We have been going to Sunny's for years now and we were in the area and decided to stop by. First thing we noticed the usual owners weren't in the store. So I believe the owners of the store changed. Ok. So we look at the Donuts. We got 2 Buttermilk bar Donuts, a cinnamon twist donut and 2 creme filled Donuts. We waited until we got home to eat them. We decided to split the bar Donuts in half. This place is absolutely hands down the best donut place around!!! We drove an hour each way today to get some of their donuts. We ended up purchasing 18 very large donuts! The service is always nice and friendly!

I stopped in today for a cream filled long John. This place has changed as the quality was terrible. It must be a new owner. Bearly no cream and the donut tasted old and stale. It used to be great. Needless to say I won't be back. No what a remember.

We were traveling to Gastonia and decided to make a pit stop and we just so happen to come up to this place. We kept seeing the signs of the best donuts or whatever and they weren't lying! The donuts are amazing especially if you catch them when they're freshly made. I'm definitely going to go to this place again if we happen to pass by it!

The maple bar was so sticky. But the doughnuts were okay. Location less then idle easy to miss and parking is eh. But get your gas and doughnuts in the same place so points for convenience

This is a well-known local spot in Gaffney. Family owned and operated, the owner makes the doughnuts fresh every morning. You can select a custard filling (chocolate, vanilla, bavarian cream) and add it to any doughnut you want. I tried the peach fritter featuring the local peaches and it was delicious. The owner even greets you with his special catch phrase "Have a sunny day!"

AMAZING DONUTS. I always make a stop off of I-85 just for these guys! Very friendly family that seems to own it. When you go in, this is what you need to get: apple fritters, donut holes, strawberry donuts, and blueberry donuts. Apparently the buttermilk bars are incredible as well, I just haven't had a chance to try them yet! These are seriously gourmet homemade donuts, but low-cost too! Best Doughnuts I've ever had. I will drive for miles to get an apple fritter from here. This place is incredible! It is very small, not really a place to "hang out", but service is fast in friendly. The prices are really reasonable and the donuts are amazing. You can tell they put a lot of effort into each batch. If you're in the area you owe it to yourself to stop by!

It's in the BP station. Tried multiple items, including filled, maple, cake, old fashioned, bear claw and cinnamon roll. Every single thing was so good. The yeast donuts (not usually my preference) were fluffy and light and somewhat crispy. The crunch and taste really reminded me if a croissant (but not flaky). We LOVE Sunny's! They have the best selection of donuts and they are delicious! Most of their options are a few dollars, but is well worth it in size and flavor. Most days you can get apple, peach, and banana fritters. Also, their filled bars and old fashioned donuts are the best!!

It's a gas station, donut shop and convenient store. Friendly service , parking lot is clean although not much it's still nice. Reasonably price. I would recommend for getting together with friends, a good place to get donuts and gas. Friendly conversation.

Place was amazing. The doughnuts were outstanding. We took home apple and peach fritters, cream filled glazed, and custard chocolate eclair. Everyone was delicious. Excellent doughnuts. The yeast dough is outstanding and the white cream is excellent. Did I mention fresh. The filling is added when you order. And their meat filled kolache dough is out of this world good.

This place is great! We were looking for some good coffee that wasn't Starbucks and we found a review that said Sunny's brews a coffee from NC. We ended up getting a donut as well and it was absolutely delicious! I've never been to a donut shop where you can have a filing of your choice injected into the donut, so that was pretty magical. All this jazz for a very reasonable price!

Today was my first visit here. My companion had been here several times before and raved about the bear claws. We were greeted by two very friendly gentlemen. I always stop here for my gas and other nessecites...they are quick and your usually in and out in a short time. Its never crowded which is what i love about this location. Sunnys donuts is the best donut shop I have EVER been too!!! They have all kinds of different things from bear claws to apple fritters to cinnamon rolls all which are HUGE!! Then any kind of donut u could want!!! One I find cute is the fruity peebles donut!! They're attached to a BP as well!!! And when I say they are cheap there so cheap I have to explain!!! This place has it going on. They are a convenient store so therefore they have gas, cigs, vapes, good and drinks plus more. They are very friendly and have a lot of good prices. I will be going back there again. They were not busy. The doughnut side had a wonderful and unique bar to build your own doughnut the way you want it. Best. Donuts. Ever. Found this place on Google and we've stopped in several times since discovering it in February. Always fresh donuts, great service, and reasonable prices. I love Sunny's!! I only wish I didn't live 2.5 hours away!

Only thing I don't like about it is the handle on one of the gas pumps is broken. You can't let go of it because the flipper that holds the handle on is broken. You have to hold it the whole time it's filling up. I like to clean my windshield while I'm filling up.

We loved the doughnuts and fritters, and we loved the people who run Sunny's. Our favorites are the huge cinnamon rolls, the bear claws, and the banana fritters. The picnic tables and planters make a pleasant place to sit and enjoy your treats.

What happened?? This place used to be amazing. We went yesterday afternoon & got 3 different donuts & they were all so super old! They did not have the consistency of a donut... more like a really old croissant. Not even eatable - was such a disappointment :(

People at work will bring in donuts from Sunny's. Man are they good. Original flavors and styles. All great, usually oversized. I love Dunkin Donuts, but given the option Sunny's would win every time.

My husband and I love Sunny's Donuts! What makes this doughnut shop special is not just the amazing taste and freshness of the donuts but the wonderful service we receive at every visit. Don't forget to get a fresh brewed cup of coffee to go with that doughnut. It is the best coffee around! Being teachers we often get our doughnuts very early in the morning. We are always greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile.
