I got a dozen doughnuts and they tasted really bad i had to throw them away. This place used to be good. Now I prefer to drive elsewhere for doughnuts. Place is dirty, dusty, poorly lit and run down. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the health department shut this place down. I don't see myself coming back.
My husband & I were craving donuts and the last time I went to this location, the donuts were too oily BUT I thought I?d give it another try and sadly they were just as oily and were falling apart. The young lady who helped us was kind tho.
It?s rare that I get donuts and yesterday, I thought I?d treat my kids to donuts before school. They just got the donut holes and as I was paying, I tried one and it tasted a day or two old. I told the girl, these don?t taste fresh and she offered to microwave them ???????. They also left a nasty after taste in my mouth.
From my experience everything was fine but today I was drinking my boba and I felt a hair in my mouth ??

Ok I have mixed feeling about this donut place. So this is not a donut store that opens at 5:00 am with fresh donuts. If they are open at 6:00 am you can get the donuts from the day before at a discount.The fresh donuts start coming out until around 7:30 - 8:00am. Which is annoying to me. The good thing about this Swiss Donut is they are open late they close around 9:00 pm.
Small business that I believe is owned by a lovely couple who is always super kind every time I go. Will throw in an extra donut for free as well once in a while out of the kindness of their hearts. Humble and honest business- just don?t be an a**hole ;)
Very good but sometimes the donuts aren't fresh. A little pricey but this place has excellent Boba teas! Good coffee and a good menu. Way better than Winchells
Delicious donuts..usual ppl are awesome but for some reason today they had some rude person working there. She doesn't know a thing about customer service. She cut me off as I was asking for donuts and made me want to take my business somewhere else.....so sorry for the owners but she needs to be fired!!
The doughnuts are good. Best doughnuts you're gonna find in Coachella. It closes too early in my opinion. But that's neither here nor there. The doughnuts are great. Apple fritters are my favorite, the jelly filled are awesome and the eclairs are really good. They have snacks, coffee and other drinks too. And i think they also sell sandwiches. But ive never tried one so i wouldn't recommend.
Great when fresh. Gave it 3 stars bc last few times that ive been past 7a they are still only serving day old donuts

I ordered a coffee and was told they don?t have any at this location, 3hours till closing when I can see the coffee pots behind the counter. The lady working there shouldn?t be there if she has no intention of actually working
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE TASTE OF THESE DONUTS I JUST DON'T AGREE WITH THE PAYING SYSTEM THEY NEED AN UPGRADE ASAP OTHER THAN THAT ITS AN AWESOME PLACE TO GET DONUTS N COFFEE B4 WORK XD
