I?ve never written a review, but I read them ALL the time so I thought I?d finally pay it forward. I just moved to the area at the beginning of April, and I?ve already visited this place 5+ times. Whether it be for coffee, donuts, or a breakfast sandwich/burrito I?ve never been disappointed. The quality and taste of everything have always been great. The workers are friendly and polite. A lot of them are young, and I?ve noticed some may be a little more shy but never rude. Some of the reviews mention poor

Bad service, bad attitude barely any doughnuts showcase coffee was bad and watered down prices were blacked out so you can't see them, post-it notes over the menu. The doughnuts aren't bad but they were packaged so bad that they were messed up in the bag

Best donuts I have found in the west valley! Fluffy, perfectly dipped, covered in glaze... Nothing I hate more than a dry donut that leaves a greasy aftertaste. Sugar N spice has somehow created these magnificent donuts that don't fall in either of those categories. They are perfect. This place is amazing, love the food and the drinks. The service was great too, one of the guys chased me down to let me know he forgot to put avocado on my sandwich and offered to fix it, that truly showed to me how much they care about the customers satisfaction. This is my favorite bakery on the west side of the valley and I will be a frequent customer here.

This place is at a halfway point for my morning run, so I thought to try it out. I enjoyed that my breakfast burrito not only had great flavor, but it was wrapped in foil and still hot when I got back home. It didn't take long to order or for my food to be ready. The speed of service was really good! If something could be improved, it would be the interior aesthetics and atmosphere. Went in for a dozen donuts and a breakfast sandwich, the donuts were ehh at best, the chocolate was cheap and gave us heart burn, and they also were very hard. The sandwich was okay, but not worth the money . The shop was clean and the staff was welcoming and professional. The girl with the green eyes at the register was very nice.

This place is easy to miss driving by but Google maps will get you there just fine. It's a bit tucked away in a small corner mall where the doors face in...not visible from the road. I?ve become slightly addicted to Vietnamese coffee. Now that I?ve moved to the Goodyear area finding a good coffee shop that made this coffee became my top priority. In comes Sugar and Spice to save the day!!!! The coffee shop is located in a small shop surrounded by other venues like medical centers and salons. Parking depending on when you arrive can be a bit hectic so mentally prepare yourself to drive around the loop for a minute to grab a parking spot as the complex gets busy at times. Don?t worry

The workers were very disrespectful towards us, specially a younger girl with dark brown hair. They were talking about they?re customers in the back but still in hearing distance, complaining about us coming in ?too close to closing time?. She was also reluctant to take our order. It did not make the experience very enjoyable.

Update they forgot the cream cheese on my bagel and I was very specific that creates a poor experience some of us have OCD and autism and if our food isn't prepared how we want it can ruin our whole day my mom came I. And ordered the food and it shows on the card that we asked for the item but didn't receive # there donuts are amazing though and the staff is nice so I will give back 3 stars

Just came here today, donuts are out of this world. This is the best donut shop I have been to in AZ. Food is great too. But fr tho the donuts are fire. 11/10 would for sure recommend

Haven?t been here in a few years and it?s definitely gone down hill. Mainly the cleanliness. Kind of sad to see. Seems it?s been neglected for quite some time as this isn?t stuff that happens over night. Would be a quick fix with a little effort. Hopefully it turns around.

We had been going since we moved here in 2017. The food is good, the bakery food is good. My issue is with the cleanliness. Unfortunately we knew someone that worked there briefly moving here and we were made aware of the grease traps shared with another restaurant and not cleaned. We would often go in and it would have a light smell of sewage. The bathroom (s) seem to be consistently out of order (where is the hand washing?!?). The tables for the eating guest are filthy! This place was ok, just an average place to visit. I'm giving this a 2 star as the service wasn't that great. Had to wait before being acknowledged, wait to be helped and then quality of doughnuts and drinks were average. I appreciate small businesses and would love to visit again, hoping some TLC would change my view. Staff was very nice once helped.

We had a group of 10 abs had Bruce there. The food was good though I wouldn't ordered a Burrito bowl again. Staff were very accommodating. As folks left I bought a croissant for my husband. Great selection of donuts and muffins. We really enjoyed the maple donuts with bacon on top, the blueberry donuts and the apple fritters!

I went with my friend and got a breakfast burrito w/ eggs,potatoes,sausage, and bacon for under $10. I could only finish 1/2 of it: it was huge. It tasted really good and you can get salsa for free. They close at 2pm. Open Monday to Friday. They also have various donuts.

Glazed Twist is my absolute favorite, of all time! The jalape?o ham and cheese croissant perfection.

The donuts here are so soft, fresh, and incredibly delicious!! I've tried so many flavors and the male and crumb are by far my favorite, but their other pastries are great too. They also have a wide variety of coffee drinks and smoothies. Friendly service and usually pretty busy, but relatively quick.

Walked 1.6 miles to try this over Mc Ds down the street. Definitely worth it. They have breakfast and not only pastries. Everything was tasty.

We dropped by for coffee and a snack to go. Ordered the latte and two cakes. A few minutes later we were served an iced latte? and when we said that we just ordered a latte, not an iced latte, the server got a little mad - and showed off an attitude while correcting the order?. The cakes were GREAT!!! And the latte was just OK. It was much stronger than latte other places - also more coffee-strong than the cappuccino. Five stars for the cakes - and two stars for the coffee.

Pretty disappointed. We ordered two cups of water and they both had hair in them. Ordered a burrito and it had shell in it. The girl grabbing donuts was flipping her hair around with her hands and then grabbing the tongs. The coffee was weak and the French roast tasted scorched. Overall just wasn't the best experience. The atmosphere is nice and one of the girls working was very kind, but probably won't return. They could probably use some better management.

I should have read the reviews first. This is my first time here and yes, the service was not that great. The young lady comes to the counter looking like I had interrupting her life. Ordered a blended Thai tea with Boba? Tasted like sugared water with orange coloring?. no flavor whatsoever. I took it back and she said she was just going to add more syrup? I asked for a refund. As an avid donut eater (at least once a week) this has become my new spot when visiting family.! Donuts and coffee were hot and fresh.!

This place has been here since I was in high school, I remember going over all the time after school. It saddens me to say that the quality has dropped quite a bit since then. Coffee was not very great. Pastry selection was lacking. Staff was amazingly cordial and the service was speedy. The donuts they had looked mouth watering, but we did not try them so I cant speak to how well they tasted. We did try the breakfast burritos and they were good, but not noteworthy. Overall, it was a satisfying breakfast stop, but I would probably seek out another place next time, unless I was very much in the mood for donuts.

I've ordered through Grub Hub a few times and gone in once. Their food is always delicious. I've had donuts, croissants, breakfast burrito, lunch sandwich, and their ice coffee. I'd recommend all of them.

This is one of the best hometown coffee shops i've ever gone to. I went to this coffee shop one time two years ago, and i've been going almost every day. In my opinion, the best coffee is a vanilla ice coffee with cream, and the best doughnut is a glaze twist donut.

So this such a cute donut shop expertly hidden quite nicely. After you find it tucked away in the little shopping center. Walk through the door to an instant happy place. The shop is decorated in a fun playful style. Everything looks pleasing to the eyes. My favorite item was the Cheese Danish i ordered two! I would definitely recommend friends and family! Go check it out staff is friendly and courteous I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

The people that work here have always been kind and friendly, which is hard to do when you're serving old people all day. This donut shop has surprisingly great sandwiches that are packed with meat, and the drinks are all delicious. The staff even decorates for the holidays. 5 STARS

First time having breakfast there, we went with my neighbor and his wife(4). They have a good selection for breakfast. But it's kind of confusing after you order. We found our table at the seating room, but we had to keep going check our order every time they call from the other room. They should improve this service, we could not engage in a conversation without being interrupted.

Fantastic! First time ordering and I?m visiting in town. I wish they had one where I live. The burritos were HOT, huge and delicious! Great mom and pop shop. We order breakfast sandwiches and burritos which were excellent. The staff was friendly and tried to please. All the food was excellent and the smoothie was excellent. This is the type of joint where you will always get consistently good food.

Worst customer service!! smh ordered dozen donuts which tasted like they were old. I used my debit card for some reason it declined i wanted to pay with $100 bill they said they couldnt take it. Great flavor and texture! Unique options of doughnuts while also offering breakfast burritos, sandwiches and bowls. They also have a full menu of drinks. Location is close to home when all other options are miles away. My biggest negative is their prices. I only ordered 7 doughnuts and a medium smoothie and my order was $21. Seems a bit high.

CONS No drip coffee Dirty. My table was very sticky so not great for seating. PROS My blueberry donut was delicious Overall seems more like a donut shop I would grab a box from and take home but not ideal for a nice sit in cafe experience.

The donuts were light and airy and utterly delicious. I didn't have cake, just the other kind. The woman working was incredibly generous and I ended up grabbing a couple more. My family says thank you because we all had a bite of each and loved all of them.

Highly disappointed...in myself for eating nearly half a dozen donuts. Usually I can only eat one before I feel like it's too much. I don't know what they put in these donuts, but I couldn't put them down. The pistachio muffin was made with a true pistachio dough that you could taste all the way until the last bite. The day old ham and swiss croissant was so fluffy and flaky and delicious....worth more than $1. The chicken salad on a croissant left me craving more. This place is definitely a favorite. (NOTE

Sugar N Spice made the donuts for my wedding (instead of a traditional cake). Kenny and Manila were a joy to work with! They are so kind and went out of their way to make sure that the donuts were everything we hoped for. They even delivered and set up for us, which was a huge help! The donuts were beautiful and so delicious! We were so happy with how our donut tower turned out.

What a cute place! I walked in 8 minutes before they closed (unknowingly) and they still kindly served me. The iced chai latte I got is so yummy and sweet. I?ve had many chais in my time and I love the ice cream-like taste at the end of the flavor. Their space is nice and clean also. Would recommend!

Pretty good. The donuts are around $1 a piece, specialty donuts are $2.50. Coffee was ok, nothing great. The donuts were good but nothing mind blowing. The selection was a bit limited, I went around 8:30am so I don?t know if they have more earlier. I would go back but nothing worth making a special trip for.

The girls were so helpful. I had locked my keys in my car along with my glasses. Not only did they assist me with getting my roadside assistance set, they recommended some really good pastries and donuts. Also the iced coffee was great.

We are from the east coast and were visiting relatives, but didn?t want to show up empty handed to their home. We did a search and Sugar & Spice popped up with great reviews. It was only 8 minutes from our hotel so we stopped there before checking in. We got assorted pastries and they were a huge hit with our family. The Apple Fritters was especially yummy.

So... The drinks and the food are amazing, probably the best in the area. It's a cute little cafe as well. However the service needs to be worked on. The baristas seem to always have an attitude. Small requests get you an eye roll or a sigh. Since I work in retail I can understand sometimes the job can be stressful, but this isn't okay.

My mother came in today to get a bagel sandwich for me I specifically wanted it to be similar to an Einstein bagel sandwich I was speaking to her on the line and I got upset because she wasn't listening to me so she spoke to the manager and the owner's wife about me and she ordered my bagel sandwich I specifically asked for cream cheese and I did not get it they had a lot of people in there so the thing to know about this place is do not order food when they are busy because they will mess up your order

My family and I love this hidden gem, and so do many of our friends. We usually stop here on Sunday mornings for their coffee and donuts. The prices are very reasonable and the ladies behind the counter are always super friendly too.

I just happened upon this place, and never knew of its existence. The girl's at the counter are pleasant, not very personable though. They have a variety of donuts, and such. They are really yummy as is their Croissants. The chocolate Croissants, and ham and cheese are good. We also tried the Maple and bacon donuts, which are good, but the bacon is a little over-cooked. The smoothies are good too, just skip the Boba. A little more soggy than I would prefer. I like a chewy texture, and those are not.

It's a nice little donut shop...The have all kinds of cakes, donuts, and pastries. They have blueberry cake ??and they have this apple filling donut..I love that thing! They also serve coffee. They have a little sitting area, but I usually pick up.

Bran muffin I had was delicious. My son loved his breakfast burrito as well. The only thing I would say is that the dining area is overly cramped. You kinda have to squeeze through. Other than that the food there is delicious!

I've went here since I was a freshman at Millennium across the street. A perfect spot for free WiFi and coffee to study for finals. Not to mention how helpful the staff are, I got my drink stolen (I know right?) And they provided another free of charge due to my situation at the time. Spoke with the owner and employees about the pains of being a student and having lost my father freshman year. And I received endless advice and comfort up to my graduation. Cooked food takes quite a while at busy times. I would have appreciated a heads up that my to go order would take 30 mins for 1 burrito when I had with 3 little kids with me. 1 kid kept running behind the counter to remind them I was still there. Just a bit annoying. Donuts were good though. Stick to that and don't order sandwiches or burritos unless you have a lot of time and patience to wait.

The best. Look no further. This place is a hidden gem. They treat you just like family and remember your face and name. We moved away from Goodyear five years ago and come back every year to visit. They are one of the first stops we make when we're back in the area. The owners are the sweetest couple and are a large part of the community here. Make sure to stop by!!

Best donuts ever! I live in Flagstaff and when I am down I stop here, everytime. I have only had the donuts but let me tell you they are great. No comparison. Love this place.

Create your own breakfast burrito was really good! Iced coffee was okay. Three stars was for the serious lack of seating on a very busy Sunday morning. Don't give me a table number if there is no table to put it on.

Poor customer service from the employees here this morning. I waited nearly 5 min as various girls around around behind the counter chatting and laughing with one another. Eye contact was made a few times but I was not acknowledged until I made my way to the door. Donuts were subpar and the coffee was luke warm at best. I?ll be going to express donuts on Litchfield and Mcdowell as they are very friendly and greet you as you walk in and their donuts and coffee are way better!

The best bakery and cafe in the west valley, if not Phoenix! Food is outstanding, the staff is always friendly, and the drinks are on point. I've been coming here for almost 5 years - and not once have I walked away dissatisfied, or merely satisfied - It's always amazing.

They are clean, friendly, and serve great food. We tried the bacon breakfast burrito and sausage breakfast sandwich and I would recommend both. We also got a few of the donuts as well and again they did a great job!
