Have often visited when I'm in their side of town, but I've noticed that the cream cheese puffs, while still delicious, have gotten significantly smaller. At $16 for a dozen I feel like I overpaid.

So sorry to finally have to write a review but after a half dozen times or more of my husband bringing home doughnuts that were hard and stale, it's time. We take for granted that fresh doughnuts would be edible by the time we get home a few blocks away yet since the pandemic times, things have gone downhill. My husband simply doesn't check things, including whether or not he got his change, I realized that they're part of the "round up" generation. This place is yummy!!! Of course they have traditional pastries...but you NEED to try their specialty donuts. Oh the bacon covered donut is delicious!!! If you are ever in town for National Donut Day they always have a donut eating competition. A family favorite is the creme puffs. I'm sure there's something for everybody!

I am appalled by this place. We had ordered some cupcakes for Valentine?s and both of my children ate from it. They later ended up throwing up severely after having these from the bakery. It seems that they do not uphold sanitary conditions in this bakery. I will never return or order from here again!!!

Loosing 2 stars cause I've been here 3 times. First one was great. Delicious, actual apple filling in a bear claw and an apple fritter. Next two times they r out of both. Only like 1 pm. Not late enough to be out. So they lost two stars. Make more to last thru out day.

Tasted like boxed cake mix if you messed it up. The 2 stars are for customer service. There was a fly in the display case, once told they removed the product it touched. The cashier was very helpful in explaining the flavors. Highly overpriced for how it tasted. Won't be back don't recommend.

Ordered this iced coffee at about 1:05 and picked it up at 1:13. Completely surprised that as i was shaking my cup to mix the milk and espresso, I found a dead bug in my drink because this has never happened. It used to be my favorite spot for a bagel and a coffee. Don?t shop here unless you enjoy bugs in your food.

Cupcakes are yummy. They have a lot of delicious flavors. The pecan bar is my fave it's so delightful.

My husband brought us here for the first time. The first thing I noticed was dirty dusty, sticky floors, almost every table was dirty, trash can looked like a mess. Great custom orders and service. I was so pleased with some triceratops cupcakes they made for my dinosaur baby shower!!! Not only were they so cute, but the taste was amazing as well. I've used Sugar Twist a few times for custom orders and will continue to use them as my first choice for a bakery. They also have the best brownies!

Nice and simple place, great pastries. Favorite is the bacon doughnut. Dang its super delicious really recommend trying it out.

Opening times are not consistent. I?m at this location once a week to meet up with friends. Employees arrival times cut too close to the posted opening hour. This then causes less time to prep for store opening. When doors do open we have to wait for them to finish pulling items out and warm up coffee. There have been numerous times where I have left to find another location for treats and coffee.

Everything looked great here. Unfortunately we only tried the doughnuts, and they were really good.

Very impressed with the breakfast selections. Made to order and fresh! Also, plenty of different varieties of baked goods most bakeries don't have. Prices were very good, considering the quality and time this crew put in to make them all look so good. My son tried the French toast mountain and was all smiles after the 1st bite!

It was okay. The sweets are very delicious. And today I ordered a breakfast burrito it tasted good but the eggs were runny and the potatoes weren?t cooked through. I blame it on that today was a busy which is why I only took 1 star off I believe if I go again it would be better. Staff was very nice. I had a great experience with this bakery! They made my wedding cake and even though it was pricy (totally expected for a wedding cake) it was delicious! The cake ended up being bigger than I thought. Normally when I have gone to a wedding the cakes have been a little on the dry side. This cake was not only beautiful but it tasted amazing. I had people talking about the cake days after the wedding! Highly recommend this place for your baked good needs!

They finally offer a vegan donut option! Out of excitement, I ordered 6 of them. They are great! I hope they expand on their vegan options and hopefully even emulate the very successful Donut Friend in Los Angeles.

Food wasn't bad. The biscuits and gravy are okay. Iced espresso was the best thing I had. Very nice service.

Worst Cannoli I've ever had. The filling was just bad and the shell was soggy. The cream filled chocolate donut had a plastic like aftertaste. The cookie and the chocolate mousse dome were both very good. Also, the cashier seemed annoyed to be serving us because we were there just before closing.

Amazing selection of donuts. The place is great, big, well decorated, modern. Ask for their specialty, it is a cheese pastry that is delicious. The croissants are very good too. Everything well priced. They open very early.

We love Sugar Twist. The pastries we bought were fresh and amazing! My only concern is the sign outside alerting people to wear masks. I wore mine into the shop. However, Sugar Twist did not enforce this because there were families with children without their masks. Either take the sign down, or enforce this for EVERYONE!

Barely my 2nd time here, i asked to use the restroom. They're locked & nobody ever got back to me with a key. I seen a male come out & I asked if i could use that key & was tld that was for the mens restroom only. Never got the key for the restroom. After waiting I realized they have a B inspection grade rating & after seeing other reviews I understand why... not sure if I'll be returning ??

Great local bakery. There is a good selection of donuts, pastries, cookies, cake and cupcakes. If you enjoy experimenting you can create your own donut including frosting and toppings. There is a limited breakfast menu and Seattle's Best coffee is available.

Very bad customer service. After my kids choose their treats and at checkout I only have 50$ in cash they refused to take it and said sorry!! They should have sign no bills more than 20$ are accepted. I would see the sign and leave before my kids picked their treats !

Normally, I really enjoy coming here, but this time, I ended up picking some treats with fresh fruit. They started molding the day after i got them, which was a bit disappointing. Careful when picking any pastries, either eat them on the day you buy them or take a chance.

i went store for first time to try a cale for birthday. Both girls are so rude with us. I ask can you write down a name she refuse it we don?t carry anything to write down i ask her plz call your location. without calling she refuse me that she is not picking our call. Atlast, both the employees say of want cake take it or either wise leave it. i just have worst experience over here. I m not coming back again.

Totally delicious sweets with huge size. Prices are low for how good/big the yummies are. Coffee is a different brand that is really tasty. I love blackcoffee and this is some of the best tasting.

Horrible customer service!! Acknowledge a customer even if you?re busy. Not that hard. I walked in and stood for 5 minutes with no line and still wasn?t helped. Finally asked if I could order and she said she was busy! If you get some friendly workers, I will be back. Til then, I will not return.

BIRTHDAY NITEMARE! We ordered a cake with a graphic design on it, but they failed to tell us that they couldn't complete it as requested and instead of telling us they expected us to pay for essentially the WRONG CAKE at $60 We told them that this was for a birthday and that the design WAS NOT AT ALL what we had ordered and refused to pay Terrible experience avoid at all costs

The ladies in there are always sweet I ordered a chorizo and egg burrito for the 1st time and I'm fairly picky when it comes to chorizo but they had the absolute best. I know now where to go.

Covid-19...I walked in this place the other day and seen multiple employees in the back behind the counter without their masks on while they were preparing food.
