I purchased a breakfast taco. It seems like it was a store bought frozen taco. It was served microwaved and extremely hot. It smelled like it was microwaved frozen. So disappointed. The tacos are over 3.00 each
The Kolaches, Donuts, and Bacon,egg, and cheese croissants are so good! This place is a hidden gem for all things delicious, especially if you have a sweet tooth or a craving for a great pastry. The service was excellent, and the place is very clean!
1st time trying this place. 1st impression, clean facility, and friendly staff. I visited around 9:45 AM, and the food didn't look that fresh. The taste of food was ok, but it didn't taste that fresh. I got the potato, egge & cheese taco, and the potatoes didn't seem they were cooked all the way. I'm not sure if they cook fresh on a skillet or prepackaged. I'm used to seared type potatoes in my breakfast tacos. Small kolachi tasted ok, and the donut I got tasted like it was from yesterday(not fresh tasting)
The owner is nice and personable. It is refreshing to see him in the community. I love I can taste the sausage in my kolache and not just the bread.
This place is great, i always come for their bacon egg and cheese croissants and kolaches and it's good every time.

Two jalape?os kolaches and two white icing donuts cost $8.03? Are you serious unless you guys just knocked up the prices recently this is ridiculous?!. Look at how my donut looks and you guys are charging $1.09 for it? Thank you for showing me not to buy from here ever again.

Apple Fritter was burnt, hard, and saturated with oil. The kolache was dry and shriveled. In fact, several donuts looked old. However, the bear claw was delicious and contained apple filling inside. The service was mediocre.

The young (white) girl with glasses is rudest. I came today at 9 am (10/16/2014) to buy doughnuts, but her behaved cannot be acceptable. Don?t spend money on this place. Please train your employees how to treat your customers right.

I came and ordered a mixed dozen of donuts. They originally told me one price and after getting an assortment of covered sprinkles as well as filled donuts all of a sudden the price changed and they stated that the menu item price only includes two mixed donuts and the rest regular which I have been ordering mixed donuts for over 20 years and I have not once had two different prices with mixed donuts that includes all the donuts except for specialties which are filled bars, ears, bear, claws, etc. but if yo
Not the best. Employee was nice enough, however, she got my order wrong. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese croissant and found out it was ham, egg and cheese when I got home. The croissant was crunchy on top. The donuts weren't the best either. Seemed a little dry and dense. Not a good selection even at seven in the morning. I'm not sure they were fresh. Less than average place.

Driving by, needed a coffee - but displays looks yummy, Bought some donuts - fresh and soft. Friendly staff, clean floor and tables. Noticed the baker making dough at back. Highly recommended

The Kolaches are super delicious. Everyone loves it at work........yes this place saved my butt plenty of time being late for work xD. The breakfast tacos are super good too. They are just really good with their scramble eggs probably the freshest donut store I've been in Houston.
Very few food items to select from and it?s definitely not fresh. No flavor to their egg, cheese and bacon tacos. Gave them a 3 star only because my kids liked their blue and pink glazed donuts. Which kid doesn?t like sweets?!

Heard the donuts were good so I came to give them a try. The woman working the front was helping the drive-thru when I arrived, but it's a small establishment so the window is right next to the counter. I stood there for 5 minutes or so as she walked back and forth from the window to the counter to the register. This whole time she never spoke a word to me. Not welcome in. Not I'll be with you in a moment. Nothing. I just turned around and walked out. I don't leave reviews but that's a huge pet peeve of min

Open a little later than most mom and pop donut spots, which is a plus. They are either on a limited menu or sell out very early. Donuts are good and don't have a bitter or stale after taste. Prices are standard. Service is very kind.

Breakfast tacos absolutely horrible. Weird taste. Bacon was totally fatty and under cooked. Guess they like giving people worms! Instead of picante sauce they gave me asian chili sauce. Asked for glazed donut with iciing. Acted like they never heard of such a thing even though I have bought them here many times. Never coming back!!!

.But I can't stand places like this that force you to spend $5.00 with your credit card. Not my problem if you did not negotiate a better deal with your merchant fees!!! When what you are serving is dirt cheap to start .... Like its a scam to make a come up no matter what. I like to stop for my Pre-K son a snack now and again. I stopped today to get both of us a snack it came to $4.20 all I had is a debit card ( who really carry cash these days) well not the people I socialize with not even my 13 year old.

Not sure what donuts all the other reviewers are eating. I've been here 3 times and the donuts are never fresh. They always taste a day or two old. Oh well. 3 strikes and you're out.
Boudin kolaches are my favorite! I get the mild but they also have spicy. I also like the blueberry cake donut (plain). Service is great and they are very friendly. Stop in and grab a boudin kolache on your way to work/school!
