Sweet Cream Donuts Coffee and Smoothies

I loved their breakfast croissants in the morning, whenever I would have visitors or morning meetings we would get these. However, recently it just does not taste the same, the first time I got it I a little over a month ago I noticed the egg was a bit different, gave it a month or so went to get it today and now the bacon is almost non-existent. I highly recommend trying the donuts at this shop. I have been a loyal customer for 8 years now and the donuts are just as delicious and fresh as they were on my first day. The customer service is also top-notch and adds to the overall experience. This place truly has the best donuts in Arizona.

UPDATE: Really loving the changes being made with the new owner, the new staff is very helpful and patient and my tuna sandwich was delicious again and actually stuffed with ingredients ?? I had stopped coming because the standards had gone down and it had been disappointing over and over again.. definitely will start to come again.. they still have the best boba around and I now prefer the teas over the smoothie flavors. Today is National Donut Day and luckily for me this local little donut shop was not sold out when I finally rolled in mid-morning. I've been here before and the employees are always nice and the donuts are the freshest I've ever had. I'm removing Dunkin Donuts from my list and sticking with this small business instead. I love anything sweet and I highly recommend you try this place!

The strawberry banana smoothie is delicious! But it is the ham.and cheese croissant that makes me want to go back. It is giant and when warmed up tastes perfect.

These donuts are soo good, sweet, fluffy and light. Better than the other donut place. I buy them for work, they are a hit my coworkers always ask where I got them.

The donuts are amazing, Fresh and taste delicious. The price is not so bad. It was kind of warm inside of the establishment, And looked like there were gnats flying around. But other than that, such a good experience will definitely come back for my donuts in the future!

This place was so good ! & They have cheap affordable prices. This place definitely needs more business! I recommend going here then to any Starbucks or dunkin.. Spent $22.00 on A large coffee, large coconut boba, croissant sandwich , two donuts and a bagel with cheese & it was well worth it ??

Great donuts, pretty good breakfast bagels and croissants. fast service, they also have ice cream by the scoop smoothies and iced teas of all types.

Amazing donuts!! They were airy, soft, fresh & delicious!! The Iced Chai Tea was so flavorful & much better than Starbucks!

This is my go-to for breakfast and boba. My fave is the egg cheese and sausage English muffin sandwich! It?s a MUCH better version of the McDonald egg McMuffins. And for boba, the Taro smoothie has soo much flavor, not watered down like other places. Boba is fresh and bouncy. Ok and before I forget, the caramel iced coffee is my fave pick-me-up for those days that I can?t pick myself up ahaha

Early Monday morning and both the coffee and donuts were very fresh and good. IMO, what the business lacks is cleanliness. The front door and countertops were disgustingly dirty.

Some of the best boba I've had!!! Not to mention their amazing donut selection ???????? The icing on the cake for this beautiful business is the sweet, ever positive employees??

I ordered. 1/2 dozen donuts and a single scoop of ? ice cream. Donuts looked fresh, but I took a scoop of the cherry amaretto, and it tasted like freezer burn. I asked the gentleman for an exchange, and he said it tasted fine, and ice cream doesn't expire. He refused to give me another scoop of another flavor. He is extremely rude and possessed zero customer skills. Definitely won't come back.

THE BEST FRESH DONUTS IN THE WEST VALLEY! This is my morning go to when I want a simple treat. Great variety and even better breakfast sandwiches. Oh and did I mention the Thrifty's ice cream bar....OMG.

I lived in Phoenix 2 yrs ago and this is the best breakfast spot! My wife and I would walk there after working night shift and pick up sandwiches and donuts and they were always very friendly and had a variety of options. I don't live in Phoenix anymore but I would travel the 18 hrs just to get those breakfast sandwiches again!!!!

Best donuts ever fresh and soft

Donuts are freshly made throughout the day. They go quickly in the morning so you are more likely to get them while they are still warm then. From their sandwich menu, I have only tried the tuna sandwich on wheat bread. It was tasty and filling. I really like their Thai iced tea. It is not too sweet. They also now have ice cream.

I've been here several times with my family and we have not been let down. Sweet Cream Donuts is very clean and the staff are so kind and the donuts?amazing!! Best cake donuts we have ever had. The drinks are pretty great as well. If you're ever close this place is a must.

Donuts and smoothies are really good. My daughter can't live without the turkey croissant.

Probably the best donuts in town! I also love the smoothies. I took a dozen to work and several coworkers said they wanted to start going there too.

Service is a little slow to the counter but it was also between 5 and 6am. Donuts more than made up for it. Donuts are light, fluffy, sweet without being too sweet, and the flavors are good.

I love this donut shop! My family and I go at least twice monthly. My fav is the butterfly donut. I have tasted nearly all the donuts and they are ALL fresh and delicious. There was even one day they didn't have my fav and the owner made it fresh for me. Very nice people and the sandwiches and coffee are awesome too! :)

Really good donuts and the Thai iced tea is delicious as well! Giving four stars because they have a really good selection of cake donuts but they are not all available everyday. So you have to figure out when to go if you want a specific flavor. Today was blueberry

OMG, we first had their donuts a couple of years ago and we were in Phoenix last week and actually went to the shop. We picked up 18 donuts of different varieties - make sure you get the apple bear claw. They also have sandwiches and my husband ordered a roast beef sandwich which was delicious and a very nice size. The donuts are made on site and you need to get there early, before 9, if you have any chance at a good selection. We got the bear claws, glazed yeast, cake donuts with chocolate icing, long J

The coffee is great! The donuts are great! Although my friend has had 2 experiences where she tried a sandwich with bacon but it did not smell good and tried a blueberry donut that was not thoroughly baked.

The donuts are good and the drinks. But I went into this shop ready to order and before I could finish my order, a gentleman in the front kept saying ?and then? before I got done with speaking and finishing my order. I took this to be very rude and implying I am overweight and he knew I was going to have a big order. Next time, let people order and reframe from making unnecessary comments. It made me feel very uncomfortable while ordering in this place.

The place has been empty for a lot of time but go to that place it's good like I eat breakfast from there and let me tell you a crossaunt with a coffee its worth it I mean coke+sandwich is 5 dollars for me Coffee+Sandwich 7 bucks but not that bad I mean when McDonald's came they have less people coming but overall eat at this place it's worth it.

Horrible customer service. Hot boba watered down my drink I asked for the employee to fix it and he laughed at me. Less than 5 minutes and all the ice was melted and my drink was warm ?? Also my apple fritter was hard and Horrible absolute last time I will be going here. Over priced Thai tea go to Bosa or sunrise doughnuts on 35th you will not be disappointed.

Great donuts, sandwiches and smoothies! It is nice eating a blueberry cake donut that is perfectly made (not greasy at all). Husband loved his bagel sandwich. Bagel was perfect tasting too. We will be back for more!

Sweet Cream Donuts is a must try. When ever I drive by within a 2 miles radius I stop for their delicious soft donuts. I?m no pastry master but the donuts are always fresh and the Boba smoothies a great accompaniment.

I only give one star because I did not get to try anything. It was 8:30 in the morning on a Friday I walked in and they were four people in line and no one helping them because they were in the back. I assume pairing food. I didn't have time to wait in line. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to trying their goodies. Maybe they should have more employees in the morning?

One of my favorite places to go but I have to use restraint or they will get all my money! Very friendly people who greet you as soon as you walk through the door. My son loves their breakfast sandwiches! See you guys soon!

Amazing donuts sandwiches and drinks. The husband and wife who work there are always friendly and kind. Everything is always fresh. If you want a quick sandwich donut or drink this is the place to go.

These people could care less about the corona virus. They never wear face mask. Most definitely never coming back to this place again.

First off I was a couple doors down at the dentist office and went there hoping to get a donut I said if my cab comes before I get served I'm leaving I called for my cab at 12:12pm and it came at 12:30pm therefore I left with no donuts and a grumpy 3 year old. Only looked like one employee was working there so I really didn't even get my hopes up.

You won't find better customer service anywhere else. The owners are amazing and the best breakfast sandwiches, coffees, teas, donuts, and ice creams are the best around. Easily earns all 5 stars!

Got the sugary donut with a vanilla iced coffee. Came out to about $6 and some change not bad. Both were good id recommended this pop and shop.

This place is sweet...they all got skills..I've sat down with over half the people here. I always tell them the same way. And its different from each guy..but pretty sweet different..they all got there own signature style. That's half the fun of going there...never had a bad cut...

Since moving to Tolleson from North Phoenix we have been looking for a donut spot that was as good as Bosa and we found it here at Sweet Cream! The donuts were so soft and delicious. Best donut spot on this side of town.

Everyone's Friendly Donuts are delicious and made fresh everyday coffee doesn't taste like trucker coffee which was the best part of the whole but I was so happily delighted to know that they make boba drinks also totally recommend this place totally give him a tip to please

So today I walked in paid for my smoothie then a lady walked in after me and the cashier took her money and served her before she served me then a man came in and she did the same thing ...well she tried then he told her well she was here before me (referring to me)then she asked me what did I want again I said I want my money back big time discrimination she pointed to the sign that said we refuse the right to serve anyone but she had already got my money but didn't serve me... I will never go back to this
