I ordered forty milk teas with boba from &Tea for a surgery clinic opening party. Hugo was responsive and easy to work with. He even opened the shop early to make all the tea in time for us to set up. The tea was very popular and none were left over!

YUM! We are from out of town and one of our first stops was here to get some of the mochi doughnuts. Tried one of each flavor, and they were all fantastic. They were soft and chewy. Definitely worth stopping in.

Stopped here during lunch with my boyfriend. The atmosphere was very friendly with the place looking very clean and put together. Workers were nice and helped with ordering options. Drinks also tasted good. I got the Milk tea boba with jasmine tea, my boyfriend got the matcha boba which has levels of sweetness, we recommend getting a higher sweetness level since the matcha can be strong. I don?t usually leave reviews, I usually have a very good experience here I love the drinks and the mochi donuts. I went in and the girl working was very rude acting as if it was an inconvenience me walking in I asked what time the mochi donuts would be available she said after 1 I was going to order a drink but gave me a very annoyed look and said anything else so I decided to leave. Please teach your employees good customer service I would hate to see a great business be ruined by ungrateful employees.

I went to &Tea this past Friday, and unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. The two young men working that day came off as a bit rude from the start. I tried to brush it off?everyone has off days?but it didn?t get much better. When my friend and I got our drinks, they were honestly the worst boba teas we?ve ever had. That was especially surprising because I?ve been here before and always had great drinks, which is why I came back in the first place. It was just really disappointing overall,

Drinks were good but the girl had the worst customer service! We were the only people there and she was slamming stuff around the looks she gave us were just terrible. Makes a good boba place look so bad. Unfortunate.

The store is bright and clean, the staff is the super friendly, and drink is delicious, they used natural ingredients, and definitely exceed my expectations. Also got some donuts, their blueberry and strawberry flavor are yummy. Will bring friends to visit. By far the best boba tea place in the town.

Cheese foam matcha was pretty good, but the barista had an awful attitude for no reason. Seemed annoyed at my presence then I asked politely for light ice, as she'd filled the cup to the brim with ice, and she didn't answer but slammed the cup and something else on the counter. I was the only one in there, had never been before. Won't be back.

The guy who worked last night was very helpful with drinks and we enjoyed our donuts definitely coming back!

Stopped by here to pick up some tea - the staff were really nice. The tea, though, wasn?t my favorite. They?d many sweet milk & fruit teas on their menu which seemed popular. I?m just more of a regular neat tea kind of person and couldn?t enjoy their other offerings. But the interiors and the staff were great! ??

I usually have an amazing experience here, but today I walked in and no recognition, I then had trouble with the self help ordering station. I then asked for help, the girl working was rude and had awful customer service. I will not be visiting this location again. And I hope that there is a change of staff cause if not I will not recommend, she was also on her cellphone the whole time, and was playing explicit music loudly. We got two drinks from this place and my drink tasted pretty good. However, my sister?s drink was way too sweet. She couldn?t finish it. I would recommend to get half sugar or less sugar. She originally wanted to get a drink with brown sugar, but the staff told us that brown sugar is out. We also wanted to try a boba waffle which is in the display, but she told us that their waffle machine is broken. We were disappointed that we couldn?t try the things we originally wanted to order.

I love the boba here every time I come to Yakima I have to visit!! My favorite so for have been the smoothie mango with cheese and the matcha mango. The mochi donuts are good too!

I love this boba spot they have never failed me it?s always amazing but one thing I have always wondered the hours for the union gap mall location I?ve been to the mall right when they open and there closed I sometimes go at 11 and there closed I?ve stayed close till 12 sometimes and quite a few times I?ve gone and there closed if you guys can update me on the hours of that location it would be greatly appreciated since it?s closer to me than the downtown location.

It's hands down the most legit milk tea spot in town. The joint's got this spacious and clean vibe going on, and the service? Top-notch friendly. But the real deal is the taste. Their milk tea and mochi donuts are next level delicious. Compared to other places that just slather on artificial syrup and powdered flavor, they keep it real here, using more natural ingredients. They even use real fruit!

Our favorite place to get boba in town, teas great, great atmosphere, however I can?t count how many times we?ve come when they open at 9am and they either aren?t open, have doors open but won?t open till 10am, or don?t have boba ready and we leave empty handed - we just went at 9.46am and boba was still at least 15 minutes out. Two other people came in during the 30 seconds we were there and left for the same reason. We love that they open at nine as it?s a fun morning treat and none of the other boba spot

They have good customer service. We ordered drinks and asked for less sweetness only to get 4 drinks that are overly sweet. These are definitely not drinkable as we tried and gagged from the sweetness. I am not one to complain but definitely ask for the least amount of sweetness possible if you?re planning on adding toppings to your drinks - as I am guessing that is why ours were too sweet. I wish the girl helping us would?ve said something as we were all saying we didn?t want an overly sweet drink.

For those that have a problem with sweetness. First learn about bobba teas and such. I went there with my daughter because she is heads over heels for bobba. I'm for anything that's tea. This place was great service was great. The donuts where great. Mine was great a little sweet for me but its a live and let live kinda place. Next time I'll try the next level below 50 and im.pretty sure it'll be perfect.

A friend recommended that I come here. Looks really nice, cute plants, but I came in to get a coffee boba drink and was told the coffee machine was turned off. They didn't close for another hour and 15 minutes so I was disappointed. The barista was apologetic and nice. Will update review when I come back. Edit to review after returning. I love it here I'd go out of my way trying to make another $8 to get one of their drinks they're so good and the inside of their restaurants very artistic very nicely put together the colors and the artwork on the walls the logos and stuff and I always order the brown sugar boba with the cream cheese top with matcha tea in it and it's so good and so addicted I wish I can afford one everyday and the staff is very nice and I really enjoy their food

Went there yesterday with my gf and the experience was pleasant. The music that was being played made the environment cozy especially with this colder weather coming in. Definitely going to be coming more often for sure! I recommend trying the mochi donuts along with their oreo drinks ^^

Came here 3 times with my fiance. The place seemed nice and clean and had very friendly service! One time we tried the sukura milk tea (with mango jelly) and sukara donuts and those were very delicious and we totally recommend! &tea has became one of our favorite places to go for whenever we crave something sweet!

I ordered the Matcha with Milk boba, 70% sweetness and it was perfect! The boba isn?t too firm nor too squishy. I feel like the 70% sweetness is ideal, maybe go 100% if you really like sweet drinks. Service was great too, I?ll definitely recommend this place to friends!

I tried this place out when they first opened and it was great, staff were friendly, I had a matcha milk tea and loved it. Delicious boba tea! The brown sugar boba pearls taste very fresh and aren't too gummy/chewy like some places. The person who served my drink was very nice and helpful. You can customize how sweet you want the tea, which I really liked as an option because I don't like the tea too sweet since the pearls are already sugary enough. The boba an mochi donuts are fresh made and delicious. The mochi donuts are especially addictive (Oreo is my favorite). If you want an Oreo shake without the heavy after effects, try the Brulee Oreo Milk Tea w/ 75% or 100% sweetness. The Mango & Cheese Smoothie at 25% sweetness is also great.

I had gotten the 70% Fresh Taro with Milk boba, and it tasted very good! I was a little confused why there were chunks, but I then realized they use the actual taro and not the powder. Would recommend! :D

Finally an authentic boba place in yakima!! We have been wanting authentic boba with brewed tea ever since we moved here. They even have Jasmine green tea and oolong tea. So good! It?s just like the boba places we loved in CA
