Kinda a hole-in-the-wall but my cousin and I have been coming here since we were toddlers. The donut quality is outstanding and the staff is friendly. I?m glad spots like this still exist. You don?t always need a gourmet vibes with fancy flavor options. Great quality basics, affordable prices.
We just moved to the neighborhood so are trying to check out places near us. Sweet O is right next door and this morning was the first time we went. The lady that assisted us was so kind and charming. She could tell it was our first time so she included a free blueberry donut for us, and we are so glad she did because it was great! Everything we got was exactly what we wanted it to be. We will for sure be making more morning trips on the future. Thank you!
By far best donuts I?ve tried. Perfect crisp and they?ve gotten the batter for the donuts ?? down to perfection. I drive the extra mile to get my donuts here ?? And the lady was so nice that helped me
The best consistent donuts I have had in a long time! The tiger tail and French cruellers are legitimately tasty & just the right amount of doughy and sweet.
I went today for the first time in years. As a kid, I would go early in the morning to get donuts on my way to preschool and there used to be the lady who remembered us but now the shop has the lady's son working too. The donuts taste exactly the same as it did when I tried it when I was little. Love the service, donuts, and vibe of the shop. Nice and cozy.

These are the BEST Donuts ?? in the area! ?? ?? Family Owned & Run by the Nicest folks! Large variety of donuts available from Open to even Close. And Fresh throughout the day( and Several days later). Superb??. Stop in & get you a dozen or 2! You won't be sorry. We stop in at least every time we visit the Mouse House ?? Especially for the flight home. (Sorry, didn't take pics this trip) Try All of their donuts. Can't really put one over another. But definitely try their Buttermilk if you like Old Fashioned

Loved the donuts, especially the chocolate cruller. Went at 7AM on a Sunday and literally no line/wait. It?s so cool to see the donuts being freshly made. Tried out Randy?s and Jean?s before coming here, and this is probably my family?s and my favorite donut place near Buena Park! Will be coming back when we come and visit Orange County again. ??
For over fifty years, my favorite donut has always been a cruller with chocolate icing. Increasingly it is very hard to find these donuts anymore. When I walked into Sweet O Donuts I saw some beautiful chocolate crullers. The shop was neat and clean. The polite young man behind the counter had a beautiful smile but to be honest the donut was my main concern. I bought it and took it home. One of the last great donut shops. Absolutely delicious donuts without the cheap shortening aftertaste I get at most places. If you?re looking for exotic weird flavors like brussel sprout maple flavored $10 donuts this isn?t your spot but if you?re looking for great regular donuts holy cow this place is GREAT!!!! Wonderful service, family owned, and delicious!!

For a small donut shop they sure do have a variety of choices and it is always fresh, the neighborhood doesn't look too safe but they definitely do have some great deals as well as donuts

This place may not look like much ? but don?t let that fool you into not giving them a try. Very old school donut shop. Good variety. And so inexpensive! But most importantly, they are amazing. Best glazed donut I?ve had in a long time. And the apple fritters were to die for. I?ll be going back over and over again.
"Donut Shop" aka Sweet-O Donuts (and Winchell's, many moons ago), is a great place to pick up a weekly dozen. The owners are very friendly, and always seem to give a little extra (the highest count I can recall was 21 donuts - I think I lucked out because it was mid-week). In addition, they truly have some of the most delicious donuts I've ever had. It's a local treasure.
Loved this place since I was a kid. My dad always ordered his morning coffee and chatted with the owners. Still the best donut shop in town. Glad they're still around. Please support your local family businesses! :)

Hand crafted donuts by the owner ! you know they;re good ! my favorite is the cinnamon crumb cake and a Xtra Large coffee. I like donut shop coffee better than starbucks on a daily basis. very reasonable prices . this is a regulars place . everyone knows the owner on a personal basis.
My favorite place to go and get donuts for my family and the coffee is really good well worth the $1.85 for a medium size coffee. I got there every day Monday thru Friday. 5 stars well recommended to anyone who craving donuts ?? ??
Got there early this morning. They had just finished making fresh cinnamon rolls. I picked up several sprinkle doughnuts for the grands. My favorite was the powdered sugar lemon filled. Yummy. Can't wait to go back.

Good ole' down home "goodness-in-a-??". This place reminds me of when Krispy Kreme still put together old-fashion recipes, instead of franchising it all out, back in the day. I can say this proudly because I'm a North Carolinian, and Krispy Kreme is headquartered in North Carolina. ??
