If you have been to a Korean bakery, this place is fantastic. If you have never been to Korean bakery, please go. The sweetness is turned down. There is more flavor than just sugar. While these desserts are sweet, they aren't pure sugar. Some pastry are savory as well.

This was our first visit here, and we were like kids in a candy store. We really weren't looking for anything in particular, but left with a few cakes and danishes to try. This shopping center caters mostly to Asian based businesses. There is plenty of parking, but it is very crowded on a Saturday. This store was not crowded, but busy. The store is ground level, so there is easy handicap access.

Super sweet and delicious first time visit in this place, the method to take different variety of desserts was so good to me. I could try different new bakery that I had never tried before! Sweet Hut in Duluth is a great spot for a cheat day treat. We tried the taro pastry, Egyptian butter bread, and a few other soft, moist pastries. They also offer boba tea and coffee, though I?d recommend other spots for boba if that?s your main craving. It?s a cozy caf? with plenty of seating?great for studying, working, or spending time with family like we did.

Sw It used to be one of my favorite bakeries in and around Metro Atlanta, but having visited the BufordHwy store, this one at the Duluth is not as good as that cafe both in ambience and the cakes. Food: The cake slices/ mousse were not up to the mark to begin with. So we tried out our most favorite, Tiramisu cup and it was absolutely bland. No sweet or no coffee taste either, just bland. I?ve not been back in a few months but today I ordered the chicken wings. Two of them were raw in the middle and I?m pretty sure I ate a good bit of the raw chicken. Nice place with plenty of choices, the pastry is excellent, drove an hour just for their product. They run out of items quick tho, very busy. Sweet Hut has a great selection of pastries. I specially like their chicken patties. The fruit cake is also amazing - just the right amount of sweetness and moistness. I come here regularly for their goodies! I do think that the seating areas and tables can be a bit dirty sometimes. It is understandable given the volume of people that the place sees everyday but routine cleaning of the seating areas could help with better ambiance.

Great selection of pastries. We got the signature milk tea with boba and that was good. The Pomegranate tea wasn't what I expected. Just a tea bag with hot water and ice. This was my 1st time visiting Sweet Hut. The staff was super helpful and very personable. My adult son and I wanted some Boba milk tea. With so many options in Duluth(you could throw a stone from my house and hit at least 10-15 Boba tea places) I "googled" best Boba in Duluth and Sweet Hut came up high on the list. While visiting my family here in GA, my husband and I came to Sweet Hut Bakery and Cafe. The restaurant was very clean, the presentation of all the food in the food cases were organized and visually appealing. They have so much goodies to choose from doughnuts, to different pastries, to sandwiches. Staff were nice and friendly and they also give veterans a 10% discount!

I went here a few days before Halloween, thus the decorations are on point for the time of year. My friends and I came here late about an hour before closing. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We were not the only ones there late, I didn't feel pressure to leave and the staff was slowly closing. I have been here twice now and was looking forward to a third time because we enjoy the variety of pastries and beverages. But today, as my husband and I were waiting at the pickup counter for my coffee, we observed an employee in the food prep area blow his nose twice IN THE FOOD PREP AREA! To add insult to injury, said employee DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS afterwards, but resumed preparing drinks. None of his coworkers seemed to notice or have a problem with this. Very spacious Asian bakery with a variety of pastries and drinks. Plenty of tables to sit down and relax. We tried the large cold drinks + $2 for surprise stuffed animal keychain. Taro and matcha egg tart wasn't as good as we expected but the jasmine green tea, and honey jasmine tea was very delicious. Strongly recommend this place for dessert.

This bakery is a hidden gem. This is a great Asian style bakery with lots of delicious pastries, cake and buns to choose from. The Portuguese egg tarts were amazing - light flaky pastry and delicious eggy filling! If you are a serious tea drinker, this is the place for you. The combinations are unusual - Thai Iced Tea, Mango Green Tea, Lychee Black Tea .....and you can adjust the sweetness to your liking. It was also very reasonably priced!!

We spent $55 for some pastry items, two mango slushiest, and a half loaf of bread. The mango slushy was not good in my opinion. My son said was just ok, but to me it tasted like it had an aftertaste of medicine. VERY cheap with the taro in the taro loaf. The two pieces on the left have the most amount of taro and the ones on the right are pieces in the middle. I love this place! I feel like a kid in candy land. A huge selection of Asian breads with taro, sweet beans, sausage, chocolate! You also can enjoy your many different coffee and boba tea. I have been going to Sweet Hut for years. I try to support small businesses and also fellow Asians. Last week, my daughter and I went there to buy some pastries and drinks. We sat in one of the booths. As much as I want to provide support, I have to be candid and share that the table was not cleaned. There was also a chicken bone on the floor. There were crumbs on the seats. The customers are supposed to put away their own utensils etc. However, every time I visited SH, I noticed that no one actually clean

Like most sweet huts, they have a lot of dessert options as well as food. The building is spacious, and has great value for the food. And the place is very clean, and the people working the counter are nice. Would recommend if you have a sweet tooth or want to carry some sweets home.

I purchased a caramel pudding this morning from Sweet Hut in Duluth as a dessert for my husband's dinner. Unfortunately, when he opened it, we were shocked to find black spots and white mold inside. The sight was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable... The latte sea salt was also bad... Horrible... I would give a 0 star.

We stopped on our way back home to SC. As usual, we ordered lots of things to try. We haven't gone through all of it yet but what we have tried has been tasty.

It seems that this place is trying to get over on the public by reducing its quantities of the product. I ordered a red velvet cake and did not see the slice until it came to me. However, I?ve noticed a recurring issue with a man in the patio area. He?s been there every time I?ve visited over the past month at least. I love Sweet Hut! It's a great place to hang out with friends and eat some delicious desserts. There's a spacious area with lots of seating for you to sit down and enjoy your order. They serve a great variety and offer many of their pastries in a grocery-style set up where you can bring it to the counter to buy. Wide variety of pastries from sweet to savory and reasonably priced. Plenty of seating and nice and clean inside. Recommend the strawberry crombolini paired with hot Vietnamese coffee. Also can't go wrong with their egg tartes.

This is an asian bakery/cafe. A good place to hang out and chat with your friends. We?ve been going here since they opened. Their boba tea is sometimes very good and sometimes taste a little off? i was thinking it depends as to who prepares it. There?s a lot of bread/pastries to choose from. I am sure you will find something for u here regardless of how picky you are. Not really sure if they offer gluten free items though.

I love this place! I often come to study. Despite the cafe always being busy, there is typically always a space to sit with plenty of outlets to charge your devices while studying. I enjoy the boba tea as well as the salt and pepper chicken nuggets (be careful as the spice level hot is pretty spice! :) )

This was our first we came to the Sugar Hut after having some Korean BBQ. Sadly this will also be our last time. We ordered the $60 worth of pasties, cake slice, and drinks. The strawberry cheesecake was bland and VERY dense, the yogurt strawberry was okay, the drinks were overly sweet and the boba was too dense. My son who LOVES all things sugar and he thought it was too sweet. We have the rest of the pastries to go so we?ll see if they are good tomorrow. We ended up putting it all in the trash uneaten.

We bought 4 red bean buns and it tasted sour and smells musty/moldy. Such a waste of money , we cannot return it as we live in another county. I know what an old bread tastes like as I grow up making and running a bread business for 20 years. Found this place by accident while visiting Duluth. It was packed from the outside and when I came in, I can tell why. They have an amazing modern bakery/restaurant atmosphere. The way you get to go and choose what sweets you is very unique. The vibe was modern yet had that coffee shop feel to it. The service is wonderful and sweet. I have been a regular customer at Sweethut, buying bread every week. However, the toast I bought on 10/3 had already molded by 10/5. Outraged, I went back to Sweethut to get a replacement. Even after providing them with my card details and transaction record from that day, they shamelessly claimed they couldn't find my purchase and brushed me off. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, and we are utterly disappointed. We won't be returning in the future.
