Sweethearts Gourmet Donuts

Checked a new donut spot that I have had my eye on. When you walk in you can smell the deliciousness. They make such good, traditional donuts. The do offer drinks such as milk tea beyond their coffee. The servers were all super friendly and obviously were having fun at work, in a good way.

The donuts ?? out of the oven are warm, so soft and delicious ?? This is the ONLY place to get donuts. Seems like every Sunday there?s a line out of the door and trust me, it?s worth the wait!!

We love donuts (who doesn't!) We heard plenty of people rave about this place, so when we were visiting from out of town we stopped in. We were not disappointed. What an incredible selection of donuts. We got one each, and an Apple Fritter to share. That had to be one of the best AF that I have ever had. Will be back next time we are in Anthem!

By far some of the best donuts I have ever had- just fantastic. Each flavor I got was its own experience, and they were all incredible. Can?t wait to bring these to events, I know they will be a fan favorite!

Sweethearts gets my highest review rating , HIGH FIVE. Somebody here knows donuts and what people want. Some regions only know yeast donuts (like Crispy Kreem) or cake donuts, but don?t do both well. Sweethearts obviously loves to bake both varieties , do both very well, and offers generous and creative versions as well. Not a cookie-cutter donut shop. While in Anthem AZ today i stopped by Sweetheart Donuts, from many referrals and brought some of their mouth watering treats over to the brave men and women at Daisy Mountain Fire house that put their lives in the line for us everyday. Ill rewrite my first review if i feel i have food poisoning, i liked getting breakfast here. Coffee and breakfast sandwich for $11 isnt too bad. They arent the yummiest but i am having a hard time i have no support system and trying to navigate life i feel better with affordable meal options nearby.

Best donuts in North PHOENIX. Try there old fashions and apple fritter. They also do an amazing birthday donut, it will feed the family. Such a cool idea. Keep up the good work.

These doughnuts are so fresh and delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. There are so many choices and all of them are great. Treat yourself! Check them out.

Best donuts in Anthem. The staff is friendly and there's a nice selection. They even have seasonal donuts (colored frosting). Raised donuts, cake donuts, jelly filled... they're all good. If you wait too long on a given day, the selection is drastically reduced because it's a popular place and the donuts don't sit on the shelf for long (speaking from experience).

This is my go to donut shop! I have taken friends here who normally don't like donuts. They have all converted to Sweetheart donut lovers!

We got some donuts and ham and cheese croissants to go. The croissants were very very delicious. I definitely recommend them. Better than BoSa donuts croissants. The donuts are very good. I would say same quality as BoSa. All in all a great place to go to for donuts. Would recommend.

I?m not sure why everyone is scoring so high other than maybe it?s a ?better? donut shop ?in Anthem. Anything is better than Dunkin Donuts. If you want real 5-Star donuts go to Rainbow Donuts in Phoenix. Sure you?ll drive far but it?d be worth it.

Used to go here multiple times a week. From the week they opened. Now, I am religated to getting my fix when I'm in town. Super awesome owner.

I love their Chai Tea frap with boba added. Their boba is always on point not too chewy or mushy just right every time I've been there. As far as donuts I had an iced cinnamon roll with was good.

We are from out of town and stopped here since it was on our way to our destination. The apple fritter was so crunchy, appley, and fresh. We could tell all the donuts were homemade. My kids said their donuts were like clouds. Customer service was quick and friendly. What a gem!

Best baked goods in a 30 mile radius. Freshly made each day. Not shipped in frozen and thawed like like the big store bakeries.

Nice no frills donut shop in Anthem. I was greeted quickly, the store was clean, and there was a full display of donuts. I got 2 dozen mixed and had them pick. One dozen I gave to a client but took the other to the office. The donuts were fresh and there was a nice assortment. Not normally in that area but glad to know that there is a quality donut shop there when I need it.

Started coming here last year and now it's the only place I want donuts from! If you like pillowy soft donuts these are the ones! Made fresh, super delicious fillings, have yet to have a donut that was less than stellar! Their consistency and great price is the main reason I'm giving a full 5 stars. The customer service is always great and even a few times on the weekend when there's been a line out the door they are still fast and efficient. Their breakfast croissant sandwiches are delicious too!

Amazing donuts. Donuts made right. Family owned restaurant. Not a major corporate run donut shop like Dunkin donuts where the donuts are no longer fresh, but made from the freezer. Sweethearts the donuts are indeed made fresh and they come out delicious every time.

Was visiting family for Christmas and stopped at Safeway in the same parking lot as this place. I noticed the donut place on G'maps and thought lets hit a locally owned business instead of chain. I have bought thousands of donuts for clients as a sales guy and can say that Sweethearts has some of the best donuts I have ever had. Super light, great flavor, large selection and nice folks.

I'll start by saying donuts are not my favorite treat, but these donuts from Sweethearts is turning me into a believer. These are by far the best donuts I've ever had. They're baked fresh each morning and are incredibly soft and full of flavor. They have over a dozen different varieties and all are delicious. Note- you need to go in the AM to get the full selection. With donuts so amazing, stuff does sell out.

A great local donut shop in Anthem without a doubt. They do have a huge selection of donuts as well as croissants and Specialty pastries. They also have a good selection of breakfast sandwiches and bagels as well as smoothies and drinks. The only issue I mainly have his on the weekends they consistently Sell Out hours before closing. Well that's a sign of a good product, if you know you continually do not make enough of your items, simply make some more so you don't sell out 2 hours before you close

I stopped by for a first time visit. I intended to buy mom just a jelly donut. However, I was surprised to see a wide selection of donuts at 2:30pm; so, I bought an assortment. Wow. Very fresh. I had the softest glaze donut ever. Mom was very pleased with her raspberry jelly donut. Every bite had jelly. Sweetheart Gourmet Donuts is a winner.

Great customer service and delicious donuts! They never disappoint after a long overnight shift. We come here once or twice a month. It's difficult to stay away when it's so close and you get in & out with your order!

This place has amazing donuts. They are fresh, with a prefect light crust on the outside. The fillings are always very tasty and the donuts completely filled. Excellent pricing, as well! Breakfast sammies aren't bad, either ;) We'll have to try lunch there soon!

This is your typical mom and pop donut shop. An awesome variety of freshly baked donuts and some pastries. The coffee was fresh and delicious and the staff was eager to help as well as abundant. We always get the bacon bagel breakfast sandwich, Sausage croissant sandwich, donuts and iced coffee. We have been for 3 years. My family is moving and we?re gonna miss this place. The owners and the worker are so sweet! <3

Trust me. I am a donut connoisseur. I know almost every donut shop west of Santa Fe and these are the freshest, most perfect donuts in the Valley. No-one works harder than these ladies at producing the best product for their customers. Get there early as they sell out often.

Safeway, that also sells donuts, is less than 100 feet away from Sweethearts Gourmet Donuts. Yet, when I'm shopping at Safeway, I always pass on their donuts and go to Sweethearts instead. Sweethearts' MAPLE BARS are my favorite! They have a nice maple flavor, and they are not too sugary. Sweethearts' OLD-FASHIONED BUTTERMILK donuts are my number two favorite! Fantastic donuts! My daughter wanted a bunch of donuts instead of a normal birthday cake and this is was the place to go! We come nearly every week for a donut and we have been very happy!

I have tried many different donut shops in Phoenix and not a single one has come even close to the quality of sweethearts, most of the other donut shops I have tried I can taste the fry oil they use and it leaves a rather unpleasant taste in my mouth, I have never once experienced this with sweetheart donuts, best donut place that I have ever tried in Arizona.

Yummiest doughnuts ever! The earlier the better for the FULL selection. They sell out fast !! I don't necessarily recommend getting your morning coffee here, if you need it to be fresh or hot or tasty...BUT.... their Blueberry doughnuts are the best!

Absolutely the best donuts around. My wife will drive almost 2 hours round trip before taking the kids to school in the morning for these donuts. Once you've had Sweetheart's donuts it's hard to eat donuts made elsewhere.

I tried to replace 2 donuts that I felt Were overfried and dry she refused to refund or replace. Some of the ratings are overrated good but not the best. Maybe the best in anthem but not the best

On our way to Sedona AZ this morning on highway 17 and we found this little treasure at the spur of the moment with google maps. Absolutely one of the best donuts ever! Coffe and tea were good too.
