I love Sugar Shak Daylight Donuts! The donuts are delicious and they do a wonderful job with custom donuts. I?ve ordered the letter donuts a few times, and they recently made custom ninja turtles donuts for my son?s birthday. We were so impressed - they turned out awesome!! To top it off, everyone who works there is friendly and their online ordering system is convenient. Love supporting this place!
I have picked up multiple door dash orders from this location and every staff member has been amazing and friendly. You can feel that they being genuine here. Now I always get myself a donut or 2 when I come to pick up an order or there has been times I will go out of my way to stop by here before my primary job. Donuts are so delicious here but service is what really brings me in!
Service was good and friendly but the donuts were the worst I?ve had in the wichita area! I picked up a box with a mixed assortment at 830 am and they taste stale as if they are yesterdays donuts? half of my fritter was missing the glaze, the glazed donuts were refrigerator cold and tough. I can?t rate the hot items as they had none of their sausage rolls or breakfast pockets? daylight donuts are usually my favorite donut I grew up with them and have been to over 20 locations through the Midwest. They have THE BEST donuts in town! Order online in advance for a better variety. Do not go after 8 am. They quit making donuts really early and what's left is what you get to choose from.
This is the best place to by donuts in Wichita. They will add fillings and other decorations as you request. You can order online in advance and pick them up when you need them. Love the people working there also.
Staff was friendly. Fairly typical donut/bakery store. I bought couple different types and both were extremely dry with not much flavor. We ended up tossing remainder of donuts in trash as nobody could eat an entire donut and we couldn't get to our drinks fast enough. Been to and had Daylight in multiple cities and confirmed by belief that the brand just isn't very good.
I was excited to try something new, but I was quickly disappointed. The girl who helped me was very friendly, but when I got home and seen the donuts up close, I was let down, they are very dry, the Apple fritter was so hard it was like a cracker and it's very thin. I'm used to fluffy soft donuts, this is not what you will get here, is it possible to over cook a donut? Also I was there at 7:30 am!

I don't go here for the donuts, though the Long John's are great, it's the cinnamon rolls that are unbeatable. And they did such a great job with my sons Minecraft donuts. Cinnamon rolls are my favorite so definitely one of my go to places.
Went here this morning to be shorted donuts/over charged by an elderly woman with an attitude. We definitely will not be going back with such terrible customer service, very disappointed. Donuts were nothing special really, would not suggest.
I think this place serves the best donuts I have ever had and I'm not exaggerating 1 bit! The prices are standard and the service is very friendly! Stop by and treat yourself to a great freaking donut and compare for yourself. Chocolate covered glazed, Old fashion and Blueberry twist are the bomb!

I wish I would have noticed this Donut shop sooner! The quality and value can't be beat. Staff is friendly and service is fast. Ordered 8 dozen variety donuts for my office via online ordering, process was so easy, no hiccups, picked up the next morning perfectly as ordered. Really good donuts, easy website to order off of and I got custom donuts that were exactly what I wanted for a decent price! I got them as a surprise for my husband and he was very impressed, I don't think he had ever seen lettered donuts before and I got some of his other fav kinds (cake donuts) too and he was happy! I would definitely reccomend checking them out!
It has only been our first time but we will be back for more because of its great taste and nice workers.
I went about 6am on a Saturday and there was a good selection of donuts. It started with a dozen but ended with 20 with a variety of round and specialty donuts. I ended up spending $35 and some change. I'm finding that in this economy, everything is becoming more costly than it should be. I remember when you could get a dozen for less than $10.00... The donuts were good but not anything I wouldn't expect from a dnout shop. There is a better value at Noah's Donuts but that'd be a 20 minutes plus dri
They are closed early or out of product at 930 am. This has been the case multiple times. Post hours of closing at 9am if you arent going to be open or have anything to choose from. Not worth the hassle.
I had a coupon for BOGO...buy 1 dozen glazed, get one free. I called my order in. The young lady talked me into getting the 2nd dozen as a mixed box, and when I asked if there was an upcharge for that, she said no. When I got there to pick up my order, they charged me more for the mixed dozen. So, buyer beware!!! The donuts seemed a bit stale, but were hungry so they were eaten! Not the best donut shop I've been to, but ok.

I called ahead to see if they had any "apple fritters" and the young lady sd yes and offered to put one back. Came in and was met with the owner, Diane; I told her I was the one who called and she sd no problem. She introduced herself to me and thanked me for coming in. Great cystonet servuve. Ohhh, and let me tell u... U have to try "the salted carmel old fashion"!!!! To die for!!! ???????????????? Thank you!!!!!
