Started going here not to long ago and now I visit every morning for breakfast, it?s always fresh great service and gives food taste great
As soon as I took a look at the donuts I should?ve known to walk right back out. They looked skimp with no fluff and unappetizing. I asked if they were fresh to which she responded ye, that was clearly a lie. They tasted exactly the way they looked. I was better off going to Kroger right up the street.
Amazing breakfast spot!!! As a previous review mentioned, the dulce de leche latte was so delicious (I got it iced). The potato egg and cheese breakfast taco definitely hit the spot 100%. Very very friendly service and inspiring environment. Will be back for sure.

My kids and I loved this cafe. The donuts were fresh and delicious and the owner was a sweetheart. The breakfast tacos and iced coffee were also so good! We will definitely be back soon ??
Quickly becoming a part of the community. Big help, even without electricity, after recent tornado. Good donuts. Great breakfast tacos, and they make cappuccinos and other specialty coffees. Blanca & Gabby very friendly customer service. Try it, and add to your list for your breakfast & afternoon snack items.
I have been here twice with my daughter before school, once with my son on the weekend, and once on my own on my lunch break. This place is ?baked in? so when you walk in you feel a sense of peace and you leave rejuvenated. They serve both breakfast and lunch. Please go and try them out!!
This was my first time here. Got the jalapeno sausage kolache and it was great! Nice and buttery. The glazed donut was very good as well.
Hands down , it is the best coffee shop in a whole Houston . Coffee is 10/10 ( they are very generous on coffee quality ) Sandwitch is 10/10 ( they actually will cook it on front of you , so I agree that it takes a little bit of time , it?s not a cafe - it?s a very diecent level restaurant ) I would not mind driving 30 miles to have a cup of coffee here . Price is just a little bit high compare what I usually pay , but hey ! I am not complaining , you got what you paid for and I agree with their pricing
Today was my first time going to Sunshine Cafe and genuinely an amazing experience! Delicious coffee and donuts?? Sweetest lady ever, she has an amazing and very contagious energy ?? Will definitely be going back very soon ??
Today was my first visit & it was delightful. I tried the Dulce de Leche latte & it was absolutely delicious. I?m vegetarian & she had both oat milk & almond milk options available. I tried the donuts & a potato taco & they were both great. I highly recommend.
I?ve been coming here for years and the new management is nice as in they?re changing the ambiance and adding decor. One of the changes that will keep me away is them not offering their iced coffee anymore. That was a must. I would get that over Starbucks any day. Huge loss. Also, the sausage on the kolaches is now too salty and the bread tastes old. Please don?t get busy trying to be trendy w social media and forget that what we care about is the quality of the food

This place has been my favorite for a long time. I appreciate how friendly and welcoming they are, even after being taken over by new management. I am sad that the kolache menu has changed - it was one of the main reason I love this place so much! I?m not a big fan of the standard kolache and much preferred the unique options they used to offer.
Very welcoming and the donuts are delicious! Love their positive attitude! They have new management, so if you haven?t gone in a while, I?d recommend stopping by this week!
Stopped by here after noticing it for the first time. The kolaches were amazing and HUGE. Great friendly service and quality food. Will keep going here after discovering it!

First visit. Loved this place.
The dough from the inside was raw, I've came here so many times and never had a problem. Boudin was just not well made.
Super friendly owner, and the tables have chess board, which I thought was fun. The food was delicious, and I'm going to come back to get breakfast often!

To be honest I have not had their donuts but if they are as delicious as their breakfast sandwiches than I am sure you will be delighted. Coffee is good too!
Not alot of options. Bread was hard on the kolachies. No cheese. Not very flavorful. People were friendly.
The ham an cheese kolache is one of my favorites anywhere I go. They make em good. The Donut's are my least favorite thing from there. ??
