Sweet Dahlia Baking

We were visiting the island and we googled this bakery place. It sent our expectations. They have the most fresh sandwiches, soups and donuts. The owner was super friendly and all of her staff and gave us recommendations on where to go on the island of best lobster roll. They also had the best coffee that did not elevate your heart beat.. will be coming again soon.

Stopped here on our way from the ferry up north, was looking for a place with sandwiches and found heaven! Sandwiches, pastries, soups, everything you can think of! And it was all amazing! Had the maple bacon doughnut, as well as a couple other kinds, the BLT sandwiches are off the chart amazing! Was sad that it was gone after I ate it! Wish we could come here every day but we live in a different state! Thank you!!!

I had a great time with Sweet Dahlia catering a Bridal Shower. The food was amazing and the presentation was beautiful!! Chris, Stacey, and the whole team was awesome to work with, would absolutely recommend!

I have never done a review, but I just had to this time. The apple fritter was delicious along with the big chocolate cookie and peanut butter rice crispy. I also ordered a grilled cheese, which blew my mind. I will definitely be back. Also, the prices were pretty decent, not too expensive, and definitely worth every penny!!!!

The BLT sandwich is fantastic! After many so-so blt?s around Kitsap, this one is the best. It has smokey bacon, piping hot, on their beautiful bread roll, good mayo and plenty of lettuce and tomato. Thank you, Sweet Dahlia Baking!

Great coffee and incredible brownie! I'm usually a latte drinker but decided to be open to a Costa Rican pour over with cream no sugar. It was great! I couldn't resist getting a special espresso brownie with marshmallow and yummy peanut butter chocolate something special. I asked for it to be cut in 3 pieces to slow me from devouring it but only 1/3 made it all the way home! Delicious ??!! Great service from someone that cares about the quality of their coffee and their treats! Thank you!

Super tasty! Maple bar has deep buttery flavor. Costa Rican pour over was very solid too. Also some fun kid donuts (or adults who like gummy candies on donuts).

SUCH good food! You should come and try it. There are donuts, world-class quiches, quality hotdogs and sandwiches and the weekly to go DINNERS! My husband just said if we?d bought another, he would have eaten two - it was that good. Roasted vegetables (we ate those first LOL), an incredible potato gratin and savory stuffed chicken breast with sauce. Sometimes when I go out, I choose something complex that I wouldn?t make at home. Each dish in this dinner was like that. Easy treat with wonderful ingredient

Went here on a day trip from Seattle and the lady working was so nice and thoughtful ! The maple bar wasn?t great butttt the baked hot dog thing and the soup were delicious! Would definitely go back:)

Very friendly staffs. The donut was Good ??. I had a quiche for brunch but I will try the sandwich next time instead.

This is a great place to stop on your way to an adventure! The sweets are amazing, you will have a hard time choosing between donuts and cookies. My favorite dish is the veggie polenta. The crew is always friendly. I always stop here for a treat when I?m on Bainbridge Island!

Decent food but terrible service. Things started off bad enough when the owner corrected me for the name of a sandwich, despite my reading the name off the sign. Then it got worse when, halfway through my order, the owner took a phone call and--instead of finishing my order and cashing me out--made me listen for ten minutes to her phone conversation. Had the steak pie and a few donuts from the place and it was tasty! The old fashion donuts are just done perfectly, the blueberry one was different but good. The steak pie for 12 bucks is a bit steep as it?s not like a meal. Also had some cheese jalape?o thing that was amazing too. They can heat everything up for you with seating outside.

Absolutely beyond delicious with so many options. Love the take out dinners. Our go to from, scrumptious polenta lasagna to the best Apple Fritter that we have ever had. Couple all of this with a welcoming staff and fresh flower bouquets we have fallen in love with this Island gem.

I LITERALLY CANNOT GET ANYTHING BETTER THAN THIS IN SEATTLE. Their donuts are ALWAYS fluffy, thick and sweet. Cookies aren't too sweet and they're a perfect kind of soft that doesn't fall apart. Their sandwiches are always, AMAZING. I had a BBQ pork yesterday and it was phenomenal (and they don't have it around often so it's like spotting a unicorn). I have yet to try more but I spend more money than I should here without regret.

The Portuguese Chicken Biere dinner was delicious, but I strongly object to the lack of sustainable business practices with their Caramel Apple Cupcake because it didn?t last long enough, it was utterly divine and disappeared far too quickly! This may be a hole in the wall bakeshop but it holds a cavern of gastronomic delights.

I have loved their sandwiches and baked goods for a long time. Their Cubano is the absolute best and I had never even heard for a Pecan Pie bar before. Now my favorite treat and enough to share with a friend. I finally decided to try the dinner club. I had no idea what I had been missing. I worked with the wonderful folks at Sweet Dahlia to have a standing monthly order of pastries prepared for our office team--They were always on schedule, fresh, with an amazing assortment of both sweet and savory treats. It's no exaggeration to say that it was always the highlight of the month for everyone, and very reasonable for what was provided.

Literally the best BLT and Cubano (first time trying one) I've ever had. These people know how to make a sandwich.. love coming here, and I'm from Tacoma. It's located in a great spot for before or after my appointments when I'm hungry ??

We always stop in for baked snacks on the way to or from my daughter's ballet classes which are right upstairs. Plus, they have done really awesome birthday cakes for us for the past few years. So, we thought we were pretty familiar with this little gem, but we got the prepared dinner for the first time a few weeks ago. It was stupendous!! My girls said, in fact, best chicken they have ever eaten.

One of the BEST pastries we've ever eaten! The dough was perfect. The lady that helped us was so sweet! They are opening to the public and I recommend you go. They sell wholesale for now. Sweet Dahlia Baking is so much more than their name implies. In addition to serving great coffee and morning pastries, they are an amazing lunch or dinner spot, plus they do awesome catering. I haven't had anything I can't say was less than great. Ask about their supper club! Definitely worth a visit!

A cute cafe located in Bainbridge island! They have bakery items and some sandwiches and rolls that they make fresh! Grilled cheese in a bun was something different and I enjoyed eating it. Loved their corn and bean salad too!

The staff are super friendly and inviting and remembered me after only one visit in. The Cubano is to die for and the Donuts are absolutely the best in the area. I always recommend this place to friends and family and it's become a nice treat

Quaint little bakery, thought Customer was friendly than the staff. Not impressed by the Lemon Scone. Being a lover of scones, this one was extremely dry and tasteless. Gave a 4 due to had a good little selection and was clean.

Their products are available on the Bremerton Seattle Ferry, I purchased the spiced apple fritter and was quite disappointed. There was no apple in this fritter. The ingredients list apple filling and the ingredients in that, but do not specifically list apple as an ingredient. I imagine it's meant to be inferred, but I see this as a misrepresentation.
