The Cove Coffee Shop and Pizza Company

I would not recommend going here, there are more consistent coffee shops around. The coffee's usually great, but the owner is extremely contentious and refuses to accept responsibility for mistakes. I've ordered dozens, maybe hundreds of coffees here and the owner has convinced me to go elsewhere. Once, weeks ago, they made my coffee incorrectly just before closing. My husband brought it home, I got a drink, and it was missing the caramel + white chocolate flavoring, and was definitely not what I'd paid fo

Sadly, terrible visit today. Training new staff so that is understandable. The girl in winter hat was trying hard. The girl in charge not only argued with a customer but then lied about him to the staff, while we waited at register, after he left. I am strictly GF and stated this. I ordered coffee - no gluten syrup etc. my mom ordered a vanilla (milk) latte. They wrote on the cups but it was reversed!!! I took a few drinks to realize mine had vanilla. Not very safe!! Be careful!!

Honestly work experience I?ve ever had here. I placed an order online 40 mins prior to showing up. When I got there the girl told me it wasn?t even in the oven yet mind you there was about 4 people in line waiting. The one guy told me he had been there an hour. If you?re running that behind you need to call people and tell them that. I also was very unhappy that there was no customer service. No apologizing or offering a drink for the inconvenience. It was a very snobby highschool girl attitude.

The drinks are FANTASTIC. That being said the pizza left me with regret. The wait time is unreal, and I even ordered ahead. Once I had the pizza it smelled good, but flavor was lacking, tasted more like storebought, and it was undercooked, leaving you with a doughy pizza. Stick to the drinks, and pass on the pizza.

Such a cute coffee & pizza shop! First time coming here and I love it! I asked the woman working the register what she reccomend and I went with her recommendation to get the french toast frozen coffee and it was soooo good! Definitely reccomend! Ordered a deluxe pizza yesterday, and it was delicious. No shortage of toppings, and they use the pepperoni that cups! The atmosphere is also great.

The Cove Coffee shop is a quaint coffee shop in Ontario not far from the schools. The staff was very nice and helpful. The store and sitting area was super clean. The drinks made were exactly what I ordered. They even have nitro coffee and tea. Nicely laid out and the large sitting area with tables was great. Will definitely make visits here more frequent. Absolutely love this place! Hands down the best coffee shop we?ve ever been too! Our favorite drinks are Frozen Hot Chocolate & the Cove Mocha! Both of them are so delicious. I will say we don?t like the tea, but almost everything else we?ve tried has been good. We just tried the pizza for the first time today and we?re SO impressed!! Didn?t think we could like this place anymore than we did before!! They are overpriced but it?s worth it.

The Cove is a great local spot for pizza, especially there specialty pizzas! They also have there own Nitro tea in a variety of flavors that is excellent!!

I believe I am very honest with all my reviews, with that being said?. Story time! I kept hearing on the radio about this Nitro Tea, from The Cove Beverage Company. A bit of background. We live close and I kept hearing commercials on the radio, so I made sure to go on my next days off. My husband and I took our daughter. She chose the iced s?mores mocha and loved it. We got the iced French toast. The place is adorable. Nice atmosphere. And the young man at the register was very nice. For our first time there I?m impressed. It?s good don?t get me wrong but I feel like when it comes to making the coffee drinks they need to be more consistent even the employees that have worked their a while still make my coffee different each time like tonight I feel like it was mostly milk no caramel. I love this place, and I stop whenever I am able. The service is great, sometimes a little inconsistent but that comes with more training and also the time of day and who is working. If you want something not on the menu, just be aware they may/may not be able to make it without some instructions. The quality of food/drink is great, and the interior is cool and relaxing.

The frozen blended drinks here are wonderful. I took my daughter and a friend here because they wanted to go while we were at Marshall park. I ordered a frozen chai and it was amazing. There wasn?t 1/4 cup of ice chips left over like Starbucks. Today, they screwed up my order and gave me a vanilla coffee instead of the vanilla cream (I don?t like coffee) but I let it slide because it still tasted pretty good.

The decor was very cute and the shop is very welcoming! I had the honey lavender latte, it was a bit sweet but had a good flavor. The staff does not enforce face coverings for neither their customers nor themselves which was very discerning for me. Pretty ok experience overall.

Not a great choice for coffee, ordered an espresso and it was extremely watery. Not what you would expect from a commercial espresso machine. The next time I got a latte, it was much colder than it should have been so they didn?t steam the milk long enough. Then I asked where they get their coffee from and when it was roasted, and the girl said she had no idea. Maybe their pizza is good but I won?t stick around to find out. For a place that claims to love coffee they sure don?t put much time or effort into

Great place to meet with friends or clients. Employees are very friendly, the pizza is excellent and I love their lavender lemonade. Donuts are from Buckeye Bakery so they never disappoint. It's mainly a local hangout and is crowded during the school year but the kids are pretty well behaved.

The coffee selection was great! They also offered smoothies that you can upgrade to a protein smoothie that was delicious. Not may baked goods like I expected. Prices were average, spent $10.50 on 2 drinks. Good little stop!

A great asset to our "old Ontario". When i walk in its good vibes and a retro feeling. Love the meat lovers pizza its very heavy and worth the money. Its made with whole bacon. The drinks are very delicious too. Friendly staff always smiling under pressure.

Cozy little coffee shop located in the old township fire house. Coffees are available hot iced or frozen and with many flavors available. Prices seem reasonable. I enjoyed my cafe mocha very much. Staff is great.

This is a charming place that delivers quality coffee drinks and great food. The atmosphere is inviting, and the supply of games available for guests brings a huge level of fun when meeting friends or family there. The two arcade games available are free to play.

Ordered our first pizza last night 9/2/21 and it was very good. We got the 14" with double cheese, peperoni, mushrooms and black olives. The pizza was done to perfection and loaded with toppings. It was very good and we recommend this place for delicious pizza!

Stopped in a few days ago. Coffee is good, but is similar to other coffee shops in the area. However WiFi doesn?t seem to work (important For students visiting a coffee shop). It?s saving grace is it?s open relatively late. Might be back if the WiFi starts working.

Unsanitary cleaning practices in making coffee... just... EWWW! Residue was on the tip used to steam the milk. There was a small dish of milky water solution with a used rag in a dish. She picked up the rag wiped off the tip and returned the rag to the dish. She then frothed the milk with the tip she "cleaned" with the used rag. Ordered 2 subs. Meatball and Sicilian. 25 traditional plain wings. Maybe it was an off night. Wings are breaded, and baked. They were not crispy at all. Soggy and white in color, the breading was barely browned. I ordered plain to give them the best chance of crispy wings. The meatball sub was soggy, with too much sauce and wet bread. Was in yesterday and ordered a small ?latte?. I was a served a cup of poorly steamed milk with a sprinkle of espresso. The ?Barista? dumped half of the double shot out. Disappointing to say the least, if you want good coffee by properly trained baristas stick to relax, its just coffee.

Pizza hasn't been cooked enough the last few times we ordered. Even asked for it to be cooked longer and it was still doughy. The owner said he can't cook the pizza any longer. The 1st few times it was cooked to perfection. Guess we'll just go back to the Warrior.

Just lost a customer over $2.10, placed a order online, ordered celery sticks as a side, when I picked up the order they said they don't have them, when I asked if there was something they could do the girl shrugged and said that beyond my pay and walked away! A refund or a substitution or even a I'm sorry is all it would of taken!
