right in the heart of our city!

Such a comfy vibed place! I love it here! I come all the time when I know trinity is working because she invents the best drinks. I see them on her Instagram story all the time. We love this place but they aren't always open when they are supposed to be so we only stop in if we are walking by anyway. It's a good thing new ice cream shops are coming to the area.

We got smoothies and apple fritter. I asked for no sugar in my smoothie because of being a diabetic. They ended up putting no sugar in both smoothies. My son was okay with it. Otherwise the service and the employees were very nice and welcoming.

Today was my first time ever At the creamery and I absolutely love how they help me with choosing things without trying to upsell like a lot of places. They were very nice and I had less money than I thought so I asked if I could possibly change my order since they hadn't made it yet and they helped me out very much. Will definitely be back!

It looks like over a year later and they still haven?t figured out how to properly tip their instacart drivers. $5 doesn?t even cover the gas it takes to deliver your order.
