Swillerbees Craft Donuts & Coffee in Palm Coast

This was our first time trying Swillerbees, all we had was a donut. The texture was pretty good and the icing was delicious. Not the best we?ve ever had but still solid. The staff is very nice. Ambiance is just okay, lots of sunlight that blinds you in the seating area. It?s in a good location near a lot of other shopping and food. Plenty of parking. They also have some outdoor seating available. Prices are a little high. Around $2.50 per individual donut.

Okay everyone in Palm Coast we have a Swillerbees! Donuts, coffee and more the staff is so nice too. I had a cappuccino and cronut !!! Yum. Come on in bring the little ones they have a cute little play area and for those who love the outdoors they have that too.

My sister-in-law brought me a box of these fabulous donuts after she visited there today. I must say they are fabulous! Not too sweet, not too bread-like. I had the Oreo. I am going to wait to decide if it?s better than my local donut shop until after I eat my glazed.

I Love this place. They have some really cool selections of donuts. The have a wide variety of donuts and craft coffees. The bagels and sandwiches are the best. Update - I went today right before Hurricane Milton comes and they were open and I got a few things and I'm adding more pictures.

I?ve been going to Swillerbees for years and it?s such a delight. The food, coffee and their craft donuts are delicious and well priced. The baristas/ workers are always so friendly, kind, polite and helpful(they even wrote some sweet messages on my takeout order!). Place was very well clean well kept modernized with some elegancy. Donuts were huge !! coffee, I had the white chocolate mocha very tasty! The only downside though is.... I just wish the cups were ( bigger ) That's how good it was The staff were friendly.

Tried their Blueberry Cake Donut the other day (3/21/2024) and it was Amazing that I ended up getting 3 more. By using my points I got the 3rd one free. On (3/22/2024) A mess happened in the vehicle when the lid to a cold brew coffee came off as I moved it to the cup holder. It's a nice donut shop with an amazing selection. The staff is nice and accommodating on each of my 2 visits. All of the donuts taste great my favorite are the raspberry jelly and the lemon brul?e.

We finally got to try this donut shop - heard many good things about them - we tried the maple bacon, Boston cream & two special ones - Raspberry cheesecake- a little too much inside the filled ones - Donuts do hold up next day - definitely worth a stop- will try again

This location can?t seem to get their system for orders or a busy rush under control. I?ve been here three separate times on a busy weekend morning and had to wait 30 mins just for a coffee. The cashier said it?s because they have to process the online orders too. Today, after waiting 30 mins, I asked if I could get my coffee next because I needed to be some where and they couldn?t even find my order. I asked for a refund and it looked like they couldn?t even manage that, so I just said to keep it and left.

The place was slow the employees were going back and fourth about who was gonna make the coffee. The time it took to argue the drinks could have been made The girl that took our order (Giovanni) seemed to just wanna stay at the register and do nothing else. It was only two coffees and the employees seem to have no idea how to make the coffee we ordered (bees knees and white chocolate raspberry) both drinks came out more half-and-half than anything else. Swillerbees is an awesome small donut and coffee cafe in Palm Coast. I love this place as they consistently deliver friendly service along with the best of pastries. They even have breakfast sandwich options. I am glad that this cafe arrived to town!

These were definitely the donuts to get in Palm Coast! The selection isn?t great but the donuts are SO good!! Also the staff is friendly but the donuts are pretty expensive. We ended up going twice during the week we were in Florida!

Was In the shopping center getting my dog groomed so I popped in as I always see it driving it around and wanted to try. Nice bright, clean shop, super welcoming staff. Swillerbees is a quaint local bakery with a rotating menu of tasty treats, fresh coffee, and solid breakfast sandwiches. However, their customer service is very hit or miss. As a regular, rarely am I greeted upon entry, and virtually none of the workers look like they are happy to be there. The donuts are delicious as usual however this location is boiling hot. There must be something wrong with the air flow because there is none. We waited for our coffee and I started to get dizzy from the heat. And if I'm feeling that way waiting about 5 minutes for a coffee I can only imagine how the staff feels being there all day. I would suggest ordering to go instead of dining in until they get this fixed.

Check your receipts! I have been over charged 3 times. This most recent purchase I got a "free" fritter from points and was still charged a small fee. It may not be a lot in the grand scheme of things, but people work hard for their money. If you're offering a "100%" discount, follow through. Came in last week for a salty sailor and bagel. The coffee was not good didn't taste how I usually get it down by the beach location. Gobs of Carmel sunk at the bottom with just dark coffee with ice. Not sure what happened there, the bagel barely had any cream cheese as if someone applied cream cheese and then tried to removed it with knife. I did try the waffle bacon donut and it was ok. For the 13dollars I would say just go to dunkin.

Sea salt latte was tasty, and so was the Boston cream donut, however the banana nut muffin was very dry and not a lot of flavor, my friend got the poppy seed and said the same.

I am so happy I found Swillerbees. I have been to this location several times and have had a variety of drinks and donuts - all of which have been excellent. Their breakfast sandwiches are also delicious. Even when it has been busy, their service has been quick. The staff is very friendly as well!

I come in to get my breakfast coffee/beverage a couple times a week definitely early about 7:00 a.m. Nadia does an amazing job of always keeping a smile and offering great customer service. Baked goods are GREAT. The price for bulk (dozen or half dozen) is very high but if you want excellent donuts, it may be worth it to you. Also the size of each donut seems to be twice the size of a Dunkin Donuts donut.

Fantastic doughnut shop! I bought a box of four doughnuts for me and a friend of different varieties: vanilla white frosted, glazed, Boston creme,and a guava filled one, all of which were simply delicious. In addition to the doughnuts, I got a coffee to go, which was equally good. I thought the service was exceptional as well. If you're looking for a good doughnut, then this is the place for you.

I am a Starbucks barista and I came here just because I like to try handmade sweets ?? I walked in there asked what kind of drinks they had and they called me out for being a Starbucks goer right away!! Haha they were very kind the drink they made me was absolutely perfect the drink they made my daughter was absolutely perfect and every donut I got it was incredibly delicious the blueberry cheesecake one I think is my favorite.

The is was a cute little spot, their donuts were delicious, the coffee was great, even the sandwiches were tasty, 10/10 coming again.

They do not share all the ingredients in their product, especially the chicken salad, which ended up having pickle relish in the mixture, which causes an allergic reaction. EPI pin Insane here I come, they should disclose all ingredients in their food.

The building has an odor, like mold. Left immediately. Yes, I smelled amazing donuts. However this bad smell was there and gave us a bad feeling for the cleanliness of the back area.

Donuts good,.... service was the worse. Had plenty of people working but they they were not efficient at all. The girl working the front on Saturday was acting like it was her first day even though I have seen her in there several times.
