Drinks were excellent with being able to choose sugar levels and the packaging varieties (egg or can) make for a fun experience. We opted to dine-in and were surprised there was no trays or plates being offered with our order for the donuts and bao. Perhaps the default for this place is to have it packaged all in a to-go bagged style? Unsure. Super pretty boba store and delicious drinks and food! Highly rec the mochi donuts and crepe cakes! The coconut pudding is so smooth and creamy. So cute!!!!!! They have a huge selection of bubble teas, matchas, coffee drinks, smoothies, lemonades and regular iced teas. The ordering is all on kiosks which is nice so you can take your time deciding what exactly you would like. They also have Puddings, Crepe Cakes, and Bao Buns with interesting fillings. It?s a rainy Saturday and visiting Ohio. I needed to get some work done so since I was in the area, I stopped by the shop. Te?Amo Boba Bar in Pinecrest was excellent! I have tried several boba teas in NYC but none were as good as this place in Pinecrest in Ohio. A definite surprise. Not only was the Ube Br?l?e with Bobas excellent, but the whole look of the Boba Bar is sleek and modern and chic. There is a great selfie area, great lighting, and some different seating options. Although a relatively small place, there are seat options from tables to some spots around a decoration that gives a nice variety. Excellent experience!

When we went they were out of boba. Also, very pricey. You couldn't vheck out the menu unless you were at the cashier itself, which is eh, no one wants to feel lile theyre holding up the line + the offerings in general were not exciting. The opening of cans were not designed like soda cans, they were like tuna cans...who the heck chooses such a hazardous design for a drink?

The store is clean, the everything bagel bao came out super hot I just don?t like how sweet the cream was. I also got the use creme br?l?e drink and it was DELICIOUS. I hate to do this as I do love the product here but the past few weeks the service has kinda put a damper on the experience. I come in Monday nights every week with two others after bowling. We come in maybe a half hour before closing and always make sure to order and leave so as to not get in the way of staff while they close. The girl behind the counter has been consistently rude, and this time gave me a bit of a dirty look after I asked a genuine question about the level of sweetness in the drink I got.

The creme brulee drinks were sweet and super flavorful. The tiramisu was the best I've ever had. We were a little disappointed in the bao but otherwise we were very satisfied with our trip and would definitely come back.

Was with my service animal and I love how Pinecrest is very pet friendly in general so even though service animals can accompany you anywhere, the stress of people making comments is always much lower there. Really loved my experience here! The tapioca was SO soft! I think the only time I?ve had tapioca this soft was several years ago at a hole in the wall spot in Vancouver, so this was a pleasant surprise. The mochinut was very chewy. The atmosphere was also really bright and nice and a good place to hang out with friends.

Literally the BEST boba experience I've had. (And I got to a LOT of boba places. Probably 3-4 times a month if not more.) The products are not only unique, but outstanding quality.
